North Korea has tested its new train-mounted missile system.

The new North Korean train-mounted missile system contains ballistic missiles wich range is about 800 kilometers. This is the thing that is told about those missiles. And there is a couple of things that we should know about those probably nuclear-capable systems. 

If we are thinking that those missiles cannot be sharp we are wrong. Even the primitive weapon systems can be accurate. During WWII were plans to use hidden radio transmitters to aim the primitive cruise missiles. The idea was that agents were put the transmitters to target. And then the primitive missiles like V-1 or V-2, or radio-controlled  B-17 bombers that carried internal warheads would fly to the target.

There is the possibility that the North Korean nuclear weapons are using the guidance system which bases the radio transmitters that are left near the target area. The idea is that this system can activate just before the attack. And then the missile can hit the target with very high accuracy. The ECM system can jam the signal. But the operators must know the frequency for counteractions. 

In those systems, the agents are leaving the transmitter in the target area. This type of radio transmitter can be activated by radio signals transmitted by the radio system on the homing head of missiles. When the radio signal hits the targeting transmitter, that thing starts to send the aiming signal to the missile. 

The Israeli air force used this type of targeting system in operation "Opera" for targeting its weapons. "Operation Opera" was an Israeli long-range air-strike the Iraqi nuclear reactor in the year 1981. In that strike, an Israeli agent put a little radio transmitter in the reactor room. And then that system sends the signal to aim missiles at the reactor. In that strike, the aircraft activated the aiming system by using the wake-up signal from the radar. And then the weapons flew to that signal. 

In the modern versions, the mobile telephone can use in this type of aiming system. The idea is that this type of system can use without the GPS. To the battlefield would put quadcopters that are equipped with led-lights or radio transmitters. And then the attack aircraft will shoot homing projectiles that are using those systems for aiming themselves. 

I other versions agent or quadcopter will put the mobile telephone on the target, and then the nuclear missile would aim to that point. The thing that makes this type of system very hard to detect is that the tracking signal can activate just before the strike is coming. The activator can be at the nose of an incoming missile. In this case, the missile must know only about the location of the transmitter. It can fly by using an inertial navigation system. When it would turn to return trajectory the radio system activates the aiming transmitter.

If we are thinking about the role of the virus scanners in a computer network, the system might detect things, what people might not want to tell. When we are thinking about the role of networks in computing, we have always forgotten that almost every computer in the western ICT-infrastructure is connected to the network.

Every network is an intranet, and in cases, like North-Korea the entire country is the giant intranet, where is shared very well filtered information. The methodology is similar to the companies, what are using IP-address based system, where is shared only information, what is allowed by the leaders of the company. But the scale of those macro-sized intranets is much larger than in some company's network.

And also official authorization makes those systems more powerful tools for surveillance more effective than any private network can be. In that infrastructure, people must force to use the software, what is terminating their privacy, and let government agents check their computers whenever they want. Also, those people should force to get surveillance operators to use their web-cameras by remote control to find out, who is with them. If somebody denies those things, that person might send to prison camps for "retraining".

That means that we must be careful, what we are doing with our computers. The virus scanners can protect the network in the many layers, and of course, server-based systems might protect the system even single computers would not have virus scanners.

But this thing requires one thing, every bit what comes to the network and comes from the network must travel through that server. And the thing is that also the communication between computers, which are connected to the network must be routed that also their data would travel through the server. This arrangement is called the star topology.

One of the things, what virus scanners are doing is that they are protecting the network from outer attackers, and the other mission, what virus scanners have is to protect other users from the attacks, what comes from some network. The thing is that if some hacker would use some network as the attack platform, that means the system can cause damages because trust to that operator is gone, but also authorities are making research and investigations.

That means that the offices might be sealed by officials, and the use of the internet is limited from the personnel who are working in that company. Sometimes is introduced a scenario, where saboteurs would connect their devices to the network, what is operated by their competitor for making troubles for the reputation of that company, what they use as an attack platform.

Those attacks might be tracked very soon, and the police would arrive at the headquarters of some company. Even if those attacks would fail, the platform company would get very big losses, because police must search those offices and interview personnel. When we are thinking the antivirus software in this kind of situation, the mission of it might be identified all computers, which are connected to the network.

Also, the system might have a mission to detect computers, which have different settings than other users computers. But when we are returning to think about our favorite tool, the artificial intelligence, that system can detect computers, what seems like hacking tools. The thing is that the creators of artificial intelligence can input the parameters, what can detect the computers, what are used for hacking tools.

The profile of those machines would get from the computers, what the officials are confiscated. Then the settings and programs of those machines would be programmed to artificial intelligence, and it can detect similar settings and programs from the network. But if we could get more data about the actions of hackers, we could use that data to make a model of the hacker, and that model can be used to detect other hackers from the network.

So in this model, the actions of detected hackers would observe, and that data is used to make model and profile, what can compare with other users. In the best case, the data can be collected from entire studies time, if the hacker is a student. And then the officials would arrest that person after graduation, which makes possible to create a full-scale complete profile of that kind of people.

