We have all heard the tales of the CIA:s top-secret MKULTRA (1) and other types of programs, where a person has been targeted to brainwash and secret interrogations. The idea is that this very secretive and officially disbanded program's purpose was to create methods to interrogate captured KGB agents by using methods, that the cooperatives with that person even don't recognize the interrogations, and the mates of the agent network were not noticed that their comrade has been caught. 

The idea of MKULTRA has also created methods of how to motivate people like nuclear physics to operate in the government's secretive military programs like a nuclear weapon and STEALTH plane research. But there is another version of this project, and the thing is that the leader of this project Sydney Gottlieb (1918-1999) (2) died in his home because of heart problems. 

Sometimes he was claimed to dropped from the hotel's window, but the real reason for that thing was dead after the heart problems. And the rumors are told that the real reason was the Saxitoxin poisoning, but we must realize that Gottlieb was over 80 years old. The thing that made MKULTRA so different from other similar projects is that there were not use medical. The use of medicals would be uncovered in the drug tests, and that's why MKULTRA used neural stimulation, what happens with blinking lights and virtual reality. 

Or the drugs that were used were hallucinogens like psilocybin and LSD. The main idea was to create methods, which are not visible in the customs or psychic tests, and they could be used also inside the borders of the Soviet Union. There is claiming, that MKULTRA has been used to create faked memories for some military personnel, that they would tell fictional stories about heroic actions, what they are not done. 

The mission, in this case, is just terminate the political career of some politicians, or simply make the people harder to prove their words, if they are involved in some kind of secretive actions. But the main targets were KGB agents.

Then the brainwashing team's mission was to convert the captured agent to serve in CIA and deliver information about the actions of KGB to the Federal authorities. This program disbanded after the Vietnam war, but there is claiming that this program and its methodologies have been used for stealing business secrets or other people's innovation. 

What are hallucinations?

Sometimes flashbacks from the past cause the flashback, a psychological effect, where something that happened in the past and buried deep in the memory is coming back to knowledge. The thing is that when people see a similar situation, landscape or another scene, what is similar, where a person has been during the traumatic experience that thing causes the flashback, what is called PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) Sometimes PTSD is connected to the war experience, but the PTSD can be caused by every traumatic stress experience, like car accident, assault, and conflagration. 

In the next part of the texts, I will use the UFO as an example of this kind of thing. But we could use ghosts and other kinds of things in this kind of example. And here the UFO means only the unidentified flying object, what origin is unknown. 

When we are thinking about the situation, that somebody lies about things like UFO:s we must first ask why somebody tells about this kind of thing? Are those people seeing things, what other people don't see, nor have they experienced the UFO in the past somewhere in childhood, and the question is that is it possible that a person has been abducted in a very young age? 

In this case, that kind of experience would cause flashbacks, if the person goes to the area, what is looking like similar to the area, where abduction happened. In this case, I use "abduction" for meaning the kidnapping that is not reported to officials for some reason. But what could be that reason? That is the question in those cases, where nobody sees this case even happened. Were the takers of those persons some kind of officials, who told other people to keep their mouth shut?

When people are putting their fingers like this, they will see the very aerodynamic shape, which is very suitable for the stealth fighters and another stealth system. But that thing is also introduced as the mark, that some concerts have been recruiting people to some kind of secret society. 

Sometimes it is claimed that undercover narcotics police have given that mark to people, who will want to test drugs. Those plain-clothed members of the law enforcement have told the story, that people, who want to sell or buy drugs must just raise their hands like this, and then they will uncover themselves.

But there is also another explanation, and that is the indicator or mark that some kind of subliminal like infrasound or electromagnetic order system has affected those people. And this kind of rumors is beginning at the Woodstock festival. The rumor is that CIA and Sidney Gottlieb(1) created an idea that they will test the subliminal command systems to the participates of the festivals. 

Did you buy a cake?

