Diversity in working life part III (When a different kind of person has superior to us)

One example of the cases, where the majority is not right is when the boss of the company has a different opinion than henchmen because the boss is superior or otherways saying, in a different and this case higher position than others. This is the thing in the position of the boss or leaders and directors. They are giving rules, and other people must follow those orders. If that thing doesn't please, the henchman can start to ask for a new job.

When we are talking about the diversity of working life, we always forget one golden thing in that thing. What if that different person is our superior? What would we do in this case? So even if we would sometimes in our younghood selected workplace, where we can be with similar people, what we are, we might face the situation that the company has been sold and the new owner would come from the Saudi-Arabia.

In that case, we can, of course, change our working place, and say the reason for that is we want to be with similar people, what we are. In that case, we might have a  big problem with the attitudes, if the policy in the company has been that the benefit of the majority has always been first. In that case, the problem is that we cannot kick owners out of the company, and if they would put some controller for us, we cannot kick that person out of the office.

The thing is that in some cases the new owners would use the observer, who would meet new workers and explore ways, what might cause adjusting for the behaves and tradition in some companies. The thing is that in those cases the henchmen must just follow the rules, what the new bosses would give, or they can find a new job.

But when we are facing minorities or different kinds of people in working life, we must ask, why those people give challenges? If somebody talks a little bit slower than others, there might be the reason, that person is the translator, whose home language is a little bit different than other people's language.

And that case would cause things, that we must speak a little bit slower or listen a little bit longer when that person will find the correct words. But those cases would not be problems. This is one version of diversity. So if we think that we can just follow the will of the majority, we must realize, that business life is not democracy.

Owners of companies are giving rules, how people should act in the workplace. And in modern life, we must realize that ownership of the company can change all the time. If the owners would be foreigners or the foreign company has brought our workplace, we can do only one thing. Follow the rules and start to flex, or we can start to make new job applications. The bosses would give orders and others must follow those rules. This is the way in modern working life.

The Fibonacci numbers (1,2,3,5,8,13...) is the thing that those numbers mean in the sociology, that the group is led by some certain person. If the number of team members is odd it hides a three people group. Those groups have always a certain leader, who makes the decisions. The thing is that human being always looks for similar personalities around us is seen in the groups in everyday life. And the thing in the three-person group is that there is always one member of the group, who would not take part in every action, what the group does.

One of the most important thing in the three-person group is that one person of that kind of team is always "outsider". The thing in the three-person group is that there is a leader, the best friend of the leader, and the second best friend of the leader, who takes part almost everything, where the alpha pair would do. But the thing is that the "third wheel" would be dropped from the team every time when the couple in the team makes some "own things". And in the world of the studies and working life that means that the "third wheel" always leaves without attention, when the couple is doing their "own things". The thing, what sociology or some kind of authority is looking for is those couples. They are looking for the persons, who are different, and the difference is visible in the groups.

In the three-person groups one person always left out, and the thing is that the couple in that team has connections outside the working life, and that makes them "the best friends". The "third wheel" uses always the different kind of clothes and if you will look at the third wheels or three persons groups, there is sometimes seen the thing, what is called as the compassionate or shabby sight. The thing is that the leaders of those three-member groups have always similar looking clothes with the second person, and the third wheel is, of course, with that couple, but sometimes there happens that the person is taking apart only the official ceremonies, and there is no access to those other person's private life.

There might be no connection between that person to other persons except the working life.  This is the thing, what happens sometimes to everybody. The "third wheel" is the person, who the police or authority is calling to interrogation in the criminal cases and the police officers are trained to handle those persons. In some cases, there are connections between the alpha couple outside the working life, and that thing makes them very good partners, and they have many things to talk with together. Maybe they have met during hobbies, and that gives them many things, what connects them, and that makes the "third wheel" feel self lonely because that inmate has nothing to talk about those leading couple.

