In marketing courses, people always talk about the brand. They are saying that some company is a good brands. Or some company is a bad brands. The manufacturer of the product is an important thing. The manufacturer is part of the reputation of the product. 

And one of the reasons for that is simple. The manufacturer is one of the things that are forming the reputation. Things like well-known car manufacturers are the thing that is guaranteed service and high-quality products. 

The stock exchange prices are important for investors. But the reputation of the company is always important. If the company is involved in corruption or some other bad-looking activities, that thing causes bad things to investors. And in the worst cases, the wrong investments and bad brands are causing prosecutions or the loss of the investor's reputation.

The last thing is important if the company wants to make large-scale investments for production in some area. If the production requires large-scale factories. Local politicians must support that investment. 

Don't support things that you don't want to tell other people. That makes some countries difficult areas for business. Things like a cheap workforce can cause problems somewhere else. 

When some start-ups will deliver their first products to marketing areas that product should be good. If there are problems or errors in that kind of product it can destroy the start-up. 

And even well-known companies cannot bring unworthy products to shops many times. The sellers will choose a new deliverer if the product is not what it should be. The worst thing is that people buy the product. 

Then they see that the product is not what it should be. So they return the product. And that means if there are errors they must get their money back. 

But then we must realize one thing. If something is wrong in the company's value chain, or marketing chain, that thing can destroy the company. 

The brand is a combination of product and manufacturer. But also some other things are affecting the reputation or brand. And one of those things is the country where the company produces its product. The political and social environments where the company operates on both sides of the production- and value chain are an important part of the brand. 

People expect modern companies. That owned by western companies are supporting western values. 

If a company selects the country where it produces its products by using the wrong categories, that thing causes negative feelings about that company and its products. And if the company cooperates with the wrong partners. That thing causes very bad damage to the image of the company. And that damages the brand. 

Things like a way to make business are one part of the brand. If the company is involved in corruption or violates human rights or pollutes the land that thing could cause catastrophe. Also if the working conditions in some countries are terrible, that thing can cause boycotts.

The product is the tool for making business and without a product is no business.

All companies must have a product that they sell. Without product is no business. For businesses, the product is the tool that should bring money to the company. Without a product is no incoming money. The reason for that is that the product is the thing that brings customers. And customers are people who are giving money to the company to get products that the company will offer. 

When a person becomes an entrepreneur that person must realize that money that customers are bringing to the company is not a gift. Customers want those products. And if the product doesn't please them, they will choose some other deliverer for those things. 

Somebody says that products are unequal. Because companies want that people buy new products in the next year. That thing is an urban legend. But the fact is that the product is the base for business. And without product is no business. When everybody buys some product that thing brings it to every pocket. And finally, there is no sale anymore. And if the company is not selling products, that thing causes bankruptcy. 

So, if the company doesn't make new products, that thing causes problems. When some company offers computer games or mobile games, they must realize billions of users might load that game. But then everybody has that game, and why do they want to pay the same license again and again? Those users don't want to gift their money to the company. They want the product for their money. That's why the company must develop new products. 

So it's easier to make an unequal product that is easy to refine, and people are willing to buy the better product next year. If we think about cell phones it's easy to make a phone with a 60 Gb flash memory store. And then the next year company can make the same cell phone with a 120 Gb flash memory store. That thing saves the company from the costs of development. This thing is one of the most interesting things in products.

We must realize that technology turns more advanced. And advanced technology brings new abilities and advances in products. The new products are more tested and more secure than old fashion products. The fast-advancing ICT sector is a good example of an area where is no perfect product. And even the most-perfect products turn old-fashion very fast. 

But what if companies are making only perfect products? At this point, I must say that there is no perfect product. And sooner or later, even the best products turn old. When we think about the oldest mobile telephones the entire telephone turns old-fashion. 

The products are made a little bit worse than they could be. And that thing guarantees that people buy it next year. Maybe that thing is somehow right. But the product must give a response to the new type of threats, and it must follow standards. The information technology world is a race between hackers and defenders. 

