Discoveries in genetics are forming fundamental discoveries.

How are genomes traveling between species?

In distant islands, researchers are investigating how genomes are jumping between species. The genome exchange over species is known in the world of bacteria. But populations with limited living space are good subjects for research on how genomes jump between higher and more complicated species. The main genome transporter is retroviral. But there is also the possibility. 

That insects or some other more complicated parasites are transferring blood or some other cells between species. And those cells can also transport genomes between distances. There is the possibility that the DNA bites can jump between species. 

Those DNA bites can connect to the genomes of the new species.  When animals are on distant islands. If they have no mates from the same species they can also make crossbreeds. In some distant islands lives their species. 

But there are also "islands" on dry lands things like Taita-hills in southern Africa offer a similar place for evolution with distant islands. Those dry-land islands like Taita or some high mountains like Kilimanjaro or Mt. Kenya are places where evolution can follow a similar timeline to those remote areas.

There are not so many cats or some small predators in the city parks. That thing forms the place where genomes can jump between species. 

Hostile areas around the environment can isolate them very effectively. The thing that forms an evolutionary island is the area that isolates the population in some areas. 

The island must not be very far away from the mainland that it forms an isolated area. Hindrances are not necessarily natural.

The difference between fairy tales and theories is very small. Some people say that the difference between a fairy tale and theories is that fables are the environment, where they are published. If text is published in the book, that is written for children that thing makes the text fairy tale. And if those texts are published in some scientific magazines, they are theories or scientific fact.

So when we are thinking about the next text, we might say that there is not a single person in the world, who has told me about the genetic experiments, or the none of the people, who I know has ever visited in the day, when the great meteorite ended the era of the dinosaurs. That means that the next text could be read as the science fiction text.

One thing about the dinosaurs is that the existing dinosaurs can hide one very interesting idea, what people have ever thought. The thing is connected to the thing, which is called as reptilian humanoids. There is a very strange idea, that the reptilian humanoids would be the creatures, what human being has been made by hybridizing the human and reptilian.

This is one of the things, what we ever thought when we are talking about humanoids. Welcome to Jurassic Park and the strange ideas of genetic engineering. When we are thinking about the things, that some ancient animals would live in the middle of us, it is real. Crocodiles and some other reptilians are examples, that all big species have not died in the great disaster when the large meteorite would drop in the Yucatan peninsula and formed the Gulf of Mexico. If species lived in the sea, it could rise to fly or stay in position, where the heatwave or tsunami of the meteorite would not reach those animals, and some of them still exist in nature. 

Also, some birds are from the age of dinosaurs, and that thing has brought in the minds of people, that some larger species could survive from that disaster. So if some dinosaurs would live in Africa or Table mountains in Brazil, there is a possibility, that some governments want to protect those species. And we must remember that animals like crocodiles are greetings from the time of dinosaurs. 

Could there be attempts to create dinosaurs by using DNA-transfer?

When we are thinking about the possibility to create the dinosaurs back to life by using DNA transfer would seem very naive, when we are thinking that thing. We should find the DNA of the Dinosaur, and then we can transfer that genome in the egg, and that thing would first seem an impossible mission. But then we must realize, that there is well-stored tissue in the big bones of the biggest dinosaurs. 

And we could multiply that DNA by using the PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction), what is used in the DNA tests and that kind of system can be found in every crime laboratory in the world. In normal life, DNA polymerase would be used to multiply the DNA, which is collected from the crime scenes. But that system can be used to create copies of every DNA molecule, which can be found from the Earth. 

So the from the skeletons of the big dinosaurs can be isolated DNA, and then the genomes of some egg would be replaced by using the dinosaurs DNA. But the question is, why somebody would want to make that thing? Would they want to return T-Rex to life? That kind of thing is not a game, and the most dangerous animal is not any toy, which can be used in some zoos. 

But there is one thing, what we always forgot, and that thing is implanting. What if some people would want to control some dinosaurs by using brain core stimulation. In this case, T-Rex or some kind of raptors would get the microchip implants, which turns them to bio-robots, which can be controlled by a joystick.

There is a possibility that someday when the person will be born, the genomes of that baby would be stored in some storage, where it can take for making the RNA-virus, which would replace the damaged genomes. But if we think that that kind of hypothetical creature from the ability to live forever those creatures could not live forever. The eldering process would not stop in that way. The thing, what we must do, if we want to live forever is the destruction or damaging of the DNA. When the radioactive and chemical stress would damage the DNA, sooner or later missing parts of that molecule causes cancer or simply the malfunction in the cells.

The idea is similar to computer programs. If the code would not load from the Internet perfectly, that causes malfunctions in the programs. The DNA molecule is the chemical version of the computer program. The nucleoids of that molecule are making the things that every single living organism, which has the DNA-based genomes.

The form of the DNA molecule is like a spiral staircase, and the nucleoids of that molecule can touch that the certain base pair would be cut in the middle, and then another side of the DNA can touch to that molecule in the same way. The DNA-molecule that has only one side is called the RNA-molecule, which would be copying the genomes from the cell to another.

And there is one thing, what we can do with this thing. We could transform the entire human DNA into one giant RNA molecule, and that thing allows the transfer of the different genomes to another cell. This might make possible to clone people or replace the damaged DNA with the new one. That would happen that in the birth the DNA of the person would be stored, and then that genome would be used for creating the retrovirus, which would transform the wealthy genomes to the body of the person, as I have written before.

The problems with ancient holy places and tourism are that even if tourists bring money for local people, that thing would increase the erosion, and also tourists are disturbing archeological research in those places. Unlike Uluru in Australia what is closed from tourists is a well-known monument, places like Ukonsaari-Island in Finland are not very well researched, and even those places are known as the holy places of the ancient religions, there is not made much scientific research in that kind of places.