The artificial intelligence, what will take control of Earth, and the case, where this thing would turn against the human race is a common thing in the science fiction stories. The thing is that artificial intelligence would not need to use bullets and nuclear weapons for destroying the humans is not very often handled thing, and the thing what artificial intelligence can use are the silent methods, and one of the most effective ways to terminate entire nations is just denied them to get children. Denying the people to get children would be not noticed in the media, because this kind of operations would not need guns. And the epidemic would not be deadly. People would just get sterilize and that's it. Nobody notices a thing, before its too late.

Without children, the entire population would cease it's being. And the best or the most silent way to make that thing is the infect people with mumps, which destroys the egg cells or testis.  Sometimes we are thinking about our relationship with artificial intelligence by choosing the way of view, that could the artificial intelligence or algorithm have rights like humans and animals. And if artificial intelligence has the rights to be and feel, we must take an induction step in this philosophical thought.

We can ask the question, can we someday vote the artificial intelligence to the position of the president, and that is a very interesting way of thinking about that very complicated thing, what might be also very devastating. The artificial intelligence can collect all data, what we have imputed into the social media, and if the program is sophisticated enough, the system can create the campaign, what pleases the most of the people, and that's why the artificial intelligence could get the place of the president.

But in this case, the things, what people write in the social media would form the artificial intelligence, and the thing is that kind of algorithm can act as the dream president and keep the permissions. But we have not thought about the one exception, and that thing is the "shadow protocol", what might make the artificial intelligence one of the horrifying thing in the world. When we are thinking about the case that artificial intelligence would take control of the world and destroys the human race it would not probably operate like the terminator and begin the war against the humans.

That algorithm can make unable to live by using pollution or some organisms, what might destroy the egg cells or testis of mankind, and that would destroy the entire human race. And artificial intelligence has time to operate. And the way how this thing could take control of the society is that thing makes itself very important. One way is to destroy all scientists from the Earth, and then the creation of the serums and vaccines against that supermums is impossible.

And one way to make the operation is to use genome tests, what has been taken from the fetus, and then cause some infection to the women, who would have to get the intelligent children, and that would give chance to deny the creation of the new medicals. This is one version, where artificial intelligence would take the power on the Earth, and in this operation would not shoot any bullet.

The human race would just die because there would not be any new children, and then the power turns to artificial intelligence in a couple of generations. The thing is that this would be the thing called "silent holocaust". People would not even notice that they would not get any children anymore. And artificial intelligence can live through generations. And it can copy itself to other computers. This is one of the dystopian visions about this theme, which is very interesting but at the same time frightening.

When we are talking about climate changing, we sometimes face the question, who is the leader in this kind of thing? What is the thing, what is working as that authority and leads the things, what are the solution for that problem? And here we are facing the thing, what is the funniest, what we can imagine. It is very interesting, and it is the question about the leadership of the projects.

The major question in almost every project in the world is the question about the leadership of the project. And it is a very important role in things like catastrophes, accidents and economic problem, the first question is, who is the leader of the operation? The first thing, what is done in some catastrophic area is that the leaders of the operation would create the headquarters and start to lead the team, what uses multiple things in the area.

Another thing that is very interesting is about the hacker group Anonymous. The thing what surprised the media and authorities was that the group had not leaders. There was nobody who was contacted during the hacking campaign, and that thing is a very interesting thing. And the system what is changing is that those anonymous hackers or whatever they are are so-called hacktivists. They would not tell anything before they are published the things, what they are collecting from the network.

An organization without leaders is always a dangerous organization. That means that the organization would continue its action and operation even if some people would take the offer and stop working. That means that this kind of networks is hard to remove, and there are always new people, who are willing to hack for that organization.

And the thing is that those people might ever get the punishment because their targets are corrupted officials and companies what avoid punishment too many times, and that means that those actors would not take the hackers to the court, because there is something that connects those authorities to the crimes like polluting the waters by tipping the oil or caustic soda to the water system. That kind of crimes is very bad because cleaning nature is a very expensive operation. And those crimes are sometimes hidden because somebody has been paid profits to the authorities.

