If we would send the crew to another solar system, that thing needs a very big investment. And if we would make the manned flight to another solar system it would mean the final goodbye for that crew, if we cannot create craft what would travel faster than the speed of light. And this is the problem. We cannot make sure if the system like WARP-craft or wormhole would work properly before we test it.

And if the craft would be a disappointment, there is a possibility, that we cannot get it back, or in the better case, the craft would turn useless version of the giant spacecraft, which can be modified to the space station. But if the craft would travel about 50% of the speed of light, the journey to the Alpha Centauri system would take over 8 years to one way.

The problems with long-term space trips to other solar systems are that we don't know how to handle time. So when we are creating the models, where the spacecraft would reach the speed of the light or goes faster than the light, we must realize that there would be two versions of that very interesting phenomenon.

The realistic version of that thing is the virtual crossing the speed of light. In that case, the spacecraft would create the speed, which is near the speed of light, and then the time would go slower or even stop inside the capsule. Or if we would increase the mass or energy to that craft, the thing would cause the effect, that the time seems to go backward, because its energy would be so huge, that the light cannot escape from the surface.

But the craft is not crossing the speed of light. And the thing is that the journey to the nearest star would take 4,3 years, or in fact, the flight time would take longer, because the craft would be accelerated years, and the breaking would take years. The virtual crossing the speed of light would happen by connecting the particle accelerator to the craft, and that would make that effect possible if the particle accelerator would start near the speed of light. The idea would be that the magnetic accelerator would move particles forward when the craft is traveling near the speed of light.

There is one another possibility to attempt that kind of thing like real crossing the speed of light, but that thing needs the so enormous craft, that is hard to create even in the most optimistic visions. The first stage of the craft would equip with the giant magnetic accelerator, and when this base stage would be accelerated near the speed of light, another stage would send to the forward by using the particle accelerator.

That thing would, in theory, make that incredible thing possible, but the problem is how to stop that vehicle? The second stage would not be very big, and that would make it impossible to use any kind of braking system unless some version of the solar sail would be used in that mission. So that system could be the solar brake.

The WARP-system might have the potential for that kind of system, but the problem is that we cannot know the answers for that thing could the vehicle somehow cross the speed of light before the WARP-craft has been created. And here we are facing things, what is the only possible in the space programs, and the thing is that if the speed of WARP or some other spacecraft would be only 15% of the speed of light, that thing would be a very big disappointment.

But the speed of that spacecraft would be very high, and that means that in that case, when the speed was only small part of the expected or hoped, the craft cannot return very easily. And that means that if the WARP would not work perfectly, we would notice that thing even after a couple of years. The system would make for nothing. It could travel inside the solar system, but the huge system that is meant for interstellar craft would be a little bit too big for interplanetary flight, and those systems would not be suitable for small scale missions.

Many problems in modern society are coming from the 1970s when most of the so-called concrete suburbs were built. In that time the planners of the hoods created an idea that people wanted to go home to sleep when they were going home after work, and weekends they spent in the countryside. So in the 1970s, the plans were that people come from the countryside for working to cities for earning money, and when their parents retired those people moved back to the countryside and continued their parents work.

So in that time, there was the only couple of activities in the hoods. There was, of course, pub and other activities were food market. That kind of things brought youngsters to the streets and the youngsters who spent their time while hanging in shopping centers were from the families, where were social problems with the narcotics or alcohol, and this kind of things brought a thing, what is known as social politics in the mind of people.

There were only a little number of youngsters when we are looking at the entirety, who spent their time sniffing the glue and causing troubles, but those youngsters were a very visible part of the society. And of course, they offered work for police what were needed to handle those youngsters, when they caused problems. The problem was the loss of positive activities.

When people realize that the major problem, in that case, there was made community centers for youngsters. But sometimes those places were broken, and the reason was that there were a small group of people, who wanted that the youngsters were hanging in the shopping centers. Those people were drug dealers, who saw those people as potential customers.

So, if the youngsters meet together in some other places like shopping centers, they lose their customers. And that kind of people wants that everybody is hanging at the shopping centers and go to the prisons. But when people are planning how those The problem is that targeting the money and resources in the social developing programs is always compromise. There are two lines in that kind of things.

The people who are believing that the money for social work must be targeted to the masses because they would get the best benefit. Those people believe that there is needed the skateboard ramps and other kinds of things, and that kind of things are working if the youngster has no problems yet. The prevention is in the main role in those cases, and most of the youngsters are not needed for special therapies.