When password protection became standard, the hackers turned to use social hacking like cheating the workers. They asked the passwords and misuse the data systems. So biometric recognition removed that problem. Maybe tomorrow we must use the password only once. That "once" is when we started to use internet accounts. 

And then, we will continue to use biometric recognition. The web camera can follow the user, and if the user changes during the use and continues to use the same account the system can tell supervisors that some wrong person uses someone else's account. 

Old-fashion mobile telephones are the risk. In old Android telephones, thieves must only remove SIM cards. If they want to get access to social media applications. If the phone itself is password protected, that gives better security. But there is the possibility that a misuser blackmails or cheats the password. So the next step is biometric recognition. The fingerprint makes it impossible to misuse the system. Or the misuser must be a registered user. 

This kind of system is telling if some other person will try to use the account without permission. The information of the attempt to log in to the system will be seen on the mobile telephone if the user uses a two-stage login. 

When people are not using old technology enough the network operators will remove the support from those phones. And the reason for that is the costs of the networks. When the operator maintains the network that thing causes costs. 

If there are no users, the costs will raise too high. Maintaining old-fashion systems costs money. And that money is away from some other projects. 

The reason why the networks developed all the time is that modern systems are bringing security. The new type of environment requires secured networks. And that thing must notice in the business and governments. When the Internet developed people trusted that governments are removing things like disinformation and other things from the net. 

But Putin's trolls, along with Chinese hackers, are shown that some governments are not trusted. When we are talking about "trust" trust is the thing that is always earned. Trust is not the thing that is just the world. 

When some of Putin's trolls are delivering disinformation or Chinese hackers will crack the systems people must realize that those actors are working for their governments. They ever are punished. This is why we must concern about the misuse of the internet. The new products must be safer, and we must prepare things like somebody misses a mobile telephone.

Even the best plan doesn't save the company if it doesn't follow them.

Service is entirety. And all parts of the service must plan well. But putting the plans into practice is also an important thing. If people are not following the plans those plans have no effect. 

So very high-paid consultants can make many reports. They can introduce things but if their customer would not make anything to put them into practice they are just reports that do not affect productivity and profits.

The company is service. That means that all parts of the service must think and plan well. But also the practical application in service and other things is the important thing. The practical service is the thing that impresses the customer. 

The service design of the company should be the dynamic entirety. The workspace, crew, and technical equipment must work for making the pleasing and good service experience. If some of those parts are missing or are not working well that means the service is bad.  And the entirety is not working and the service doesn't leave a good taste. 

Slow internet connections are the main reason why people are choosing another service. But if the homepages are working fine and the thing that is in those pages is the pleasing customer. That person would come into the company and in that case, the good experience of service is the thing that is needed for making a person buy the product. 

The worst mistake that the workers who are working in customer service must realize is that there are sometimes difficult customers. There is always some reason why the customer is difficult. And in some cases, the reason is that the customer wants to buy a large number of the service. The leaking pipes are not the fault of the cleaners. The company should know what kind of people they are hiring. They should interview people who want to work in that company. 

If we are honest we should understand that if the person who is serving us at the service desk doesn't speak our language that thing is not that person's fault. The company has recruited that person and they should know that there is a language problem. The responsibility to check the qualification of the employees is the offerer of the service. So this is the thing that we should realize when we are getting service. If the raw materials what the company uses are bad even the best masters cannot save that concept. 

But the problem is that the service is entirety. And in some cases, the service that people are buying looks nice. But then there is a problem that the service packages are medley, collected around one big concept. That means there is one well-thought service and then some auxiliary concepts that are not thought so well. In that case, the offerer of the service just hopes that nobody uses the auxiliary services. One of the best examples is the bars that are selling alcohol and food. In that case in the permit application is put that the main product is the food. 

But somehow the main service is turning to sell drinks. In that case, the raw material of the food is getting old. And in that case, the owner must just hope that nobody order food.  But there is the possibility that sometimes some people are buying food like hot dogs. Venezuela is a school example, how the country, what could be like South-American Qatar just collapsed? The major point in that question is that this country has very big oil resources, and that thing might be accepted and guaranteed product for export trade and that product should bring money in the cash of the state.