Many of us have been heard rumors that influential persons like some famous musicians have been members of the secret societies. That kind of thing is normally though as being jokes, but then we must realize something, what we ever thought before. And that thing is connected with mind control or brainwashing. The idea of subliminal commanding and brain core stimulation is that if we are targeted with that kind of system, what is created for MKULTRA-project (2) we might believe the things that other people say to our ideas. 

And that kind of thing makes those things terrifying. That means that this kind of system can be used to make the person the robot, which writes talks about what other people say. The idea of brainwashing is similar to many other psychotherapies but in this case, the mission of this kind of thing is to make people willing to do, what the controllers say. Concerts would be a good place to test that kind of thing. 

There is a tale that during Woodstock, the CIA created an idea to test that kind of thing. The system was simultaneously repeating the words "I want to buy the cake", and then the CIA just observed how many people will buy the cake. This kind of experiment is not very moral and ethic. But the thing is that they are also very dangerous.

Are faked moon flights connected to secret psychological equipment, what is created for making the electromagnetic dreams? This is a very good question because if the people in CIA or military forces wanted to create the faked memories for people, they might create the thing, what is called as "faked moon flight". Or in fact, we must remember that the term "moon flights" might mean also the faked combat experiences, what mission would make things like being in the first combat mission easier.

So could the thing called "moon flight" mean actually "sending to the combat zone?".  When we are thinking the cases like mysterious "moon base", we must realize that this thing would mean only the remote airfield, or airfield where is secret equipment. When we are thinking about the nature of the human mind and the way how military personnel, who are working with cover-ups and other things, we must realize one thing.

The term "moon flight" would not mean what it hears, it can be the term, what is called the "faked recon flight". That means that the flights with secret spy planes like U-2 and SR-71 might be faked like this. In this case, the person, who would operate this kind of top-secret device would be equipped with synthetic memory, which will decrease the value of their testimony. And also people like workers in places like AREA-51 could be targeted that kind of psychological operations, what mission is to hide the secrecy.

And there is a possibility that this kind of thing is created also for making things like hijacking impossible. The faked memory could be made by targeting the person or aircraft by using the radio signal, which will induct the electricity to the nervous system, and then the person inside the aircraft would feel, that there was happening something, what is not true. This would be a good way to make people lie on the television.

Everybody of us has heard about things like "faked moon flights", and there is a possibility, that those things are connected to MKULTRA or some of its subprojects, as I wrote at the beginning of this text. In these scenarios, those faked moon flights are created by using some electromagnetic system, and the mission of that project could simply test the electromagnetic weapon's ability to create faked memories.

So in this version, the thing is that some people inside the security service or intelligence have created an idea that by creating faked memories those people can simply cover some military secrets. And in those scenarios, the systems can use also to create the synthetic combat experience to the military personnel, who will send to missions, because experienced soldiers are a better operator in every kind of mission.

And this kind of thing can also be for educational purposes. If the men of the government would like that some people must get some kind of education, they could just record the lectures or something like that, and after that, that data must just send the nervous system of the targeted people by using the electromagnetic device.

Every myth and legend have a source or begin. There is always the first person, who tells those tales. And this is a thing, what we must realize when we are starting to think about those things. Offices like NASA, NSA, and FBI are sometimes causing embarrassing situations in the highly-ranking positions of the political system. And this is the reason, why some people want to disband them. The normal reason for that is claimed to be the misuse the budgets, and the people, who are sharing this kind of information are many times getting great publicity.

If we want to research the myths and legends, we must realize that we must find the origin of those tales, what might be weird. And the research question is, why those tales have been told? The major question is when they first came in the public? Did somebody told those stories in the bat, and then somebody tells those stories forward.

But what makes those stories believable? When we are thinking about things like attitudes, we are facing people, who are really against the USA, and this is the reason, why every negative thing, what is told about that nation is believable. They want to believe, that the USA is dirty and this makes in their mind so-called "dam effect".

