The deep anesthesia and Cryonics Institute

The deep anesthesia and Cryonics Institute

When we want to solve the social problems easily in the spacecraft, what is a closed environment, we can simply put the crew to the sleep, and wait until the craft is near the red planet, but there is one problem, and that is that the muscles are not used during the flight. And that could make them weaker.

This means that the crew must have the electric stimulation for the muscle tissue, which makes them stronger. The thing is that anesthesia would be very suitable for this kind of thing. But in some cases, there are plans to send the crew to somewhere outer solar system by using the thing, what is called asphyxia.

In this case, the temperature of the bodies would decrease to extreme hypothermic, and then the hearts and breathing would be replaced by using the heart-lung machine, which would replace those astronauts own heart and own breath by using the system, what would recycle very cold blood in the body of the crew. This is the thing, what I wrote earlier. And the thing is that in some ideas, persons who are in cases like witness protection program would be stored in extreme cold condition.

Sometimes is mentioned that there are people in the world, who are let to put themselves to the cryonic ice, and wait that they could be cured. And the thing is that the Cryonics Institute (1) is not the only organization, which makes this kind of thing.

This is one version, how we could benefit cryogenics. In cryogenics, where the oscillation of the molecules has been stopped people would not getting older. Storing a person in very cold storage would solve many problems in the paper. But the practical solutions are extremely difficult to make.

And if we would send the time traveler to the future by using the simplest possible way, just putting the person in the ice, we must realize, that this person would ever return. The cryonics would allow us to make a very slow time machine, where the person would just sleep over centuries or millenniums, and then they would return to life. If the technology is on the level, what is high enough. But what would we do with that thing? Would we send somebody to the future to telling people, how kind we were?

The thing is that cryogenics is one of the most brilliant ideas of the world. If the person would get sick, that individual could go in cryonics, and then go to a very long sleep. After a certain time that person would be wake up, but there are many ethical and moral questions about this kind of thing. But what if we would have some kind of illness? Would we make a decision, that we would go to cryo ice to wait until our illness can be cured? Or could the authorities store their key scientists or operators to those places?

The Terminus and the Gaia of intelligence.

The Terminus and the Gaia of intelligence.

In one of the most incredible science fiction books or book series in the key role is two fictional planets Trantor and Terminus. In the fictional planet Terminus of Isaac Asimov's book "The Foundation" is the key element in one of the most fantastic theories of the intelligence. That planet would be the place, where the temperature would be only a couple of Kelvin degrees. In those temperatures, every material would turn to superconductors.

And this has been given a very fascinating idea, that if we would take animals like bugs to that kind of place, the neurons of those animals would start to communicate with together. That thing would turn the entire planet to the giant and very effective supercomputer. The thing is that this kind of very intelligent supercomputer can communicate with the characters, who are living on another planet, simply by using radio telescopes.

Could the superconducting conditions make person ability to communicate with us forever? In this case, the live means consequence and the ability to think. And if we would be more melodramatic, that person, who is in the superconducting tank would operate on Earth by using EEG-controlled robots. Everything depends that could the brains or neurons operate in the superconducting conditions.

The thing that the cell would not have any chemical operations in the extremely low temperature would store it forever. But the electricity would travel in the neurons even forever if the temperature remains low enough, that the core layer would turn to superconducting, and in the temperature near the zero Kelvin degrees is no resistance in the wires. So the only thing, what brains need to operate is electricity, if there is no need to use chemicals for feeding the mitochondria. And this brings interesting thoughts in the mind of the researchers, who are working in the field of artificial intelligence.

This thing has brought in my mind that the capital of the fictional empire, planet Trantor what is covered by using steel plates could be actually the giant university. If the supercomputer of the planet Terminus will send the radio impulses to Trantor, that will create the magnetic field inside that layer. That field can reprogram the people, who are on that planet.

Nibiru or Nemesis is the planet, which orbits the brown dwarf. The temperature in that planet would be extremely low, and because I have written about Asimov's book series"The Foundation" I will handle another fictional world what is created by the same author. The planet would be extremely cold, and that thing has been covered with the one very intelligent and powerful species.