But then the people started to think about environmental things, and one of the worst sources of pollution is oil and another kind of fossil fuel. This kind of things is causing a decrease in demand for oil. But there is another thing, what causes a collapse of the nation, and that is corruption.

One visible sign of corruption is counterfeiting history. And another is that the really popular person would just buy votes by promising freedom from taxes. There is nothing wrong if the person is popular, but if the popularity is got by attacking against minorities or making laws, what is limiting the private life of people by the unnecessary way, that thing causes fear.

People start to afraid the leaders, who are always asking people to streets or otherwise ask the military to crush protests if they are not suitable for those people. And also the violence of "political supporters" of that kind of populists, what are targeted to political resistants or opposition causes fear, and thoughts like "who is next, who will get the drive"?

The thing is that there are always rumors that there is done very bad things, even if the violence would be pushing and yelling. Somebody start always tell legends about killings and disappearings, what might be connected to regular criminals. The cocaine is grown in every jungle in South-America and sometimes has been claimed, that some politicians are hired the gunmen of those drug gangs for eliminating their political competitors.

Sometimes is claimed that the Colombian drug cartels have channeled some kind of money to the political election campaigns of the politicians who want to disband the cooperation with DEA and the other authorities of the United States, but those cartels might do those donations for causing the loss of the reputation for some politicians. And the question is, did those people, who handled those campaigns knew, that the claimed donations came from drug mafia?

Those gangsters are done that kind of donations in Colombia, so why don't they try that also in Venezuela, which could offer the transit for their product. But the thing is that the Lake Maracaibo, where most of the oilrigs located is very polluted, which would not seem nice at this time when the customers are becoming more and more ecological.

And the thing, what makes this thing problematic is that this lake is a bay, what is connected to the Caribean sea by channel. That means that every pollution, what is delivered to Lake Maracaibo would go straight to Caribean sea, which is a very bad thing, and that kind of things along with presidents, who are increasing their power and authorities.

That kind of thing would not seem good in the eyes of customers. And the thing, what could decrease the will to buy oil from Venezuela is the possibility, that there would establish Russian missile site. That thing could cause the second Cold War and the reaction for this kind of things could be similar to the famous Cuban Missile crises in 1963 when the world was almost in the nuclear war.

We all want to be leaders of the big companies, and of course, that kind of thing is really important when we are thinking about a career, what we might do. And in the experience of the leading position of companies are important, when we are searching for very big positions in the big companies. That's why some people are establishing own companies because they want to show their management skills and make a network. But the thing is that before we are establishing any kind of firm, or we start to lead any kind of things in business life, we must know exactly what the company is.

The definition of the word "company" is that thing is a combination of service and product, what purpose is to make a financial benefit for the owners. Of course in SOAP (Service Oriented Application) service itself is the product, but service is also thing how the product is delivering to customer.

And if we want to make a successful business, we must have the necessary skills for that sector of business life, what we have chosen. This is the thing in the successful business. If we make a bad job, we must pay damages and that kind of things are spoiling our reputation if we sometimes want to seek a job as the leader of big companies.

In the working life is billions of people, who are chosen the wrong career, because of their first experience of some jobs is bad. The person can be a perfect chef or perfect person for customer service, but the bad experience in the first contact with working life would turn studies to law schools and another kind of things, and that thing is really sad.

But if we establish a firm, we must make a backup plan, because sometimes people who don't know right people are not getting customers. Good professional skills are not enough when we must get contracts. Selectors of subcontractors of big and well-known companies are getting thousands of offers in a month, and the thing is that those actors seem good in the CV:s of the people, who are working in some other company.

And that kind of contracts is a good opportunity to make social contracts and increase the social network with the leaders of a well-known company. So that's why some offers are getting buried in the Email boxes. This is the reason, why we should get somebody, who would recommend us for those people. But if we do bad work, that thing is maximizing damage, because that person might lose trust for our skills and ability to handle problems and projects.

