One thing, why NATO has been established is that the small Western European countries wanted that the nuclear weapons of the United States would protect them against Russia or the Soviet Union. The membership of that military alliance hoped to bring the nations under the Nuclear Umbrella. 

Then two European NATO countries the United Kingdom (1) and France (2) created their nuclear deterrence for their protection because they were afraid that the USA would not protect them against the Soviet Union and its allies. That thing delivered the pressure from the USA to other countries and the independent nuclear weapons of France and the United Kingdom highlighted the independence of the NATO countries. The United Kingdom was the first and it exploded its first fission weapon in 1952 and hydrogen bomb in 1956. 

France made its first fission weapon test in 1960 and the first fusion weapon test in 1968. Today the UK has the stockpile of 214 nuclear warheads and France has 300 nuclear warheads in storage. (1)(2).

In the Warsaw pact the only state, that had nuclear detonators was the Soviet Union. That thing was used as the propaganda weapon, and the thing was that the Soviet Union treated its allies by using nukes as the threat.  

In NATO those weapons are under the national command. So not a single nuclear detonator is not owned by NATO. 

NATO is the military and defensive alliance. It has not owned nuclear weapons under NATO military control. Three NATO states the USA, France, and the United Kingdom are states with national nuclear weapons. And this thing makes the role of NATO more problematic than we ever expect. 

Does that mean that what if the NATO troops would be lost conventional campaigns in Europe? What is the limit of the use of Nuclear weapons in that case? If NATO is under threat and outnumbered, that means that there would be also other nations than the USA, what would want to use nuclear weapons as the final change? And the thing is that what if the tanks of Russia would come too far, and the attack or campaign cannot be stopped? 

When the governments of the United Kingdom or France would start the nuclear attack against Russia? This kind of case would be possible if the USA would leave its allies, and some side would start the aggression. The nuclear policy is one of the most secretive things in the world, and if NATO loses its spine in the critical moment, the conflict can be started. And then the case is about the "limited nuclear warfare", what can expand to the global nuclear conflict.

Memes and trolls are part of everyday politics. And as you might see those things are an extremely effective way to scatter and control people. The thing is that the master of those kinds of information actions is a Russian troll factory. The way how those people are acting is always similar. Most of the data, what that instance would deliver is targeted to the leaders of the nations, as we have seen in the "Panama-case".

At the same times, the media is filled with the films of the military personnel, who are kicking nice karate-kicks and introducing highly motivated military exercise and skills, what might look like a little bit scary. The message is clear "if you mess with us, we will crush you". One of the models, what that troll makers use is the use of superlative nuclear weapons as the introduction, how people should afraid Russian military. In the real-life, the data, what is shared about that type of weapons is somehow filtered.

The destruction and effective areas of those nuclear weapons have ever shown, and the thing that the most powerful nuclear weapon in the world, the "Tsar bomba" what power is estimated 50-60 megatons has created the pressure wall, what was orbiting Eart three times. This means that it would cause very heavy damages in Sankt-Petersburg, even if it will be detonated over Riga.

The high powerful nukes are a scary thing. They are also acting the shield and cover for creation of a new type of nukes. But I will write about those nukes later in this text.

But there is one detail missing when the data of that detonation, what happen above Novaja-Zemlya in 1961. The thing is what was the altitude, where the measurements were done? In the ground level, the pressure impact would have a very big effect, but the air and mountains would resist the pressure wall. The pressure wall would travel on the ocean floor in very thin material, and that would give the water an extremely strong effect. If this bomb would detonate in the Pacific ocean, the pressure impulse would travel three years in the canyons of the bottom with power, what is strong enough to destroy the submarine.

New "surgical" nuclear weapons are easy to carry under the fast attack aircraft. And even the jet fighters like MIG-25 can find new roles when they benefit the most modern technology.

But there is another type of nuclear weapons, which are as well scary. Those small-sized nuclear weapons are called SADM (Special Attack Demolition Munition) or "briefcase nukes". The size of those nuclear weapons is very small, and there are rumors, that some laboratories have tested the fission- or neutron bombs, what are made by using californium or neptunium.

The size of those weapons might be like some bread and the detonation system would just push the bites of this highly radioactive material together. The system would install in a briefcase, and if the case is covered by using leaf gold, that nuclear weapon could easily slip in the building, and then it can cause very bad damages. Small-sized nukes are base of so-called surgical nuclear weapons, what can installed in bazookas or shoot to target by using small-size missiles.

There are tales about the Hellfire or AIM-9 Sidewinder missiles, what are equipped with those surgical nuclear weapons. And also Russian MiG-25 "Foxbat" is claimed to carry miniature nuclear missiles. The thing why some military specialists believe those rumors, is that MiG-25, what is Mach 3-class interceptor carries only four AA-6 "Acrid" missiles, could be suitable also for use of that kind of attack plane. The reason, why this thing has brought in mind, is that this very old but extremely fast aircraft is still in service. And new technology gives new roles also for old-timer aircraft.

