How to create software, what predicts the future?

This program doesn't predict the future. It calculates probabilities, what is the synonym for things what measured in percent. It will calculate the relationships with the variables and that means that it would not predict the future. It gives the vision or model or tip, what would be the next action of the object, what is under the observation.

This kind of computer program bases the statistics. In this program, history is collecting similar cases, what want to predict, and those cases would store in the database. Then the database used to calculate the probability of the cases A and B. That means that the database consists the cases A and B, and those can be used to calculate the probability  ((A/B*100) or in the opposite case( B/A*100)) of those opportunities.

If we are making the database of the political elections the database is easy to make. There are only two possibilities, that the thing would be done or it will be denied, and that thing would cause the variables of the computer program and it's the database are easy to make.

And the data is easy to get for that kind of program, what mission is to calculate the two variables. But the thing is that the program would tell only the percents of a certain type of voting. In this kind of case, the database would need specific data of the cases, which are made in similar cases before. And that means that collecting the data is the problem.

But if we would want to make a database of the movement of some animal, we can use the turning direction as the variable. In this case, collecting the variable, but the problem is that there are very many variables in this kind of database. There are many types of turnings, what animal can make. There are gentle curves and steep turnings, and the speed, what animal used has the mean if we want to make the databases of that kind of thing.

So if we want to make a precise calculation we need precise data of the object, what behaviors we want to predict. The behavior of a thinking organism is the thing what makes all prediction very difficult if they do not consist only probabilities of the poker hands and other kinds of stable things. Or the makers of the probability calculations must start to think, that the people who give the playing cards for the calculation demonstrations are honest.

Probability is not exact information. It just helps to predict some things, by calculating the measured in percent change, that the animal would turn to some direct or some card is taken from the pack of cards? In the most common pack of cards is 52 cards. So if we want to calculate the possibility that the card, what rises from the pack is an ace, we must just say that probability for that case is 1/52*100=1.92307692308 (c. 1,92%)

Probability doesn't take in the count the thing, that somebody could manipulate the variable. This means that the person can take all the aces from the pack of cards. Or that somebody has been trained the animal turn in a certain way. This can destroy the calculations because of the data, what is stored in the database, what the program uses is somehow manipulated.

But when we are creating the probability of the turning direction of the animals, we must follow those objects very intensively. And when we are creating the trusted database of the turning direction of the animal, we must follow the turns in certain situations tens of thousands of times, and that helps to make the database, what the computer program can use for calculating the probability of the turning direction.

By using modern technology like GPS collar, which would also send the speed of an animal,  we can collect the database of the turning directions in certain situations. And then if there are connected two very small cameras the algorithm can find out in which situation the animal, what is under the observations makes some movement, the system, and human operators can find out are some movements reserved for some certain situations like escaping or attacking. And this thing would help to create the behavior model of some animals like Leopards or Tasmanian Devils.

Could the mythical "third eye" be the retina cells on the brain core? 

I just wrote almost similar text in Finnish. The link to that text is after this text. The third eye is the thing, that fascinates many people because it is claimed to be the organ, that can see the future. There are some theories, what that mysterious organ could be and one is that it is only the retina-cells that are on the brain core, or sharper saying, on the frontal lobe. 

And in some cases, those cells can act to bring the signals to the areas, which are handling the visual objects on the brains. The theory is that normally so-called normal eyes are sending the sight signals to the brains, what will cover the signals, what are sending by the cells of the third eye. So what makes those cells special? They are in absolute darkness, and that could allow them to see the light, what comes through the short period wormholes. And sometimes, I have thought that there is somebody, with something to hide about this kind of thing. 

What if we could try to make artificial third eye?

So what if we would want to open the third eye? We would have many ways to make that thing. But the thing is that there is no guarantee for success in this kind of thing. One is to keep people in the dark cave and wait if the third eye would open, but there are problems, that the persons, who are spending a too long time out of daylight would have a loss of vitamin D. 

But there is also one very fascinating way to create the artificial third eye for people. And that can be done by using the transplant of the retina, which would transfer to the brain core, and that will be an effective way to test the third eye. And that kind of test is claimed to made by animals like cats. 

The CCD camera, what is installed in the dark box in the electric bandana or inside the skull could send the electric stimulation straight to the brain core of the frontal lobe. 

The most interesting way to make the third eye for the human being would be to use the same technology, what is used in the intelligent eye implants. That means that the microchip with CCD chip would installed surgically inside the scull or they can put on the brain core, and this system can be hoped to act the same way with the mythic third eye. 

And also CCD-camera what is in the dark chamber and what has the modified electric shock equipment, what mission would be sending the data from that camera straight to the brain core of the frontal lobe can be tested in this kind of operations. The electric stimulation would be hoped to get a similar effect to brains what the third eye can send. So maybe somebody has already made the suitable technical version of the third eye.

About the origin of the crystal skull (Was it made for Heinrich Himmler?)

I just wrote the thoughts about that mysterious creature, and if that strange artifact, what looks like the skull is actually made in the 20th century, the thing would be a little bit more interesting, than we are ever expected. Could it possible that the origin of the crystal skulls is actually in the SS-leader Heinrich Himmler's "Ehrenring" ("The ring of the skull). That mysterious group of the highest rank SS-officials was interested in the things like neopaganism, and there is a possibility, that they would be made that item, or ordered it from some sculptor.

Maybe that thing was made in Germany and then transported to Mexico for some ritual, where some SS-officials tested the connection to that skull and the thing, what they called "Valhalla". Those men have actually tested the things, what they suspected made Vikings the best warriors in their era. And the thing in "Ehrenring" was that they were tried to create brainwashing methods, what based on the things called "Black magic". And maybe Himmler or somebody else got the manuscripts about some kind of crystal skulls, and they made a copy about that creature.

Then they tried to renew the rituals, what were made with that skull, and they would transfer it to Mexico for that test. Was the test or this story scientifically proven? I must say, that I don't have any single evidence that this test or connection between the skull and"Ehrenring" would even have existed. But maybe Himmler wanted that skull, and we know that this SS-leader who is one of the most brutal mass murderers in the history was also interested in the religious artifact. And that means that he also wanted to get the crystal skull, what would have the ability to see things in the future. Or this is, what legend tells about that thing.