But the common versions of that kind of social policies are not working with youngsters, who have problems and bad feeling. That kind of youngsters needs special therapies, and the major thing is that those people must understand that the individual center model in the social policy is needed in the cases where problems are started to create. And this is the reason, why hybrid models of social politics are needed, and most of the youngsters are not needed special therapies.

The common models can be used to uncover the persons, who are needed therapy. There is one point in therapies, which are targeted to the individuals. People must realize that therapies are effective only if the patient or customer follows the rules, and also medicals are ineffective if the person uses drugs or lots of alcohol during that time, and there is also a thing, that punishments must be things, what are afraid people for making crimes. But the social politics are the best way to prevent problems, which causes millions of Euros bills for society each year in the form of washing houses and course prisons are not a cheap thing.

Women and children are problematic actors in the field of terrorism because they are collecting sympathies, and many people who are operating in the practical operational level or field operators are feeling bad when they must return those persons back to their homelands. The men are easier for those operators, and this is a problematic thing because the man, who stands with an assault rifle against children doesn't look good in the home.

The human mind built for feeling sympathy for children, and even in the war zone, that kind of actions, where children are dying is justified as the inhumane actions. Also violating women is an absolutely intolerable thing in western culture because our legislation is made for protecting the weaker. The thing is that propaganda and adults are growing children, who are hating western culture.

Or otherwise, the person would grow in the environment, where is learned to hate somebody, who comes from the foreign lands. And of course, we can say, that hate as the "critical attitude". The problem with the modern western world is that we are always facing things, what we cannot handle. The persons in the television or the candidates of the parliament are promising easy solutions. And one of them is the war against terrorism.

The problem in the war is that thing grows people to violence, and that means that the next generation would be more and more radical than the last one. Even if we are acting like robots, the human mind is built for protecting our species. And that means the mentally healthy person automatically feels sympathy for children and women.

The thing in the field operation level is that the persons, who are operating in the area, would face the ethic and moral problems if they are facing the children, even if they are armed. In the field, many things seem a little bit different than in some house of parliament. And the traumas or things, what they have seen and done, what those persons see there are following those men and women the rest of their life.

Many people think that the new product always looks like really radical or complicated. The new version of ax might be a revolutionary product as well as some new mobile telephone solutions. The new version of ax might be the thing, what operates like catapult baton, and that thing could be produced by the carbon fibers, and in the rod would equip with the ring, what allows the knife moving backward and forward, what gives the knife of the ax ability to get the more force from that movement.  This is one example of the product, which might not look revolutionary, but what is very effective.

The new companies might have a good product, and a good way to work, but their problem is how to get clients who would bring money to their business. The thing about the new entrepreneurs is that they might have made a good job in their former workplaces and they might have a good reputation, but they would not know anybody, who hires the subcontractors, and another kind of workers, who are working in their own companies. 

Networks are very important in the modern business environment, and if the person would not have good networks and personal connections would the finding the first client be very difficult. When we are thinking about the situation, that the person has just established a company, that would mean, that the role of that person changes by the radical way. 

That person is now outsider from the former company, where that inmate is worked as employed. After establishing the own company, the role for the working life is changing radically the ex-worker becomes the director of the own company. The things what were been automatically done by some other people must now be done by self. The most important thing is to get clients, and the thing is that somebody must then end the contract with some very long term service delivery, if we are talking about micro support or some other immaterial services.

One of the things might seem very easy, but then we must realize, that the long term relationship in the field of the services is making a more personal relationship, what we can ever expect. Getting the first contracts must entrepreneur have a good relationship, who will trust that the person would know what to do in every situation, what the micro support can face in real life. And without a network, what consists the persons, who make decisions for choosing the services is hard to get clients or customer. 

The trust of the company is a very important thing, and that means that there is a large canyon between one or two person company and the enterprise, what have 20 000 workers, and what is the actor, what acts in the multinational level. The competition against those companies are very difficult, and that means the one or two-person company would many times end their business because of the lack of the customers. 

The product, what the company sells is the most important in business life, but how to get the product to the customer is the problem in every corporation, and that's why small companies have always problems in the business life. If the corporation is working in the very innovative and fast renewing and transforming business areas like ICT-sector, must the product, what the corporation would sell be excellent. 

And when the thing, what the company sells is delivered to markets, must that company begin to create new merchandise, because the markets are changing, and the corporation must create new things, that they can work in the top. If the company is the top, that means that it would sell its own products, and that means that the reselling contracts are not so influential than for a company, that operates as the reseller. If the reselling contract will be cut, that means that the business with those merchandises is ended. 

