The meaningless thing might have meaning

The first in this text is taken in the old city in Tallinn, Estonia, and as you see, there seems to be something wrong, and the reason why I took this picture, is that the wooden house is in the very bad condition. So why the city authorities would not order to fix that house is interesting. The thing is that this kind of places is really expensive places to live, and why somebody would leave the house in that condition.

The other houses seem very good repaired and kept, and the thing is, why this house has gone in so bad condition? I think that the taxes should pay anyway, even if the house is not in use, but maybe there is some reason, why the owner doesn't care about that house, what locates in the historical city area.



The Gauss curve in the houses

The second image is portraying the Western Harbor of Helsinki, and the nice detail of this house or passenger terminal is the Gauss curve on the roof. This form is the same what the calculations of the averages would give in mathematics. The mean would give that form, and sometimes I have thought, why the form of the average curve is in this house?

Of course, the  Gauss curve is the beautiful form, and the thing is that the politicians need that curve, when they are calculating so-called average person. And the second thing, what the Gauss curve tells for the specialists is some test too easy or too difficult. In the normal scenario is that the test results would follow the graph of the average values, which means that if the real results are different from the Gauss curve, that thing means the test was too difficult or too easy.

If the number of failed is rising, the test would be too easy. And if the number of excellent results would be raised, the test was too easy. But when we are thinking the averages, we must realize, that we should compare the results of all places, where the test has been made, and if there is only one anomaly, that would mean that there is something different in the group, or somebody has been given the answers to a certain group. The last one would be very clear, but the investigator should think, why those results have been given to a certain group?

Strange notification about Pointcaré formula

Pointcaré's conjecture is a mathematical formula, what is allowing to calculate every form in nature. So if we would input this formula to the CAD-program, it would automatically draw those forms. And that allows creating automatically things like forms of the STEALTH-aircraft. But for making that thing is needed the computer.

The Pointcaré conjecture is in the list of so-called millennium problems of mathematics, and the list is created by David Hilbert in the year 1900. If we would want to benefit things like Pointcaré conjecture, we would need a computer, what has the ability to create those images. and in the year 1900, there was not that kind of computer.

So this is the thing in the Millenium problems. Those problems were useless in the time when Hilbert introduced them in Paris. There was no practical use either the Pointcaré conjecture and Riemann conjecture. The last one is used to calculate the primary numbers for the mathematical cryptologic algorithms, and the problem is is there the zero-points. If there is no zero-point for that formula, the list of the primary numbers continues forever.

But the problem is that in the year 1900 was no need for mathematical cryptology. Until the electronic computers came in the market, the cryptology based the Enigma-machines, what have moved the letters forward or backward as the system is sat, but in 1900 was no Enigma-machines.

The decimal number-based cryptology and secrecy came effective only when the ASCII-code was created. And modern digital computers benefit that thing in everyday life. But there were no digital computers in the year 1900, and this is the thing, what makes those millennium-problems quite interesting thing.

Have you ever thought about how fantastic science can really be? Or what actually means theoretical science? There are no limits in the world when people are thinking about things like "what if", and after that would come the two kilometers long text, and the thing is that actually nobody even knows, what is written after the worlds "what if". Let me tell you about a little example of this thing, and that is really the well-known image of Enrico Fermi or Albert Einstein, who are standing ahead of their blackboards, and there is something, what looks like the mathematical formula on that screen or blackboard.

Who knows about the meaning of that calculation or formula? On top of the text is an image of the blackboard of Albert Einstein, and if we would have time, we could simply use Google to search those terms from the Internet. And at first, we could start the most common letter, what seems like P or D, and ask Google, what means P or D in the physics, the reason, why we would like to use word "physics" in Google is that Einstein was physic.

So maybe those letters are meant for the physics formula, and the results we might see from the Wikipedia, where is a list of common physics notations. In that homepage would be told that the big P means pressure (Pascal) or momentum, at opposite order big D is the electric displacement field also called the electric flux density, and if we would want to be careful, we could check those terms from some book of mathematical and physics formulas. That means that if somebody has been vandalized that Wikipedia page, would that cause horrifying thing in the formulas of the physics.

