Machines are not racists. Human beings are racists.

The "shot spotter" system is very effective for locating the place of gunshots happens. The "shot spotter" cannot track people after gunshots are fired. It can make two circles around the location of gunshots.

Triangular metering determines the place where gunshots are located. Those circles are the possible distance of the shooter to the point where gunshots are located. Those distances are basing the average speed of a walking or running person or person who uses some vehicles. 

The "shot spotter" came into service in the 1990s. And there are more effective ways to locate the gunshot point. There is the possibility that when the shot spotter locates a suspected gunshot the system can send the drone to see what is going on. Or the system would aim the nearest surveillance camera to the point of suspected shooting. 

The new systems might base the networked systems like surveillance cameras and automatic drones that send to the point where shots are located. The system can base on the quadcopters that are around the city. And when that system locates suspected gunshot. It can send the quadcopter to see what is going on automatically. And that helps the field control to make sure about the situation before the patrol is sent. 

The acoustic system bases the microphones that are taking triangular metering. The reason why people are resists this system is that it makes the police more sensitive to use guns. The shot spotter sends information to the police HQ. And then the field leader will make a decision. Was the thing that is heard a gunshot or not? 

The shot spotter is a suitable system for the battlefield. But is it the same way suitable for city area? When the acoustic system detects a suspected gunshot. The field leader gets information about a gunshot that person has 80 seconds to decide to send or not to send the patrol. And then the reputation of the area has always an influence to decision. 

But the reputation and tales about the area. Always affect the actions of the law enforcers who go to that mission. If some area has a violent reputation. And the police are searching for an armed suspect. That thing causes the finger of the trigger to become too sensitive. And that causes deadly gunshots. If the attitude of a law enforcer is that the minorities are criminals. That will turn the risk of use of the gun even lower.  

If the decision is that the heard thing was a gunshot. The leader will send the patrol to the area. That will lower the limit to using the gun. Because the policemen will search the armed suspect. The thing is that the system is claimed to be unfair to ethnic minorities. When the suspected gunshot is heard in the neighborhood where the main population is a minority. 

This causes the patrol will send to the area more often than to the area, where the main population is white. But when we are thinking of the systems the weak ring in all chains is human. The thing is that the acoustic system heard the bang. That sound is not necessarily gunshot. Artificial intelligence can tell does some sound the serial fire of assault rifle. But the problem is that this thing needs artificial intelligence. 

The problem is not in the system that tracks possible gunshots. The problem is in people who are reacting to the cases. If the leader would not send patrols. That thing means humans made that decision. So the problem is not in the system itself. The problem is in the attitudes of people who use the system. 

Is there any kind of statistics that are telling how many phone calls to the emergency center cause that police to come to place? Or how many times police will not send because the on-call decides that the patron will not need to come? And how many of those decisions have been wrong? And how many of those 911-calls caused no reaction or where the patrol not sent was made because of gunshots?

The thing is that in the system where the decision of the reaction makes the human is vulnerable. If the leader will have racist opinions that are not the problem of computers. So why the system will not be allowed to send patrols to position automatically? The problem is that if the attitudes of police are racist. That thing always causes problems. The acoustic gunshot location system was the plan for making easier to find shooters. But the problem is the human who executes orders. When police will get information about the gunshot. Law enforcement must take those things seriously. They must prepare for the gunfight. 

And those situations are always stressful. Then somebody says "gun" and then there is a victim who had no gun. So after that, the internal affairs starts the investigation that takes as long as they want. The investigators were not in the dark street, where is the suspected armed criminal. Or the shooter claims that somebody saw a gun. Of course, there might be attitudes that some area is more violent. And that thing will cause the level to shoot people is lower than it should be.

In the next text, I will write about Jew informants, who worked for Gestapo. In the beginning, I must say that there is no knowledge, were those people really Jews or did some Gestapo agents used the identities of the murdered Jews during the Second World War?  And also I will write about rewriting about history, and here I must say, that antisemitism was not only the German phenomenon. There were many other countries, where Jews and gypsies were persecuted by police and local authorities, and during the Second World War, there were people, who believed that informing Gestapo about Jews would give that person better live and benefits. And also some people saw that selling trips to Jews and working as the informant of Gestapo would their own smuggling and black market forgot by Nazi authorities. And those people could be sold Jews for money to Nazis.

Making the nation proud again is the motto, what normally is used when the history is rewritten for please the new rulers of the nation. And the history of East Europe is rewritten many times because the rulers have been changed many times, and every ruler those nations have a different point of view in history. And when we are thinking about the Holocaust, we are seeing people, who are over 90 years old, and those people seem helpless and maybe we are thinking that "let it be". But 20 years ago those same people were 70 years old, and they might be able to answer the questions about the Holocaust in the court of law.

This is the problem with the law. Should we let other this kind of crimes to get old, if the person is old?  The thing about the Holocaust is very complicated. The Jews were not tolerated people in many countries in the 1930s and when Germany occupied small countries around it, it recruited local people to the police, and the thing was that in the Baltic states were the political situation that the first the Communists were persecuted other people when Stalin occupied those nations. And then the German army occupied those areas and used the propaganda, what connected Jews and communists together, what caused the hate in the people's mind. Of course, German propaganda must enlarge the willing of co-operating with occupation governments, but there were people, who thought that Nazis were the change to increase their position in the eyes of society.

That caused the situation, that the local police, under the supervision of the SS took part in the persecution. Those police-units were also operated against partisans, and during those "cleaning operations," many civilians were killed because of punishment or revenge of the partisan actions, and if some partisans were killed an officer, the entire village in some area could be killed by Einsatzgruppen, what were assisted the police and members of those police units were worked as the translators for Gestapo during the interrogations. During the Second World War, the British intelligence recruited Jews, because they were trusted operators. Jews were sent to concentration camps and executed if they were arrested, and that's why SOE wanted to recruit those people for their operations. The thing in the 1930s was that many people in Europe were antisemites and the antisemitism was seen also in the school books.