That means that being over the top and prime mover in the business needs very sharp work with research and development areas and its very hard thing. But if the company is creating the product, what is successful would that means gold and honor for that operator in business life. But being over the top means sacrifices and will to create things, what are best in business, and that means something, what people would probably believe. The leaders of that kind of company must tolerate the people, who create new things. The thing what the creator creates must not something, what seems revolutionary, but it might be something, what people would ever think to exist.

If we are thinking to buy some cheap parts for our data systems, we can buy very much troubles at the same time. One risk of cheap computers is that the battery is weak, and the mobile usage of the systems is very short, but if somebody would sell the used computer, should that system first clean, what means the re-installing operating system.

In 5G mobile network is one problem, and it is that if the microchips, what is used in components are infected with viruses or surveillance software, that system can turn against its owners. The thing, in this case, is that those components might have own satellite communication devices, what would deliver all data from the network to the part, what is controlling the software and the network.

This is the thing, what makes 5G architecture problematic. Those components might have also logic bombs, or they can use as this data virus. The thing is that those microchips can be formatted by using remote control and then the network is unable to operate. The third problem is that technology can be used to track the citizens, who are in foreign lands.

That means that the network remote usage allows the use it in the surveillance, and this makes it really problematic. The remote usage systems would be used as that network maintenance, and things like anti-virus and firewalls are updating by using those remote control panels. And this makes those networks a very big risk if the maintenance is left to some unknown operator. In the worst case, those operators can have a so-called back gate to the system, and that means that they can shut down an entire network if they want.

This is the reason, why every nation should have separated network for the official use. In that network must be used only trusted parts. And things like microchips must be produced in the trusted places, and the programs, what are connecting those parts to computer keyboards and other parts should be programmed and installed only in the trusted places, what is fully EMP-protected because that denies that in those components would install the software, what makes them risk for the security.

The reason, why I wrote this text is that if the persons would try to make something new, they must dare to make that thing, and in the developing process is always problems and disappointments. The thing is that those problems and errors are making the development process interesting. And in fact, the innovation needs a very long process of forming the merchandise, which can be sold to the customers.

Below this text is a link to the film, where is portrayed the all-electric aircraft, which made only five minutes flight. The manufacturers of this prototype are promising the 300 km/h speed and an hour flight time. This means that they should get brand new technology for that goal, and the thing is that they didn't tell, what kind of batteries those persons used in this project.

Maybe they used the car batteries of some kind of systems like laptop batteries, what is taken from some garbage. I don't know about the budget of those developers, but the first prototype is always problematic, and there is always many things to fix until the commercial solution would be ready to deliver to the customers.

That means that there are many problems to fix, and the thing is that the new and lighter batteries are the thing, what those persons would need to get. Or they must turn to use fuel cells. The thing is that every single prototype on earth has problems in the maiden flight. And if the thing is, that those enthusiasts didn't even have the most sophisticated and newest battery technology, that five minutes flight was a very good reach.

And in the end, I must say, that don't be so hard, when you criticize that kind of projects. The world needs new innovations and if people are too tough for that kind of ideas nobody even dares to attempt anything. This means that good ideas are staying in the boxes, and that thing would not take anything forward. The innovation must come to public knowledge, that it can form to the product.

About losing the best employee

The thing with the best employee is something like the two-sided particle. When we are thinking about the situation, that we have one employee, whose skills and work are critical for our business, we are facing a very problematic situation. Of course, we might want to keep that employee, but if that person realizes, that there is nobody, who can take that person place, would that be the very bad thing, because that kind of person will want to get the salary for the work.

If the person is priceless, can we tell that thing to this person? That kind of thing might cause the directors and other staff would face an awkward situation, but the other way, we must realize that we must keep this employee would stay in the service, or otherwise, we must start to find the new employee. The problem is if that priceless person would be a highly educated professional, we might not find another person in that position very soon.

And the worst thing, what we can do, is to tell that we must hire a new lawyer or engineer in the very short period because we need a new person to replace the priceless worker. In this kind of situation, the hired person would raise the salary asking at a very high level, because in that case, there is a possibility to blackmail the employer. And in those cases, we cannot otherwise let even the priceless worker act, how this person wants.

And otherwise, we cannot lose the person, whose venture in the company is hard to replace. Those workers might work in creative work like in the innovation and developing, and that makes that those persons personal venture in the project is very high. So think yourself, what kind of situation this would be for the leaders of the company. If some person notices, to being priceless would the salary rise at a very high level. Or otherwise, that person would change the company.
