Every type of data has meaning. Collection of data costs money, and that means all data, what is in the database has the purpose. Databases are not collecting for anything. The data what is imputed in those data storages have always a purpose.  If it is connected to other databases that data can help to track everything in the life of people. In fact, the changing in routines are meaning, that there will be a big change in the life of a targeted person.

The emperor had always the thing, how to control those officers. And that thing was sometimes the arresting and torture of the member of the family. But when we are thinking about this thing in the point of view of the modern way to handle data, we are facing the thing, that if the general or admiral would ever come back, there was something, what kept that person away from home.

In modern life, we must realize that the directors, who are making uncomfortable decisions are coming from far away. In business life, this model has been taken from the Russian empire. In that country, the police or gendarmerie officers came far away, that their identities have been stay in secrecy. Modern computer technology makes possible to find out, where those persons come from by making analyzes, what they are writing in the social media.

The thing that some person would move in the old age to another side of Russia or even to a foreign land would tell that the person was actually working as the Gendarmerie official.