Why Russian military exercises are in Baltic sea, but its interests are in the arctic area?

There is one answer to that question and that is the Baltic sea is more suitable for training area than Barents sea, because water is not so deep in the Baltic sea, and the area is smaller. If submarine would hit to the bottom of the sea, the crew is easier to rescue than in the deep sea areas.

Also, the ships and other vessels are finding each other easier in the Baltic sea, but there is one thing, what would raise the value of Baltic sea in the eyes of Kremlin. That is publicity. Every single movement, what those troops make can be confirmed from the neutral states, and leaders of Russia hopes that those orgulous military exercises with highly trained troops would help Russia in their political purposes in the internal politics of those countries.

And also the Russian headquarters hopes that the psychological effect would shut the mouths of the persons, who are supporting the foreign policy, what Russians think as hostile. The message what Russian military wants to give is that every hostile action against Russia would be responded with force. One thing, what is the goal of the Russian political control is that the freedom of speech against the leaders of Russia must be stopped. 

The actions, what Kremlin has made against political opposition are not things, what it wants to show to western- or any media. In those cases, the best thing, what those leaders would hope, is that people would be silent about arresting. And the answer, what Kremlin leaders would give to people is that they got food and circus pleasures. Normal people would not need to take part in politics, because the decisions are made by using information, what is not public. And that supports the power of Putin and his closest men.

When we are thinking about the military exercises in the Baltic sea, that place would be better to flight camera crews above the air cushion vehicles and highly trained special forces. Another thing, what is meant for supporting people, who are conforming the politics of Kremlin are high-yield thermonuclear weapons, what mission is to give an excuse to follow the rules of Kremlin.

And if those weapons would be used the destruction area would be thousands of kilometers. If Kremlin decides to use 60 megatons nuclear weapons would destroy entire Europe if they are dropped to Berlin. The 50 megatons "Tsar" bomb created the pressure wave, what traveled three times around the world when it was detonated in above Novaya-Zemlya in the 30 October  1963. This device is the highest power thermonuclear device, which has ever detonated in the atmosphere. And the same yield warheads have been installed in the Russian SS-18 "Satan" missiles. Those missiles are the biggest nuclear missiles, which is in service in any country.

The X-37B is the miniature space shuttle, which can be used as the many types of missions. It can take small satellites to the orbiter, but it can also repair them. That automatized shuttle can spend even years in space, and that thing would give a change to speculations, that this system would someday to use for bringing small asteroids on Earth for a closer look. And of course, X-37B can operate as the base for small size-human shaped robots, what can operate on the orbital trajectory.

Actually, those robots might not look like human except, they have hands, which can use similar tools with humans. The shape of those orbital operating robots might be like flashlight what has hands. And those robots can remotely be operated from Earth. The role of X-37B might be the refueling the power systems of those robots, which are remote-controlled by using data gloves and virtual reality masks. 

But X-37B is the modular system, and it can allow giving the USAF the FOBS (Fractional Orbital Bombing System) capacity. And the thing is that the nuclear bomb can simply load in the cargo bay of the X-37B, and then this shuttle would dive to the target. Or it can drop that bomb to the target. The shuttle structure allows returning the nuclear bomb to the Earth when the operation is over. And the X-37B can be used also as the HCM (Hypersonic Cruise Missile). The missile would glide from the orbital to its target by using really high speed.

The miniature shuttles can be used as the FOBS weapons, which can return the nuclear warheads to the Earth.  X-37B can be equipped with DEW (Directed Energy Weapons) like laser and microwave systems. But it can also use kinetic energy rockets and missiles against ground targets. 

This kind of miniature shuttles can be used also as the satellite-killer. It can be equipped with similar ADS (Active Denial System)-system, what used in Afghanistan but some improved variants of this "non-lethal" microwave system might be planned to install in M-1 and Israeli Merkava tanks for protecting them against anti-tank missiles by using microwaves to explode the incoming warheads before they hit to the target. If this system is installed in the spacecraft, it can terminate the space systems, like reconnaissance, communication and navigation satellites.

In the more conventional version, the X-37B can take the rocket cassette, what is used in aircraft or helicopters to the manipulator. And then use those rockets against targets what might be on the space, but those rockets can be used as the kinetic energy ammunition, what can be used against ground targets.

1. Loch Ness monster is not only "monster" in the lakes

There might be many natural explanations for the lake monsters, and one is the thing that when some sea animal or crocodile would get in the isolated water system. That might cause that this animal would grow in very large size.

In that environment, those animals might have no enemies, and their size would rise to very large scale.  And when we are thinking about Russia there is a possibility, that somebody has released some Orcas in the lakes, when the Soviet Union have been collapsed.