Following the law is always important because as you might know criminal registration is not a very good recommendation in any position of business life. And also we must realize, that we must not increase corruption or somehow use unethical methods in business. They are bad for reputation, which is a more and more important thing in business life because people are sharper with things, like ecology, humanity, and another kind of things.

If the conditions of product things are unethical, that thing would uncover on the Internet very soon, and who wants to buy the product, what would cost lives in somewhere. Also, things like cartels and other illegal methods in competitions are very soon uncovered. This is the reason, why we should consider our training. If we would have some else training what is suitable for business life, we must realize, that somebody would start to make reports for cartels.

Things like sports clubs are nice hobbies, but they are causing so-called "conspiracy theories" about the cartels, which means contracting prices between the companies. There are problems with the festivals, that some artist, who will come to perform would need money to continue the career. And the thing in those cases is, that if the festival is a so-called profitable case, the artists should get money about their work, which means that they should set payments, what artist must do when the perform is practicing. And in all cases even in the non-profitable festivals, the costs of the artist should be paid.

This is a very complicated thing because if some artist is just beginning actor without no name and recognizability would those people make their best in those cases? Who is the artist, who has so much name, that the inmate or band can ask big payment? And what happens, if in the front of the so-called big name is not an audience, who are coming to listen to some other artist, who might have performed to some marginal groups.

Bands and other actors what have acting long time has many types of music or art, and they might just choose wrong bites of their product for that evening. And would they perform their newest product at some festivals, what is free for everybody? The thing is that also the audience, what pays something must leave something new, and this thing is really sad. 

This same phenomenon is visible in the competitions of the best innovation in some universities and other education actors. I have sometimes thought that many of those persons, who are taking part in those happenings are not showing their best products and innovations. This thing is visible in some courses, where students must introduce some innovations.

And the thing is that many of those innovations are very conventional. Being braver those innovations can be more interesting and in those cases is no shame to be different. The difference is the thing, what makes those competitors colorful, interesting and revolutionary. Of course, they could be good, but if the team would use bravery and imagination, the result could be fascinating and effervescent, what brings notice to those products. And of course, the feedback is a very important thing in forming the product.

They are afraid that somebody will steal those ideas, and that means that they would be far better, than what those magnificent demonstrations have been. Those happenings are a good place to perform their ideas and I have not seen any bad work in those happenings. But when we are thinking those cases like innovation fairs, they are places, where companies and teams are like rockstars.

That means the form of the candies and other kinds of products must be good, that people buy them. This means that the form of each product must be perfect when people are willing to choose them.

When we are thinking the human as the product, we can say, that this thing is only the rumor or some other kind of sci-fi. We are thinking that the productizing the human is the cause of genetic engineering or something like that. The thing is not quite like that, even if we like that the productizing the human is some kind of story or fiction. The thing is that the human is the product of schools and universities. And in history, we can think that the mercenaries, what are trained to fight, and who were served in other nations armies are also the products.

But when we are talking about things like training, we can say that also architects and lawyers are products, what their academies use to market their training, and the best business card for the academy is the architect or some other highly trained specialist, who can do the job well. That would bring more students to that academy, which has one product, the professionals, what it trains. This is one way to think about the difficult question about the productizing the human, which is a really very sensitive thing in history.

Slaves were the product of the slave traders, and that thing is quite a common problem in the labor markets of modern society. There are millions of handicapped people, who are working in the same jobs with so-called "wealthy" people, but they would not get salaries about their job. But when we are thinking the slavery, we might ask could the intelligence be the thing, what is the slavery of the next generation. The movie "Matrix" is giving us the extreme example, what would the road to the all-time use of the Internet take us.

A road would take to that point, where the human race is locked in the tanks, and their brains are connected to the computer, what will use the brain capacity of the human race in the own purposes. The humans would be physically weak because they don't have to even move their hands, and the remote-controlled robots would do every job on the planet, but that situation causes that the man is lying helpless in those tanks, and the nutrient would be the thing, what makes the computer or the collective mind able to control each individual.

