This is the reason, why police would use SWAT-team in that kind of actions. Then those law enforcements can take fingerprints and other evidence from those devices, what will be destroyed in an airstrike by the bombs, and there is very few evidence, what can be collected from the destroyed site.

The most qualified persons with the best ICT-skills of that organizations would ever sit on those places. Airstrike will kill those people, who might only copypaste things or follow the orders, what somebody will give them by using some social media application.

The rule in those cyber operations is similar to other military actions are they legal or illegal. The field team ever knows important things. The thing is that Jesus believed that he was the son of God, but there is something very interesting thing about this thing. The problem with that was that claiming about that was illegal, and that meant in the worst case death.