2. Could those monsters be the result of the attempt to grow things like European Sturgeons in those lakes?

Maybe some monster sights are causing only that the local people have not recognized some big fishes like European Sturgeon, and that have caused the reports of monsters. There might be attempts to grow those fishes in some lakes, and maybe some of those individuals have grown at very large scale. almost everybody has heard about the caviar, but they ever have seen the fish, where that food is taken.

European Sturgeon may have 220 kilograms weight, and the fish is a danger to die off, and that might cause the will to culture those fishes in some lakes. I have sometimes thought that is it possible somebody has tried to grow those fishes in some lakes, and that can explain some of the monster reports. Europen Sturgeon is a very big fish, and that fish products caviar, which is very respected food in the Eastern countries especially in Russia.

2. Could there be some unique individuals in those lakes?

When we are thinking about cases like living fossils, there is a possibility that in some water systems is the remaining from the past. And actually, we don't know the size, what the water living sauropods had when they were born from the egg. Sometimes have been theories that the extremely large water lived sauropods, what skeletons have been shown in the museums, have lived in isolated lakes. That thing made them possible to grow in a very big size.

And in this theory, some of those animals would still live somewhere, and if their babies would be very much smaller, than those adult individuals, they could travel across the forests to the lake. Because there are no enemies for those animals, they might seem like monsters, because they are very big. The size of Wels Catfishes can also be very big, and the weight of those fishes can be 170 kilograms. They are living in rivers and lakes. Those fishes are known that they have been attacked against people.

3. Could the "monster" be some natural phenomenon?

When we are thinking about natural phenomenon, we must remember that from the bottom of those lakes is rising sometimes carbon dioxide bubbles, what can risk even the life of swimmers. If those bubbles are rising around the swimmer, the carbon dioxide, what is forming while waste in the bottom of the lake is rotten. And those bubbles can also contain hydrogen or methane, which means that they can blow, and that thing can cause the death of the people.

And sometimes is possible that under the water is forming the whirl or underwater tornado, if the outlet, what is laying it's water to the lake would come to direct angle. That thing might cause whirl, and if the weather is correct, that whirl can touch the air molecules, and make them rotate. This thing might cause the tornado, which seems like a long throat monster.

4. Those stories are made for hiding something

There is also possible, that the lakes about lake-monsters are told because they are a good reason for keep people out of that area. The hydraulic machines what are covered by rubber might seem like a monster, and if those systems are used for putting the nuclear missiles in place, that will make people report about the long-neck monsters. The reason might be that the lake is used for testing some underwater military systems, and those systems might be wanted to keep away from the opposite side intelligence.

It's possible that in some lakes is hidden highly secretive military laboratories. Establishing those laboratories is quite easy, the operators need only to sink the hull of the submarine in some lake. And then it would remain outside of the sight of the public, and those laboratories can be used in many things, like training the scuba divers, and offer space for secret meetings.

But on the bottom of some lakes can be installed the military systems like missile silos. Those underwater silos would be highly secret and the water would deny the locate those missiles by using gamma-cameras. And if those missiles would launch from the bottom of those lakes, that will cause a new threat to other nations.

This weapon bases the highly radioactive material like Neptunium, which is closed in tiny golden capsules. which are controlled with nanotechnology.  The thing is that modern technology allows us to create this kind of thing is maybe closer than we ever expected. The nanotechnology allows us to create nuclear weapons, which are like dust. Those weapons can be like clouds or bites of oil, and when they will get the orders, that thing might go together and begin the nuclear fission. We all know the suicide bombers, who would go in some place and detonate the explosive vests in the middle of the people.

The top advanced version of those creatures might be the animal or even human, what is injected with a highly radioactive isotope. That thing would be like nano size submarines, what are going together. In fact, this kind of thing can be injected even the blood veins of the human, and the thing would be controlled with small size computers. That isotope would be like dust, and every bite of that material would be covered by using a golden layer. Gold is a good insulator in radioactive material. The think radiation protected layer could be removed by nanotechnology, and that would make possible to make the nuclear weapon, what is more, horrifying than ever before.

Even the very thin golden layer would deny the leak radioactive radiation and makes that thing unable to detect, and when this weapon wanted to be used, the nanotechnology would pull those bites of Neptunium together, and then the nuclear fission would be started. This kind of version about Novichoke is probably under the development of some laboratories in the world.

The truth about this kind of equipment might seem like science fiction. But there are some rumors, that inside the human body have been surgically installed the plutonium or neptunium capsules. If those capsules are targeted with electromagnetic radiation, there would be a nuclear explosion. And this kind of technology can be the next generation tool for anti-terrorist operation. Or the person, who is injected with this kind of nuclear weapon, would walk inside the command center, and then those particles will go together, what causes a nuclear explosion.