And when Nazis arrested those persons, they commandeer the property of those inmates in their control. And after the war, the houses and real estates, what belonged to Jews should return to the persons, who owned that property. But if there was nobody, who was survived from the Holocaust that property was free to take. In fact, some people, who helped those inmates made it because of money. They asked money for the cargo, and this is the thing, what has sometimes forgotten. They were actually human traders, who operated with the same methods, like people, who sold trips away from Syria.

And those people took sometimes very big money from that kind of actions. But in fact, the antisemitism did not belong only in German society. Many other nations were also separated Jews from their society, and isolated that group. Many leaders who were served Gestapo and the German government during the Second World War wanted to forget their role in the occupation government. The most well-known co-operatives were the Vichy-France personnel, who wanted to fight along with Germans, but as we know, that many people in Norway and Denmark had Nazi sympathies, and they served in Waffen SS.

But there is one little thing, what has always forgotten in the sad story of the Holocaust. And that is the "Blue Police". The police, what was served Nazis in the Ghettos. Those persons were actually Jews, and they were worked under Nazi supervision. They were working as the uniformed police, but there were also undercover Gestapo informants, whose mission was to uncover the locations of Jews and other resistance. Gestapo used those people in the operations, where they destroyed the resistance cells and some of those persons bought the freedom or life for their own people, and in fact, there is claiming that some of those persons got the papers that they were Arians. That thing could also be fake, but the thing is that maybe some Gestapo undercover officials used the identities, what was taken from the people, whose family and themselves were murdered in the concentration camps.

And also some SS-officials could have played Jews, and they have used the identities, what have taken from the murdered people. Nobody actually knows how many of those people served in the Foreign Legion or even in the Israeli Army after the Second World War. When we are thinking or searching this thing, we are facing the thing, that famous SS-Commando Otto Skorzeny were made the bombs, what were used in the bomb campaigns against Nazi engineers, who were worked for the Kamel Nasser in the 1960s before the Six Days War. So that kind of things causes rumors, that maybe some SS-officials have given instructions, how to handle terrorists or Arabs?

And nobody actually ever investigated the thing, that some Jews were destroyed the membership archives of their Synagoga, and some of those people were served even in Waffen-SS. There are tales that some Jews, who could hide their identities served also under the command of the notorious SS-General Odilo Globocnik, the person who was responsible for the extermination camps. That kind of things is really complicated to investigate. Of course, Jew personality and identity were a good cover up or role for the undercover Gestapo officials, who were trying to slip in the partisan groups.

Problem with racist and hate criminals is that they are thinking that their actions are justified, and that makes them very dangerous. When a person thinks, that thing, what is done is acceptable that thing might cause even the worse nightmare, what people ever can imagine. This is why we must really concern, what we are writing in on the newspapers. If we are giving the signal, that just owning the gun justifies the violence, we are going to the direction, what we don't want to face.

When we are facing the writings, where racism is tolerated and the attitude is that most of the people are hating foreigners, and the patriotic people own guns like assault rifles, we are creating the atmosphere, where the violence is tolerated, and then somebody would misunderstand that thing. The thing is that laws are written for protecting the weaker part of society, and that's why we have police force, what mission is to keep the law and order.

Sometimes we are facing the situation, that some private persons are thinking that when they are the gun owners, that would make them also the members of the street patrol of the city, and here we are going to the wrong way. In the eyes of the normal people, those street patrols are only the gangs. And in those gangs, the road would be straight in the street violence. In some cases, the serial killers have thought that if they target their crimes to the minorities, the police would not investigate them.

When we are thinking about hate in the cases, that somebody is done something to the criminal or serial killer, we are facing the thing, that person might think that taking the law in own hands, that thing would be justified, and they are doing the right thing. Normally the killer, who is acting because of personal hate, and whose motives are personal would stop the killing when the revenge has been reached, and this kind of crime is suspected when some serial killer just stops killing. This kind of crimes is done in cases that are involved in crack selling and drug dealing, and also humiliation in the marriage or something like that causes hate.

But if we are thinking about racial violence, we are facing the thing, where a person thinks that being different justifies killing and this kind of things are the worst nightmare. For those criminals, everybody, who has different opinions are justified to bang or even kill. And there is one thing, nobody is white or black enough for the persons. The hate is feed by the revenge what will happen again and again, and this thing causes the spiral, where violence is turning to everyday action. Those racial gangs are always the same, and the skin color doesn't mean a thing. They are normally getting their money by selling drugs and the profile is always the same, regardless are those gang members white or black.

The race is the only excuse for violence, and the drug dealers are wanted to keep the area clean from competitors. But in the beginning, the racial reason is a good way to incite person for the first act, like throwing the Molotow cocktail in some house. That kind of actions is important in the recruiting process because they deny that the person would go to the police station and tell the information about the business of the gang.  They will find again and again the people who are good targets for humiliating and persecution. When we talking about racism, we must realize that there is racism between the other nations.

White people are not only racists in the world, and the thing is that hate crimes are happening also in Africa between black people, and the saddest and the most well-known stories of those crimes have been massacres in the Rwanda and Burundi. Racism is often the term, what is used for crimes, which are made for hate. Many times those criminals or gang members are actually violent against everybody, who are so-called "outsider". If the membership in the gang would not interested, those people are against them. And the same people are thinking, that if some people are not willing to take the membership of their group, those people should pay for the protection, or their cars would be broke or in homes would cast the Molotow cocktails, and that kind of thing would cause death.