The load in their mind is so powerful, that they want to believe, that the moon flights were fake. But there are some other dimensions in this kind of stories. Did somebody claim to be an astronaut, who was heard or seen something, what makes those things fake?

And then we have to notice one thing more. If people believe things, what to say, there is one possibility, what is not usually mentioned. The possibility is that the person is targeted accidentally or on purpose by the high-power electricity or electromagnetic radiation. So are those stories about hoax moon trips caused by MKULTRA?

The mysterious mind-control project, which contained tests with LSD, psilocybin and other chemicals. But if we would target the high-voltage electromagnetic radiation or put the person to the virtual reality during those tests, we might make them believe, that the things, what are created by using special effects were true.

Sometimes has claimed that some "astronauts" or test personnel were exposed with nitrous oxide and another kind of chemicals when they operated in the simulator. The thing is that the chemicals and the lower level of consciousness might make people believe, that they were on some moon trip. Maybe those stories were created for the warning, that everybody can be manipulated.

And if the conditions were right, people believe everything. When we are talking about brain core stimulation, we must realize that the system itself is very small, and those modified electric shock equipment can carry even in the briefcase. But the thing is that high-power electric radiation can transfer in brains by using simply high-power radio transmitter, which inducts the electricity to the nervous system, as I have written many times before.

Is the 4pi cult actually same as the ARTICHOKE?

The stories of the serial killer cult are not new. There are MC-gangs, who take as members only person, who has been committed the homicide, and the proof about that crime is the life sentence or long judgment.  The cult called 4pi is very famous because of the testimonies of the serial killer Sam Berkowitz or "Son of Sam", who claimed to be a member of such a cult. There is no proof about existing of that kind of cult, but that doesn't mean that this cult is pure imagination. Maybe Berkowitz tried to avoid prison by playing maniac, but also is possible that he afraid mafia or some other criminal organizations. Sometimes is claimed that "Son of Sam" was actually a serial killer, but he worked as a hired killer for some criminal organizations.

Sometimes I have thought that could that cult have connections to the ARTICHOKE program? Mafia has relationships and money to buy that kind of expertise. And the serial killers might also want the job, what pleases them. Actually, all mafia killers are serial killers because they have made many murders. And maybe those persons like Al Capone's right hand famous 1930's gangster Frank Nitti enjoyed their job as killers and torturer. Berkowitz is not an only serial killer, who claimed to be a member of some kind of cult. And the thing is that also Henry Lee Lucas claimed to be in a similar cult. In that time those claiming were justified as the production of the sick minds. But in real life, religious cults are a good place for the recruiters, who wants to recruit people in the operations like Phoenix.

And they might claim, that communists or people who are against the government or the system, what those people represent are so-called bad persons. Or otherwise demonize the persons, who will be defined as the enemy. And of course, mafia or some other criminal organization might claim, that they are representers of the government, what would be a good way to silence the witnesses.

There are claiming that Berkowitz worked for Mafia, and the attack against that serial killer in prison is claimed to support the claiming that Berkowitz worked for some other persons. And there was rising theories about the serial killer cults and something about that. When we are thinking about those serial killer cults, we are facing that in some gangs the gang test has been a murder.

The membership of those notorious gangs has given only to persons, who have made homicides or are been in prison because of the homicide. There is claiming that some persons are targeting the propaganda, which would launch violent behavior to the enemies of the government. In those claiming the unstable persons would be forced to make murders, what is targeted to the communists and the criminal organizations, what operates in South America.

Sometimes there is claiming that some cults are controlled by the persons, who use the same methods that have been used in the projects like MKULTRA. Those methods allow targeting hate to a certain group of people. The claiming of this kind of actions are started in the Vietnam war, where the killers of the PHOENIX program claimed that they had connections with the "Seventh-day Adventists", and there is claiming that most of those operators have been recruited from that movement.