Here is another painting from Frantisek Kupka, and I know that there is missing the heart or whatever the mark of the Czech "S" is called, but never mind. Let's start to think about the painting "Music" of that man, and this painting seems very interesting because there might be hiding the way to launch nuclear weapons. In 1937 Czechoslovakia was treated by Nazis, and this state was occupied in 1938, so the Czech scientists might make the plans for the nuclear detonator, and cover it as the painting.

We must remember that the key persons of the hydrogen bomb project what was called as "Super", Edward Teller and Stanislaw "Stan" Ulam were from the Eastern Block. Teller was Hungarian and Ulam was Polish and maybe those physics work, what they made before they mover to the USA covered as the artwork. There must be something to show before physics accepted in the "Manhattan" project. There are two ways to make that process, and another one is to drive the bites of uranium or plutonium together, and another one is the thing, what is used in the thermonuclear weapons like Castle Bravo.

The thing in that in the middle of lithium would put the stick of uranium or plutonium, and the little low yield nuclear bomb would launch in the side of the main explosive. The electromagnetic radiation would cause the stick in the middle of lithium would start to fissile, which causes the nuclear detonation in the radioactive stick. That will cause the fusion in the lithium layer, and release enormous energy level. There is also planned to use high-power electromagnetic radiation for enriching natural uranium.

That electromagnetic radiation would cause that the U-235 atoms are starting to fissile, and the neutrons what are released would cause that the U-238 will transform to Pu-239 or weapon plutonium. This way to make the enriching process is extremely dangerous because the stick on natural uranium will explode very easily. There is also made test to detonate nuclear weapons by targeting the laser rays to natural uranium.

And the energy is caused that the fission would start in the nuclear material, which causes a nuclear detonation. This type of nuclear weapons is called "sub-critical". It means that the nuclear material would not have the mass, what is needed for fission, and the loss of the critical mass must replace by pumping external energy for the bite of fissile material.

The type of electromagnetic radiation is not very important, and there is claiming that in the middle of the fission chamber have been installed the bite of pitchblende and in that point is targeted the radio waves.  The problem with this kind of detonator is that the rise of the power of radiation must be very fast that the implosion would happen straight at the right point and time. So here I have thought that maybe Kupka has hidden the principle of the nuclear detonator in this painting.

ISIS-organization is terminated, but it can still rise

ISIS is dead, but it can be very problematic in the future, and the thing is, that it would become the Middle East version of IRA, what will sometimes make the terror strikes against people, who have opposite opinions. This is the problem with all those radical groups. They would get successors, what will portrait those terrorists as the heroes of the Islamic world. And the thing, what will help those organizations recruit people are the bad political- and economic situations.

An uneducated person is a very good target for the recruiters of the radical organizations, and the arguments, what those people use is that the group would be great if the people will take the arms and obey their masters. This kind of way to think is the best way to support terrorism and dictators. The thing what makes terrorists is political corruption and violent police force, what have only one mission to destroy the political opposition.

The argument for the dictator is to offer stable conditions and the best way to get secure the position is to use military forces in that purpose. And the thing, how to make sure, that the military force is loyal is to make those persons hated and use mercenaries in those missions. For that thing would the leader need weapons, what has been bought from the west or east, but how to secure the shipments of effective weapons like laser-guided bombs and anti-tank missiles?

Those weapons are more effective and easier to control than some AK-47. And the aircraft need fuel and spare parts more often than some jeep, and the pilots would not need any commando-training. That makes air force an effective tool to use against rebellious troops because those pilots are easier to control than some commando-squad. The chemical weapons are also easier to deliver from the aircraft than artillery, and the aircraft is faster than some artillery unit.

The chemical component like VX can hide in the normal bomb or rocket, and it would be very lethal and frightening weapon, but the problem is, that if the leaders of the nation would want the supply for their assault planes, those persons need something, what would justify other nations to give support for that equipment. And the war against terrorism is the good reason for asking military aid from the western world.

Chemical weapons are a very effective tool for controlling people, but the problem is that those weapons are hard to control. If in some military base would be installed the nerve-gas capsules, what would deliver the chemical agent in the air,  the atropine would be very effective against that weapon. And other chemical agents effects slower. If the person is dying, would that cause that the pilot would take the aircraft, and make kamikaze-strike to the leaders home.

Also, wind can blow those chemicals out from the base, and if there will be foreign victims would there be very much to explain That's why nuclear weapons are so wanted thing. There is no way to protect people by the simple way if in the base is hired a nuclear weapon.  That weapon would turn every equipment in the ash, and that would make easy to secure those bases. And if that base would be somewhere in the desert, it would not even be noticed. Low-yield nuclear weapons can also be used to secure the biological and chemical weapon laboratories and production plants because the very high temperature would destroy the organisms and chemicals in that area.
