We have all heard the tales of the CIA:s top-secret MKULTRA (1) and other types of programs, where a person has been targeted to brainwash and secret interrogations. The idea is that this very secretive and officially disbanded program's purpose was to create methods to interrogate captured KGB agents by using methods, that the cooperatives with that person even don't recognize the interrogations, and the mates of the agent network were not noticed that their comrade has been caught. 

The idea of MKULTRA has also created methods of how to motivate people like nuclear physics to operate in the government's secretive military programs like a nuclear weapon and STEALTH plane research. But there is another version of this project, and the thing is that the leader of this project Sydney Gottlieb (1918-1999) (2) died in his home because of heart problems. 

Sometimes he was claimed to dropped from the hotel's window, but the real reason for that thing was dead after the heart problems. And the rumors are told that the real reason was the Saxitoxin poisoning, but we must realize that Gottlieb was over 80 years old. The thing that made MKULTRA so different from other similar projects is that there were not use medical. The use of medicals would be uncovered in the drug tests, and that's why MKULTRA used neural stimulation, what happens with blinking lights and virtual reality. 

Or the drugs that were used were hallucinogens like psilocybin and LSD. The main idea was to create methods, which are not visible in the customs or psychic tests, and they could be used also inside the borders of the Soviet Union. There is claiming, that MKULTRA has been used to create faked memories for some military personnel, that they would tell fictional stories about heroic actions, what they are not done. 

The mission, in this case, is just terminate the political career of some politicians, or simply make the people harder to prove their words, if they are involved in some kind of secretive actions. But the main targets were KGB agents.

Then the brainwashing team's mission was to convert the captured agent to serve in CIA and deliver information about the actions of KGB to the Federal authorities. This program disbanded after the Vietnam war, but there is claiming that this program and its methodologies have been used for stealing business secrets or other people's innovation. 

What are hallucinations?

Sometimes flashbacks from the past cause the flashback, a psychological effect, where something that happened in the past and buried deep in the memory is coming back to knowledge. The thing is that when people see a similar situation, landscape or another scene, what is similar, where a person has been during the traumatic experience that thing causes the flashback, what is called PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) Sometimes PTSD is connected to the war experience, but the PTSD can be caused by every traumatic stress experience, like car accident, assault, and conflagration. 

In the next part of the texts, I will use the UFO as an example of this kind of thing. But we could use ghosts and other kinds of things in this kind of example. And here the UFO means only the unidentified flying object, what origin is unknown. 

When we are thinking about the situation, that somebody lies about things like UFO:s we must first ask why somebody tells about this kind of thing? Are those people seeing things, what other people don't see, nor have they experienced the UFO in the past somewhere in childhood, and the question is that is it possible that a person has been abducted in a very young age? 

In this case, that kind of experience would cause flashbacks, if the person goes to the area, what is looking like similar to the area, where abduction happened. In this case, I use "abduction" for meaning the kidnapping that is not reported to officials for some reason. But what could be that reason? That is the question in those cases, where nobody sees this case even happened. Were the takers of those persons some kind of officials, who told other people to keep their mouth shut?

After Nikola Tesla made his famous acoustic test, what almost destroyed his laboratory, acoustic systems have planned to use in many things in war and peace. If we would use modern material we can create the artificial version of the system, which whale uses to create the sound for its sonar system, and that would make it possible to create things like hearing aids, which would need no electricity.

When we are thinking passive hearing aids, what are basing the acoustic resonance, we are mean systems, which work an opposite side than some musical instruments.

When the instrument like acoustic guitar makes sound it bases that the air would resonate in the chamber, and then it would increase the power of the wave movement. But what if in the chamber of guitar would be the Melon, the copy of the sound organ of whales? The problem with the papers, what Snowden would leak is that nobody can check that data from other sources. There is a possibility, that the source or informant has been recognized as the hostile actor. This means that the intelligence agencies might use those channels as delivering the faked information against the enemy. The purpose of information operations is to make those files less trusted and cause damage to the trust of that informant.

When we are thinking about the media and it's the relationship with organizations like FARC are named as the DEA field operatives in some papers, and that thing would cause very interesting reactions. A psychopath is a person who has no conscience

A psychopath is a person, who would not feel any personal emotions, and they care only about themselves. This makes those persons very dangerous, and the thing is that they could manipulate other people in every way, what people can imagine, to getting what they want.

And sometimes is claimed that psychopaths would be ideal leaders of the companies, because only thing, what they will think is to get the personal benefit. If the personal benefit is connected to the result of the company, that kind of persons can get a very good profit, except one thing is very disturbing.

Those people would think only the profit without moral aspect, and that means that the company would make a profit to its owners without caring the moral or ethics. In this point of these writings, we can say, that anything, what would not uncover does not exist. This kind of thing might make psychopath even more dangerous than we might think.

The idea of artificial intelligence in the point of view of military operations is that the machine acts like a psychopath. So those people might be trained for the assassination missions, and also in the covert law enforcement operations, that kind of people would be perfect staff because they are able to treat even their best friends. We are all seen the UFO-photographs, what are portraying lights on the skies, and we might think that this kind of photos is something, what is easy to explain. And the thing, what makes them interesting is that there is never offered the natural explanation like aircraft-formation, what are making some tests about people willing to call the officials if they are seeing something strange in the skies.

Many of the photographs, what are portraying UFOs are actually very easy to made by mistake, and if the objective of the system's camera is adjusted wrong, would the overexposure of the film cause the effect, what seems like UFO, if the camera is targeted to the edge of the cloud. But why this explanation is not given for some photographs, what are portraying the unidentified flying objects?

The making this kind of errors is very usual and easy to make, and why those photographs are not explained to be made by accidentally. I have also made some of that kind of errors with the camera, and I have shown those photos to my friends. So those pictures would be very easy to explain by mentioning that they are made by accident, and that technique could be shown on television. But why to those pictures is never explained by some cheap and easy methods? Why they are so-called hot potatoes for government and "men in black, who might be agents, who are working for NSA or CIA.

There are many things, what have not ever mentioned about the old UFO-photographs, and one is that they can portrait the aircraft, which is equipped with special lights or movie projectors. Those systems might create the effect, what seems like supernatural, and the purpose of those aircraft officially tested the reaction of people if they saw something unusual in the skies because if they saw the Soviet bomber or reconnaissance aircraft, there would be best for all, that they dare to call the officials. Sometimes those aircraft were equipped with banderoles, what had led-lights, and later in that project is probably used holograms, what is created by using  3D-CAD software.
