Is NATO so powerful as it claims?

The question is about how united NATO would be in the real situation? Donald Trump has brought one thing in the relationship with NATO to the front of the great publicity, and that is that the USA would not necessarily support its allies. The problem is that NATO is the defense union, and if the military actions would start in Europe, the attack would be claimed to began by the European NATO country.

Nuclear weapons are a very powerful tool in international conflict. The problem is that some people would claim, that NATO is only the shield for the USA, which has a too dominating role in that military union. The thing is that Russia would support the opinions, that NATO is gone, and the USA must go back over the Atlantic ocean, and the fights would be done in the European territory.

And the other thing is that there are many people in Europe, who would notice, that the USA collects the data from the European actors and private citizens. The thing is that Europe is addicted to the military satellites of the USA, and the role of intelligence has been claimed to be very little, in things like tracking the troops of the opponent.

That kind of cooperation along with the electronic surveillance in the cooperation of UKUSA (1) are things, that would be wanted to quit by the Russians and certain political actors. And the reason, why Russia is claimed to support Trump is that this man would be wanted to disband the NSA and other intelligence agencies. And this is why the so-called Panama-leak has been done(2). The idea was to affect the leaders of Europe, that they will stop the UKUSA and disband NATO. For those people, the UKUSA is a synonym for "Echelon" (3) the NSA global surveillance network.

Those people argue that this kind of military unions is connecting European countries to the conflicts, which can be avoided by staying neutral. And if somebody would disagree, that thing means that the "real leaders" must not tolerate any kind of criticism. For those people, criticism is only a negative thing. And people should just follow their leaders.

One of the things, what pleases some people in Russia is the military forces. People claim that liberalism is caused by the back reaction and nations want moral and militarism. The democracy is too soft for those defensors of militaristic and authoritarian governments. But then we must remember that democracy is not the same thing with liberalism. When we are thinking of the cases where democratic governments started to persecute minorities, we find many cases in history.

In many South American states, the democratic government has been started to systematically persecute minorities, and the same things have been made in South Africa and Australia. During the Apartheid the South African government was democratic, but it was democracy only for white people. Black people were persecuted systematically.

And Australia closed Aboriginals to the concentration camps, but otherwise, the government was democratic. Those examples show, how the democratic government can start things, what is not acceptable. Also in many European countries, gypsies and other minorities have been isolated more or less by official permission.

So that kind of thing is embarrassing when we are looking at the history. The thing is that Russia would benefit the Internet very effectively in its information operations makes that kind of actions more effective than ever before.

Every myth and legend have a source or begin. There is always the first person, who tells those tales. And this is a thing, what we must realize when we are starting to think about those things. Offices like NASA, NSA, and FBI are sometimes causing embarrassing situations in the highly-ranking positions of the political system. And this is the reason, why some people want to disband them. The normal reason for that is claimed to be the misuse the budgets, and the people, who are sharing this kind of information are many times getting great publicity.

If we want to research the myths and legends, we must realize that we must find the origin of those tales, what might be weird. And the research question is, why those tales have been told? The major question is when they first came in the public? Did somebody told those stories in the bat, and then somebody tells those stories forward.

But what makes those stories believable? When we are thinking about things like attitudes, we are facing people, who are really against the USA, and this is the reason, why every negative thing, what is told about that nation is believable. They want to believe, that the USA is dirty and this makes in their mind so-called "dam effect".

The load in their mind is so powerful, that they want to believe, that the moon flights were fake. But there are some other dimensions in this kind of stories. Did somebody claim to be an astronaut, who was heard or seen something, what makes those things fake?

And then we have to notice one thing more. If people believe things, what to say, there is one possibility, what is not usually mentioned. The possibility is that the person is targeted accidentally or on purpose by the high-power electricity or electromagnetic radiation. So are those stories about hoax moon trips caused by MKULTRA?

The mysterious mind-control project, which contained tests with LSD, psilocybin and other chemicals. But if we would target the high-voltage electromagnetic radiation or put the person to the virtual reality during those tests, we might make them believe, that the things, what are created by using special effects were true.