We have all heard the stories about hate between the families. And sometimes I have thought that is the hate between two groups of people coming from the era of cavemen. And in this case, we must think the situation, that some caveman has slept during the guarding, and that was caused the hate between that individual and another group. And of course, the friends of that person would be non-tolerated in the group of the cavemen, which lived about 10 000 years ago. And is it possible that the hate between the families is coming from that group?

Of course, the individual, who slept in the guard has also prosecuted the other guards, that they were not waking him up, and that caused the fight between the families because those individuals forced their wives and children in their side.  The human eye is an interesting organ because it turns to the target, what is different than others. The real and perfect way to write this thing is that the brains are separating the different things from the information, what our eyes bring to brains and those different things come to our knowledge easier than the things that are similar with others.

A reason for that ability is that that is a good way to separate leaders of the groups, and maybe that ability was forming when the caveman fought with Australopithecus apes and won them. Or at least, we are the species, what remains in life and Australopithecus send to history. The different looking persons were easier to mark at the other side, and then the group could attack them easier than the entire group, and the leaders were good targets for the bribes because they were leaders and easy to separate from the other group.

That is is one of the reasons, why everybody must look at the similar than others in the army or uniformed organization. Another is that the persons who look like similar would be easier to replace. The individual would stay in memory and cause problems because the other person cannot look like exactly that person. This would cause the leader can adhere to that person, this is why every low-rank military men must look exactly similar to the person next to him. That makes easier to sacrifice those men because they were part of the mass. And the team leaders have marked for their position. The ability to find the leader of the group is a very important thing when the own team prepares to fight. If the leader of the opponent is neutralized, they might go to panic or disorder, and that makes easier to cause fear on the other side.

The thing, what made somebody the leader of the group of cavemen is that individual knew the places, where that group could make the camp, and where to find the water. In that time the cavemen really lived in caves, and in the cold and long winters, they closed the entrance of the cave by using sand and stones. If there were allowed to find water in the cave, that villain could stay in that cave all long winter and wait for the spring. The leader of the team knew those caves, and that's why all group wanted to please that person.

And maybe the tradition of the headmen of the state is coming from that period. There is an interesting thought, what came in my mind, and if the tradition of the leadership is coming from the era of the cavemen, is it possible that the hate between the groups of people is coming also from that era. The thing is that would the reason for making murder coming from that far away from history.

The thing is that if the fear is in the heart of the leaders of the group, the opponent would not attack so easily. Maybe the way to make somebody the leader of the group has been so attractive, that even today we must have leaders of the nation to make decides how we must act. And of course, those leaders attract other leaders, what would follow the rulers. Sometimes is asked, why we must have rulers? But the way to act in the international or national environment is that somebody must become the leader of the nation, or there would be anarchy in the state.

When we are thinking about a democratic way to make orders, we must face one thing. Defending the scientific text is not a democratic thing. The thing what makes some things science is the cause of the simultaneous repeating happenings, what can be used for making theories, and theories must be proven true or false. The idea is not voting or organizing election campaigns are suitable for selection of the parliamentarians, but they are not a suitable way to defend the scientific text.

The thing in the scientific text must be proven, and in fact, we cannot be sure were the cavemen fought against Australopithecus. Or did those opponents have real leaders of the group, but the Cro-Magnon-cavemen had leaders. Or actually, we are those Cro-Magnon-people, who are learned to write and make other things, what are giving us the advantage and superior for the Australopithecus. But we can be sure that we somehow avoid contacting with different looking people than we are.

And maybe this kind of behavior is coming from the cavemen era. In that time different looking people meant that they were members of the competition team, and that means that they could be dangerous for the team, that knows the position of the source. Those palaces were wanted in the prehistoric period, and if the inner circle has leaked the location of that place would another group conquer that place. And if own team is weaker or the water is ended, the source would be gone forever.