The weak bodies would not able to maintain the body functions and the lack of the bacteria causes that nobody can live outside the tanks, and if the system would notice abnormal functions in the brains, it would just remove that person. The thing what makes this thing form the collective mind is that the brains are connected straight together by using the implanted electrodes.

That thing would connect the entire human race to the one collective consciousness, and that would be the most advanced thing, what mankind ever creates, but the thing is that this would make the future the biggest nightmare, what the man has ever imagined. It would terminate the individualism and make everything the same mass, and that kind of situation will be terrifying.

And the thing is that only one bacteria would cause the destruction of that system. And this is one version of dystopia. So the Internet is the biggest change, what mankind can imagine, but it might be also our biggest nightmare. The way how we want to benefit that thing determines the way, where we will go when we are inventing new things and use the International network.

Many people think that the new product always looks like really radical or complicated. The new version of ax might be a revolutionary product as well as some new mobile telephone solutions. When we are thinking about the situation, that the person has just established a company, that would mean, that the role of that person changes by the radical way.

The things what were been automatically done by some other people must now be done by self. One of the things might seem very easy, but then we must realize, that the long term relationship in the field of the services is making a more personal relationship, what we can ever expect. Getting the first contracts must entrepreneur have a good relationship, who will trust that the person would know what to do in every situation, what the micro support can face in real life. And without a network, what consists the persons, who make decisions for choosing the services is hard to get clients or customer. 

The trust of the company is a very important thing, and that means that there is a large canyon between one or two person company and the enterprise, what have 20 000 workers, and what is the actor, what acts in the multinational level. The competition against those companies are very difficult, and that means the one or two-person company would many times end their business because of the lack of the customers. 

The product, what the company sells is the most important in business life, but how to get the product to the customer is the problem in every corporation, and that's why small companies have always problems in the business life. If the corporation is working in the very innovative and fast renewing and transforming business areas like ICT-sector, must the product, what the corporation would sell be excellent. 

And when the thing, what the company sells is delivered to markets, must that company begin to create new merchandise, because the markets are changing, and the corporation must create new things, that they can work in the top. If the company is the top, that means that it would sell its own products, and that means that the reselling contracts are not so influential than for a company, that operates as the reseller. If the reselling contract will be cut, that means that the business with those merchandises is ended. 

That means that being over the top and prime mover in the business needs very sharp work with research and development areas and its very hard thing. But if the company is creating the product, what is successful would that means gold and honor for that operator in business life. But being over the top means sacrifices and will to create things, what are best in business, and that means something, what people would probably believe. The leaders of that kind of company must tolerate the people, who create new things. The thing what the creator creates must not something, what seems revolutionary, but it might be something, what people would ever think to exist.

Every each of the prototypes has problems

The reason, why I wrote this text is that if the persons would try to make something new, they must dare to make that thing, and in the developing process is always problems and disappointments. The thing is that those problems and errors are making the development process interesting. And in fact, the innovation needs a very long process of forming the merchandise, which can be sold to the customers.

Below this text is a link to the film, where is portrayed the all-electric aircraft, which made only five minutes flight. The manufacturers of this prototype are promising the 300 km/h speed and an hour flight time. This means that they should get brand new technology for that goal, and the thing is that they didn't tell, what kind of batteries those persons used in this project.

Maybe they used the car batteries of some kind of systems like laptop batteries, what is taken from some garbage. I don't know about the budget of those developers, but the first prototype is always problematic, and there is always many things to fix until the commercial solution would be ready to deliver to the customers.

That means that there are many problems to fix, and the thing is that the new and lighter batteries are the thing, what those persons would need to get. Or they must turn to use fuel cells. The thing is that every single prototype on earth has problems in the maiden flight. And if the thing is, that those enthusiasts didn't even have the most sophisticated and newest battery technology, that five minutes flight was a very good reach.

And in the end, I must say, that don't be so hard, when you criticize that kind of projects. The world needs new innovations and if people are too tough for that kind of ideas nobody even dares to attempt anything. This means that good ideas are staying in the boxes, and that thing would not take anything forward. The innovation must come to public knowledge, that it can form to the product.