The problem with the homepages of physics is that the data, what is stored on them might be changed. And why somebody wants to mess the sensitive scientist's calculations. That thing is that nuclear weapons projects would need very sharp calculations if there would be missing something, the result could be very really exploding. And one of the things what might go wrong is if the rotating speed of the centrifuge is too high, that would cause the explosion in the laboratory.

When people handle the radioactive material, they must realize, that is the energy level of the radioactive material is rising, would that decrease the critical mass. And if the weight of the radioactive material would go above this mass, would the result be the nuclear explosion. When we are thinking about the situation, that somebody would not know about it, we might face the situation, that the nuclear laboratory would vanish in the flash, what turns everything in those areas to vapor.

Here is one mathematical formula, or the problem what solution is based on the thing, that the maker of this test must find the formula. This problem is taken from the "Newsners" home page, and it is published on Facebook.

As you see there might be two or three solutions, depending on what system the solution maker want to use. The examination is on the page, what is linked below this text, and simplest way is just plus the numbers if the last line, and the answer would be 19, but that would not follow the formula, what is in the problem.

1+4=5
2+5=12
3+6=21
8+11=x

There might be an answer that the last number of the problem would be multiplicate the last number with the line order number, and that thing can demonstrate by using the plus mark. That means that the solution for this mathematical problem would get by using the next formula.

1+4=5
2+5+5=12
3+6+6+6=21
8+11+11+11=41

The source homepage answer you might read from the next link, and that is also the source of this problem. As you might see, there could be many ways to solve mathematical problems. The answer is taken that the last number of each line would plus to the next line. And you might see that would also give the correct answer for that formula.

Google and its complicated relationship with the Internet

Google is the company, which is a very big problem on the Internet, and the thing is that if we would want to make the competitor for it, we must create the indexing algorithms, what are the same time effect, what Google uses, and when we are thinking about search engines, the thing, what makes Google so effective is that it has collected data from the searches over 20 years.

And the thing is that in the databases must be data, what the indexing algorithms would index and sort. This is the problem with Google, which has the ultimate power in the world of the Internet. When we are thinking about media services like YouTube, there is one thing, what makes the competitor hard to get in service. The users must find that new service, and as you might see, the use of social media and media channels is a free willing choice. The thing what makes YouTube so popular is that it is easy to use.

If we would create a new social media or media service, we must have powerful servers, and if we would make that thing ourselves, we should have money and staff for that thing. The moderators should work 24 hours per day every each day of the year. And that thing costs money. The electric bill of the powerful servers must also be paid, and when the user would select the social media service, the question is that those people probably wanted to be seen in the media, so nobody wants to be the only user in the social media service.

When the social media service would collect money it can choose the source for that financial income. It can collect it from the users or somewhere else, and in the western world that somewhere else means actually the marketing offices, who would want to show their commercials for people. The thing is that Google dominates the Internet is a very complicated problem because the channels like YouTube are free and they show the free material if the owners of the channel accept the information, what is delivered by using that channel. And that is the problem with freedom. The thing what makes this information very problematic is that there is no channel, where we can get the information, what is not connecting to Google or YouTube.

The problem is that if Google doesn't like you homepages, they would be removed if the owner is Google, and the domain belongs to Google if it would be free. The texts that are written in there belongs to the writer. If the home pages are under the paid domain, the thing is that Google would not just index that homepage, and that means that nobody finds those homepages. This makes YouTube like the vegetable, which would quell other vegetables around it. The thing is that no competitor has the same kind of material to offer than YouTube, and that brings the users to that thing.

But there are arguments, what makes this kind of things more complicated than we ever can imagine. There are things in YouTube what do not please the politicians and other people because there are things, what they would not want to show people, or what would you like about the priest, who will drink alcohol and slags of the people or acts awry, who should listen to that person?

Those things make YouTube a little bit uncomfortable thing for some people. And the world is changed. In the world of yesterday, we can just call politicians for help. They make laws, and they can deny YouTube, but here we must realize that also the actors like YouTube and Google has money for lobbying the politicians and paying their campaigns.

So if we would like to deny those channels, we must know, that there are politicians, who would be supported by Google. And when we are thinking about the election campaigns, Google can decrease the page rank of the homepages of the politicians who those people would not like. And this makes that kind of laws very difficult to create.