When I read that book, the thing what I thought was that this thing might be the reason, why we should sterilize our probes, before we will send them to another planet. The thing is that in the extremely low temperature the bugs would become superconducting.

This thing has brought one thing in my mind. When we are thinking about superconducting, we must ask, is it possible, that putting some other species in the superconducting condition,  it would become intelligent? The superconducting means that electricity travels in the wires without resistance. So, if we would decrease the temperature of the neuron, that thing would make it very fast. And could it be possible to communicate with people or animal, what is in the freezer, where is extremely low temperature?

Ion technology and supercomputing

Ion technology and supercomputing

https://kimmoswritings.blogspot.com/

The biggest problem is re-assemble the particles.

Teleportation is the basic simple thing. The person or object that wanted to transfer to another place just turn to the ion cloud, what will shoot to the target, and then the ions must take the same place in the structure, where they were before this process. And the re-assembling the object is the biggest problem, but if we could someday make the ion cannon, what can shoot ions to the certain place by using necessary precision, we could maybe in someday make this thing true.

The thing, what makes this technology very difficult to make is that the magnet field must stop each ion in the precise place. That thing would make possible to transfer objects through the wall if we could create the magnets, what can stop each ion in separately in the right position. There is a little different if we would have able to transfer things like screwdrivers by using ion transfer, to using living organisms by using that technology.

Transferring data by using very cold ions.

In fact, we could store the data to the very cold ions, and then shoot those ions through walls, and this technology will be used in the quantum computers. In this case, the quantum computer would transfer the information by using some kind of ion cannon, which will have the capacity to shoot many ions in the same direction in the same line, and the storage of information would acting like some crystals, what can store the data in the certain form, but that would cause the need the temperature, what is near the absolute zero point.

There is also planned to use so-called nano-size crystals for information storage, and then those tiny diamonds would fly across the microcircuit, and in theory, this system would be very easy to create, but there are many practical problems in the real-life solutions. The diamonds or quartz crystals would have the ability to store information at a very low temperature.

And if we would want to use those crystals for sending information we must just throw them to target, where the oscillation would transfer to data. But this method is a little bit clumsy for real-life use, but this is an only theoretical way to create the computer, which could be very effective if it would work. The thing is that sometimes the oscillation is planned to store in the liquid Helium.

The needed temperature is near zero Kelvin

Or actually the superfluid, what is ionized, and then the ion cannon would shoot that very cold liquid in the microchip, or in theory, regular pumps would allow transferring the superfluid in the tubes, what is connected to the sensors, where the data would be released. This kind of versions are only thoughts, what kind of computers we could make in the day of tomorrow, and as I have many times written in the future, we might send he supercomputers to space far away from the Earth. In fact, places like the Kuiper belt is offering a very interesting place for supercomputers, what should be in the superconducting condition.

Of course, those computers can be installed many RTG-generators, but there is a possibility to use nuclear reactors. If we would send that kind of computer to the moons, where is the volcanic temperature, those systems could use geothermal energy. In this case, the liquid gas, what might be liquid nitrogen or methane can rotate the turbines as well as water, and if we would have human-shaped robots in use, those robots can use the artificial intelligence to assemble the computer in the distance, and in this scenario, those bases would be unmanned.

Robots can use to assembly the superconducting computers on the icy moons of the Neptune and Pluto in the future.

The robots will be programmed to assemble the base by using virtual reality, where the robots would teach to use the tools and put the microcircuits in a certain place. And in practice, this thing would happen that the assemblers would use data gloves and data suits in the assembly, and those actions will be recorded to those robots.

In this futuristic case, the problem is that those robots must also know if the microchips are installed properly, and act in the right way if they drop the screwdriver. The tools and microchips can equip with RFID-systems, what would tell which place they should be installed and when the microcircuit in the properly installed. The radio transmitter would tell that to those robots, what must operate independently in the distance, where the radio transmitting would take many hours to reach those robots.

That kind of robots must use advanced telemetry and network for those processes. But if some case would feel too difficult, the robots would ask the assistance from the command center, what will send the instructions like movement tracks to the robots, what might operate in the surface of some icy moon.
