Above this text is Dr. James Girdino's lecture about these topics. The thing is that the brain is the center of your life. Brains are willing and conscious that are allowed to operate on the battlefield. The brain is the key element of humanity. They are needed to control things in and out of the body. 

The brain is the thing that is making the will to accomplish the mission. And the brain is the thing that makes new machines and equipment. So affecting the brain is one of the key elements on the battlefield. If the soldier would not want to follow orders. That means there is no chance of success in the mission. 

As Napoleon Bonaparte said: the person who knows the soldier's mind owns the army. When we are thinking about false information and information operations they are meant to justify the operation. And also the purpose of those operations is to drive the operation forward. So in the Ukraine situation, the final chance of the weaker part is to take off the support of the military operation. 

That means the INFO-OP group will want to destroy the will to follow orders. So they "clean" the information. During that operation, all criticism and counterarguments are removed from the information that is shared with operators. And another version is to strengthen the will to defend. 

And the attacker would want to make otherwise. Justifying the attack and destroying the will to defend the area. So the purpose of that team is to remove the non-wanted parts of the information. And another names for that team are PSY-OP (Psychological Operations) or simply the propaganda team. 

The brain of the most modern system is interacting with computers. The computers are needed to control the drone swarms and other kinds of tools like pinpoint accurate missiles. The ex-commander of the Finnish military said that traditional machine guns and other weapons are like hammers and saws. The computer-controlled systems are like electric equipment like motorized screwdrivers. 

When there is electricity and other things the electric equipment is superior to traditional systems. But the EMP-pulse can destroy the computerized systems. And in that case, traditional combat systems are superior. But that requires that the computerized systems are facing malfunction. 

Affecting the brain is not limited to propaganda or killing. Things like hallucinogens and narcotics can use to shake the assurance of the person. Or the acoustic infra- and ultrasound systems can target the people who are using BCI (Brain-Computer Interface). Or making some things that require extremely intense concentration. If the person is not certain what should do, that thing disturbs concentration. 

When interaction with machines and brains is turning more intensive. That is making it possible to hack brains. There is the possibility that the BCI system will hack and then the brains would be disturbed. The new pinpoint accurate systems require concentration. And if the person will get out of balance at the right moment that can make the high-tech weapons unable to work.

So Turkey hits Syria and the problem is that it is part of NATO, which means it is one of the allies of the USA. And another problem is that there are Kurds, who are also the allies of the USA what makes this thing little nit more complicated than normal people might think.

The thing in that area is that there are two parties on the Kurd side, another is YDF, which is a so-called official organization, and the other is PKK, which is classified as a terrorist organization in Turkey. So what makes this case so problematic. The thing is that the relationship between armed groups and governments in that area is also very complicated.

When we are saying that Turkey is allied with the USA that doesn't mean that the generals of the USA army control straight the military forces of Turkey. And the thing that makes this situation "interesting" is that the USA denied selling the F-36 fighters to Turkey, which choose the S-300 missile system from Russia for air defense.

The reason for that is Russia could calibrate it's air defense missiles to shoot down those fighter-bombers. And of course, Turkey doesn't like that kind of advantage in the relationship between it and its other allies. The position of Donald Trump is not very nice anyway, because of his period as the President of the United States of America is the internal political crises, and his way to act is far away from the way how people have adjusted to seeing in the international politics.

So this is the reason, why commenting about this kind of situation is so complicated. When we are thinking about the situation in Syria there is no military answer. And the violence increases violence. When people are facing bombardment that thing causes hate and increases the support of the PKK and other radical groups, as we have seen in other places on Earth.

I know this might mean a really cold way to think, but a good example of this kind of advantage is the situation in Israel. The Israeli military force crushed the PLO in 1982 and after that, the policy in that country has been that because Israel is the stronger side, it must not negotiate with the opposite side.

And in that area, the conflict has continued as terrorism and guerilla warfare. The tactic of IDF is to use aircraft and helicopters with smart weapons against guerilla targets. Those tactics cause hate, and of course, those strikes are effective and they are keeping Israeli forces safe.

Some people believe that airstrikes are used because of the psychological aspect, what is two side thing. Airstrikes are coming like lightning from the skies, which makes fear in the mind of the enemy. But also that thing makes sure that the distance with own troops and enemy is long enough.

And the own troops are not facing "negative psychological effect", which means that the own troops are not spending time in the homes of the opposite side. That thing is supporting the terrorist agenda, which wants to show their enemy as a monster. And airstrikes guarantee that there is no trace of the terrorists, who are not in place at that moment.

We always forget those normal soldiers, who are operating in the field are they special forces or tank men are sometimes forced to make tough decisions. And those field operators are also under the psychological influence of the regular representers of the opposite side. That's why helicopters and airplanes are a better way to scout and fast strike operations.

They can track mobile telephones, and then shoot their missiles against those targets, but in those cases, the person who uses the mobile telephone might be different than a person, who has bought that device. That means that airstrikes are effective against targeted mobile telephones.

But they are causing that tracking the terrorists or the user of that telephone is difficult because there is no DNA or other samples in those targets. There are also no people for interrogations, what is, of course, a good thing for terrorists.  And there is a possibility that terrorists are waiting for the last second and then leave the house, what might confuse the intelligence of Israel, that they are dead.

1. There are two kinds of hybrids in the stories

1.1  The thing what makes possible to create those aliens are isolated areas, and the method, how to control them is fear. 

When we are thinking about military forces, that would create military operators, whose mission is to operate illegal assassination and mercenary operations. For keeping secrecy the commanders must make sure that those operators would not speak about this thing.

One very good method to control people is making that inmate fear something. And if a person has lived all the life in the closed and isolated military bases, there is only one truth and the truth is what the leaders would tell to be the truth.

1.2 The chief of the operator can claim to some operators, that they are hybrids because it will decrease the value of testimony. And those things make easier to deny the information, what those people are told. 

The commanders would claim, that if the person is telling their secrets to another those people would kill that operator. And this would make easier to control them.

In fact, military intelligence can claim that some operators are hybrids because that will able to make their stories less believable. And if the normal person would come and tell to be hybrid, it would cause sent to the mental hospital and those stories would not ever be believed.

2. Hybrids what are made by humanoids, who could be the scientists, who work in isolated military bases

Those hypothetical hybrids could be produced to operate on the Earth, and the reason, why possible humanoids would create those hybrid creatures is that they want real information, how people live on earth and also find interesting individuals for closer examination. The reason why humanoids would create hybrid organisms could be that those creatures would not have connections with the human race.

And maybe humanoids think that the racism and other kinds of things would keep those hybrids away from the humans, what denies them to tell the items of the humanoids and their technology to the human researchers. Maybe the hybrids mission is to assistant humanoids on Earth, and that's why they want to keep out from the humans.

3. Hybrids what are created by humans

Hybrid species would be excellent military operators. They would not have the same kind of relationship with social life and families. That means that those hybrids would act as the military commander orders and in those cases, things like a military command could use the humanoid-shaped remote-control robots.

Those creatures mission is to play humanoid to those hybrids, what could operate by special forces. Those hybrids would be loyal to their commanders, and they could order them to do everything, what they want because they would afraid to be uncovered.