I know this seems utopistic, but during that surveillance time the hacker could be used to share hoax information to the back organization, and also the files, what that person deliver might be equipped with tracking cookie. Tracking code allows detecting people, who are paying for some other reasons to share that information, what is got by using the illegal methods.

In the case of North Korea, we are facing an interesting and complicated thing in the case of international relationships. The government of North Korea is one of the most undemocratic governments on Earth.

And this thing makes the relationship with that nation very complicated. We all want to see that relationship between nations would be warm and nice, but otherwise, we are facing the moralistic and ethical aspect, that is every government on Earth legal governments? Is every person, who is sitting in the house, what is called as the "palace of President" legal leader of the country?

Even if that man would be sitting on power only because he has nerve-gas ammunition hidden in every city on his country, and remote control ventilation, what allows to delivering that gas against the people if that person will. In this case, only one man can rule the entire nation, and the only thing, what that person needs is the atropine injection.

The social media and the Internet have brought that kind of questions in front of our eyes. The thing in the dictatorship is that those people are always surrounded by people, who get a big benefit from that political system, and those people would not need or want the change.

Truth is that in the past we could shut our eyes about this kind of ways to rule the nation because newspapers didn't write about those things. And North Korea was on some other planet. But then the social media and the Internet started to tell about things, what was not politically correct.

The thing is that when the newspapermen told about clean subways and perfect order, they forgot to tell about arresting and political persecution. And the situation was just fine because there were peace and wise leaders make their decisions. But when we are facing the modern world, the problem is that people are reacting otherwise,  what we are predicted.

When The President Of The United States of America is meeting the leader of North Korea, that thing can cause very big political problems for that person. The thing is that somebody would translate those meetings that the highest political leader of the Western world is accepting the government of North Korea, and everything, what it makes. The thing is that people do not like this kind of gestures. The problem is that the North Korean government is telling people, that the USA and the Western world accept the authoritarian way to rule.

And the propaganda is telling that the government of Kim is getting international acceptance to its way to rule. That means that if we are thinking about the things at the point of the way of the North Korean psychological operations, the thing is that those operators claim, that the resistance is useless, and people must just follow the rule.

The entire nation is surrounded by a national firewall, what would filter every homepage, which is not separately accepted by the government. Those people live in a bubble, where one truth is accepted, and the truth is, what the government of the country is telling people. The philosophy, what the government follows is that if people do not know about the better world, they don't need things like democracy or freedom of thinking and publishing.

Of course, there is a possibility that some Western hackers can slip in the North Korean internal data network, and take the identities of the high-rank officials. Then they might say, that Kim's skirt was smelling, and that might cause funny moments in North Korea, where even one single word against the ruler of that nation would cause the execution.

Today Donald Trump is made history and visited in North Korea, and this might be a big step for the relationship between the USA and both Koreas, or it might be "only one step". The thing is that North Korea or its leader is even meet Trump is a really nice thing or sign, but as we know but the real results are the things, what are needed. And one thing is clear, something is happening in the country, which has been closed many years, which makes this situation interesting. International relationships with the Western world and North Korea are really complicated.

And that means there are many things, what must be done before the relationship with that country is normalizing. This thing can be done when the family of Kim would leave the power to somebody else, and that thing would be very far away from the realistic situation. Also, South Korea has something to explain with the history, and we must realize that the military leadership in that country has been changed to a civilian government in 1987, that means that there might be something, what somebody wants to hide. But this is the thing in every non-democratic governments.

But when we are starting to think about symbols, the thing that Kim would even meet Trump is a very big gesture. The thing is that Kim would meet and talk, means that there could be some kind of problems with the nuclear program, or there are some other problems. Because of the things, what Kim is done after he took the place in power, is happen the change. That change is that this man really wants to talk also with other leaders of the nations than Vladimir Putin.

This is a very good way to start the speculation that would Kim want to remove some parts of isolation, and maybe establish some kind of special economic areas, what has raised China one of the greatest economic powers in the World. And maybe Kim is planning to make the same thing with North Korea. Maybe Kim is planning to make the same style areas in North Korea what Hong Kong and Shanghai are in China, and also try to make Western nations forget that many people are living in the prison camps in North Korea.

Something has been happening because the man who started his career as the head of the state with cannon fire against South Korea and made a couple of nuclear weapons is suddenly starting to talk with other of his main enemies. What is the reason for that change? Why the line of that man has been changed, and he wants to meet Trump? Is there something, what we don't know about North Korea and what it could be?

I sometimes have thought, that could the leader of North Korea changed secretly by the own government because they have afraid that the "original" leader would cause a nuclear war, or they have afraid for their lives when the unstable person would rise in the power in their country. In that case, the leader could execute the entire government, and maybe something has happened because this kind of meetings has become true. But who knows what happen in that closed nation? There might be nobody except Kim, who knows the truth, why the line has been changed suddenly.

 Persons like Kim might have many motives, and those persons do not always tell them to the nearest people around him. So the change of the politics of North Korea might remain in mystery and the future shows, what kind of results those meetings bring in the problems of that peninsula.