Sometimes has claimed that some "astronauts" or test personnel were exposed with nitrous oxide and another kind of chemicals when they operated in the simulator. The thing is that the chemicals and the lower level of consciousness might make people believe, that they were on some moon trip. Maybe those stories were created for the warning, that everybody can be manipulated.

And if the conditions were right, people believe everything. When we are talking about brain core stimulation, we must realize that the system itself is very small, and those modified electric shock equipment can carry even in the briefcase. But the thing is that high-power electric radiation can transfer in brains by using simply high-power radio transmitter, which inducts the electricity to the nervous system, as I have written many times before.

The U.S cyber command has begun aggressive action against the Russian Federation, and the purpose of those attacks is to show people that the United States military forces are ready also in this field of warfare, or this is how the White House would tell people about this kind of actions. The thing is that the U.S needed to prove its strike capacity also in the field of cyber intelligence and cyber operations against the opposing forces. But this kind of things is a really interesting way to see things.

Cyber intelligence is a really effective way to get information, but modern cyber weapons can also kill people. If the targeted person goes in the wrong elevator, and the operator would see the location of the person, the operator can launch the algorithm, what will release the break of the elevator, and turn the motor to push the elevator down by using maximum speed. That would cause a really devastating situation. But the most modern algorithms can cause the neural-visual effect, which will cause epilepsy, but I will write it later.

The thing is that normally the hacking operations and intelligence actions are kept away from publicity, but there are people, who want to bring everything public. But those persons want to tell only the part of the things, what supports their own point of view.

Neural-visual stimulation is probably so effective like a bullet when it is used. 

One thing must be mentioned about the new type of harmful software is that those viruses and algorithms, what are used, can adjust the power supply systems, and that means that the electric wires can get overvoltage. But there is created another kind of software, and that thing can kill the targeted persons, even if they are not going to the elevator.

The way to operate is called as the neural-visual stimulation, which means that the computer screens can give flashing, which will give pressure to the nervous system. That kind of flashing is synchronized to the brain core alpha-EEG, which means that it will cause the epileptic disease, or it can use sub-liminal flash messages, what can cause very nasty reactions in the mind of targeted persons.

We are all seen the UFO-photographs, what are portraying lights on the skies, and we might think that this kind of photos is something, what is easy to explain. And the thing, what makes them interesting is that there is never offered the natural explanation like aircraft-formation, what are making some tests about people willing to call the officials if they are seeing something strange in the skies.

Many of the photographs, what are portraying UFOs are actually very easy to made by mistake, and if the objective of the system's camera is adjusted wrong, would the overexposure of the film cause the effect, what seems like UFO, if the camera is targeted to the edge of the cloud. But why this explanation is not given for some photographs, what are portraying the unidentified flying objects?

The making this kind of errors is very usual and easy to make, and why those photographs are not explained to be made by accidentally. I have also made some of that kind of errors with the camera, and I have shown those photos to my friends. So those pictures would be very easy to explain by mentioning that they are made by accident, and that technique could be shown on television. But why to those pictures is never explained by some cheap and easy methods? Why they are so-called hot potatoes for government and "men in black, who might be agents, who are working for NSA or CIA.

There are many things, what have not ever mentioned about the old UFO-photographs, and one is that they can portrait the aircraft, which is equipped with special lights or movie projectors. Those systems might create the effect, what seems like supernatural, and the purpose of those aircraft officially tested the reaction of people if they saw something unusual in the skies because if they saw the Soviet bomber or reconnaissance aircraft, there would be best for all, that they dare to call the officials. Sometimes those aircraft were equipped with banderoles, what had led-lights, and later in that project is probably used holograms, what is created by using  3D-CAD software.

Officially this operation was codenamed "Garnet". But there is something strange about those pictures, what are published in magazines like "Sceptical inquire" and many other publishings. The thing, what makes those pictures strange is, that this kind of choice for an explanation is ever mentioned. And there is something, what people would not probably know about this kind of aircraft. Those lights can be used to make the mask in the front of something, what hides behind those lights, what are flying in the "V"-shaped formation.
