Why computing is a unique thing in business and the environment?



The "open source" is the new thing in the R&D process.


The term "open source" means the use the open data where everybody has access to the development process. The data is collected from the Internet. In the next step, the developer will modify it to the product. The developer can be a single person, or it can be a group of people. 

We might say that the Internet is the great gold mine of information. It offers big data that is not sorted but freely accessible. The developer must only need the right search words for sorting the data that the developer person wants and need to get the needed data for the project. 

There is a lot of data on machinery, sciences, and especially programming. So the internet allows getting all data that people need for their programming. 


Software development benefits the "open source" of all free access information. 


The thing is that programming doesn't need anything more than skills. That means everybody can learn programming languages. And start to make programs and algorithms. That means almost everybody can turn to the developer. And if they are working in the home by using own computers outside their working time. 

Nobody even knows that they are developers. And the other thing in business architecture that makes computing unique is that it is like a "necessary but unseen" thing. So for other business architecture, the development of computing has the same position as a stepson. That means the bosses are giving orders and then the development team makes the thing that is needed. 


So the thing in computing is that it's against the standard business models. 


The standard business model is that everything is controlled from upstairs. The model is that the head of the company is giving orders and resources. And then the henchmen are making the things real. But the thing in computing is that the work that those people are making is mostly virtual. The programmer might make the code by using even Notepad, and then the programmer copy-pastes the code to the programming editor. And then that person must make the normal debugging process and remove errors. 

The thing in the R&D process of software is nobody controls that thing. The R&D in the things like artificial intelligence is self-controlled. That means the people who are ruling the business environment cannot do anything for those processes. They might kick those developers out, but they cannot make anything for the developing process itself. 

Everybody can buy their PC and make code what they want. And that means the people who are not using the computers owned by some third party. Nobody can affect to processes that are made by those computers.  The editors can be found on the internet.  


The "open source" software development is one of the most interesting things in the world. 


At the beginning of this text, I wrote that "open source" is more than some programming. The real term for "open source" development could be "open engineering". 

Many people think that "open source development" is only some kind of Linux development. The fact is that Linux development is only one part of the large sector called "open source" development. 

We should describe the "open source development" as the development where is used open literature and open Internet sources. There is lots of data on the internet that is waiting for its finders. But getting access to that data requires that we know the right words for searching those things.

Resonance is the problem in the real-life design




In this text is connected a photograph of a model of one house, and the thing why I put it here is the ventilation tubes, what seems to have a very big supporting framework. Sometimes people ask about those tubes, and the reason, why those structures are so heavy. The purpose of those things is to deny the movements of the tubes. This house is a former printing house, and the thing, why that kind of things are so difficult to make is the seismic shake, what those machines cause.

If the machines are not properly isolated from the floor, that seismic shake causes that the impact would transfer to the structure of the house. This thing causes effect, where the entire house starts to oscillate, and the frequency, what the sound waves would have is the same, what concrete has, and that thing transfers those soundwaves to other houses. The effect of that thing is that the soundwaves take the other concrete layers to shake with it. And that thing will break the concrete layers of other houses.

Resonance is a very dangerous effect and the thing is that if the material like factory starts to oscillate, the soundwaves would destroy houses and other structures in very large areas. The power of resonance discovered Nikola Tesla when he created his famous resonator in his laboratory. The system was loudspeaker or buzzer, what was covered by concrete, and that thing caused the effect, where entire building almost collapsed.

Tesla's attempt was just to test the echo box, what was created by using concrete, and the purpose of that system was just denied stealing the new electric loudspeakers. So the resonance is the very powerful and destructive phenomenon. There are given ideas to create the new kind of safety systems for security personnel, what bases the resonance.

The idea is that the loudspeaker will give the soundwaves to the area, where terrorists are hiding, and if they have composite weapons, resonance breaks the core of those guns. One of the versions is that the bite of the same material, what is used in those guns is put on the motor of a car, and that thing would cause that there would be scratches on the trunk of the gun.

The oscillation or resonance is the reason, why aircraft are dropping from the skies. And there is a possibility that the soundwave-based system causes the damages to the structures of the aircraft would be in use. The idea is that the system would cause cracks to the windshield or other structures of the aircraft, but the problem is that those systems need the right frequency to that thing.

So in computer-based systems, the laser might take the image of material, and send that data to the governor, what would adjust the frequency of the soundwaves to fitting precisely to that material. This kind of systems might not very big, and there are rumors that some special forces have the electronic transverse flute, which would give that kind of sound.

The idea is that this kind of systems would have radio receiver, what would adjust the system to the right frequency. And then the user just blows to the tube, where is small turbogenerator inside it. Then the miniaturized system would start to send the soundwaves from the small-size but powerful loudspeaker, what can installer in the miniaturized LRAD system. This kind of systems might be very dangerous because if they would start to resonate bones or blood cells, that can cause painful injuries. That kind of things are might be in the bond movies.

The thing about "Futuro house"

"Futuro" was the futuristic house from the 1960s. It was designed by the Finnish architect  Matti Suuronen with his crew. Rest of the names of personnel, who took part in that project you may see from the Wikipedia article, what is linked below this text. This house looked like some kind of UFO, and the material of that house was normally plastics.

The thing in that house was that it was really easy to transport if the person, who bought it had a helicopter. That allowed to transport that house to any place on Earth in one piece. And that ability gave an idea to use this kind of house as the base for scientists in the distant areas, and that thing made that house very interesting.

But there is another detail about that house, what is the plastic architecture masterpiece, and that thing is that the same form can use in the underwater and space bases, what is planned to use in the colonization programs. The thing is that the "Futuro" can drop from the airplane to a certain point of the ocean, or as I said that thing can shoot to the moon by using a rocket.

That same structure can drop in the planets like Mars and Venus by using parachutes, and the thing is that the thing what would be the difference in the structures, what is used in the underwater and space or low-pressure conditions in the direction of opening the door or airlock. When the pressure of outside is lower, the door or the hatch must open inwards, because the pressure would press the door to the frames.

And if the pressure is higher in the outside of the hatch it must open to outwards. The knock rule of this kind of things is that the hatch must open to the direction of the pressure. One interesting detail is that if the hatch has two doors, what are opening inwards and another would open outwards that thing can operate underwater and space conditions.  The small-sized cabin would be pumped empty or fill the water like that the air will be pumped in the bottle for reuse, and if there is separated airlock would that make easier to install things like computers in the cabin if the station is in some underwater conditions.


This base could also be used in the jungles, where it would equip with the feet, what would be covered by using Teflon, which is a very slippery material, which denies the bugs allow to get in that base. The energy would get from various sources, depending on where that base would be installed. The choices can be fuel cells, capillary turbines, especially in the underwater conditions, solar panels or small radio-thermal generators, in the space versions.

And that allows making the aircraft, what can shoot to the target area by using a rocket, and then this vehicle would operate as a submarine, and then this thing can fly away like normal aircraft. That thing could be like some B-2 bomber, what have the two side doors and the propellers. The turbines can be covered by using waterproof hatches, or if the fuel injection to the combustion chamber would be stopped, and the aircraft would start to use fuel cells under the sea, the thing is that the turbine can also be used to "fly" undersea conditions.

The idea of this thing is "stolen" from the Soviet attempt to create SB-2 bomber, what could operate as well as the aircraft and submarine. Or the "flying submarine" can be equipped with the ramjets, which can also be used as electromagnetic drive, what is similar to WARP, but the voltage, what is used will be lower, and this MDD drive would give the possibility to use the ramjet engine as well as the undersea drive system.