But also the cultural and religious reasons are causing that those places wanted to rest in peace. They are telling us the places and times, which was a long time ago. And maybe they have a great mean for some people, who are living today.

The type of sacrificed animals is defined by using DNA, and that means that those places must keep clean. We are sometimes facing the visions of the robot-humans, what can live forever. In this vision, the man would be hybridized with machines, which will make them live a very long time. In this text, I will think about what kind of system would this be, and what kind of challenges it would face.

And at the beginning, I must say, that the system might easy to make from the mechanic side. So robot that carries the nervous system can be nuclear or fuel cell operating, and the problem is the living nerve tissue, what needs nutrient for living. There are two ways to solve that kind of problem. One is the remote-controlled body, which is connected to brains, which are living on the platform under the glass crop, and those brains can communicate with the esoteric body by using a high-speed data connection.

And another is that the brains or nerves would be in the robot structure itself. If we think about the safety of this hypothetical system, the remote-operating system would be of-course safer. But here I will think, what the local or internal controlled version of this vision would look like. By combining this solution with advanced nanotechnology, what will remove bacteria, wastes, and viruses from the blood and fixes the DNA, this kind of system could be possible to make in the future.

The system would be a robot structure, where the brains and spinal cord would transfer to the carbon-fiber body and the communication with this robot and living nervous system would happen by using neuro-contact, which is connected to the decoder, what transforms EEG to commands for computers.

This kind of system could be called bio-terminators, the robots, that are controlled by the human nervous system. The nutrient can be given taken from the system, what would be the bioreactor, what mission would be delivered the food to the artificial blood vessels.

Blood of that artificial organism must of course renew, and that biological support system needs the bone marrow, which creates new blood, and the artificial liver, which would remove the waste from the blood. And that system can be liver cells, what is living in the can, as well the cells of the bone marrow. The system must sometimes fill with a physiologic salt solution, and that thing would make possible to create artificial blood for that robot.

The robot could work like an artificial vampire, which drinks blood, but in this case, all immune cells must remove from the blood, because those cells would destroy the nervous system. That solution is less complicated and easier to make, but the viruses can infect the nervous system, and that's why the internal made blood would be a better solution. If in that system would get bacteria or viruses, it can be destroyed.

By combining this Frankenstein's monster with nanotechnology, it would work.

As in many cases, the nanotechnology would give the answers to that problem. In some versions, the blood itself would be replaced by nanomachines, what delivers nutrient to neurons. In fact, in some visions, the nanomachines would replace the immune system of AIDS-or cancer patient, what would make possible to transfer the tissues like wealthy bone marrow in the patient's body.

In this kind of version, the nanorobots would replace the immune cells, and they can also make many other operations in the brains. They can connect brain cells, which makes those cells or their connections operate faster, and they can clean viruses or bacteria from the blood, which makes this kind of systems very interesting.

Also, in the system is another very bad problem, if we want to live forever in this kind of metalcore or under the glass crop in some laboratory. The DNA in the brain cells and other biological structures will get old. That's why those brains must be covered from the radiation, and there is a possibility that temperature in those tissues would be very low, which denies the function of bacteria. And by using advanced nanomachines also DNA can be fixed when it would be damaged.

Genetic diseases are extremely interesting and at the same time sad field of genetic research. That means that the malformed child is always a tragedy for the family. This kind of things are really sad things and in the news is told that there were many extremely rare malformations of hands area. The number of those cases, where the child is born without palm and fingers is three, and they are all happened in the single hospital in Germany, and there is, of course, many theories about the thing, what might cause those malformations.

And the government recommend people stay calm, which is the best solution. But when we are observing this kind of cases, we might say that there is one thing, what is interesting, and that is why there is no national database about the malformations? The database what will contain the information about the type of malformation, place where it has come out, and the date, when this thing has noticed. This kind of database would help to find out, what might cause genetic disorders, and are those disorders connected to a certain place?

If we would give more data to that database, we might want to know, where the parents are born, and maybe map their history. That thing would help researchers to find also recessive genetic disorders, and are those disorders connected to certain areas. This is one thing, what might be a very good tool for mapping the reasons for that kind of serious things. The point is that the DNA could be damaged by chemical or electromagnetic stress.

This means that if the damages of DNA, what are connected to certain areas are uncovered, the reason for those damages might be found. The high level of radon what is radioactive gas or some radioactive minerals in drinking water could cause damages for genetic material. And that thing would cause malformations. The thing is that the high level of toxic chemicals is also causing cancer or other genetic disorders but in those cases, the chemicals must slip in the cells, that they could damage the genetic material.

But those things are not belonging in Western Europe. In Russia is heavily polluted radioactive areas. And that radiation causes problems also for fetuses. The question is, how some Russian polluted river causes problems for the babies, who are born in Germany? There is a possibility that some families are living over the uranium deposit, which might cause the overdose of radioactive material like radon. The news would not tell the nationality of the parents, who got those babies. But they might be German. So this is the mystery for the world.

There are tales that Russian military chooses certain operators from the families, where parents smoke very much cigarettes, and who are living near some radioactive areas, that the parents of those persons would die sooner. But there are many rumors in that nation, what has ever been the open democracy. And secrecy gives wings to urban legends. I certainly hope that this kind of rumors would be only rumors, and who knows what is going on in that land?

Space trips and genetic engineering


In the next text, I will write about the hypothetical space trips, but there is also the thoughts about genetic engineering. The modern nanotechnology and computers allow scientists to make clones of the most impressive scientists and military leaders. The computer can look at the graves of the people like Albert Einstein, and then the scientists can take the genomes of that body. But in fact, they can, in theory, create the new people, who have the qualities what those scientists want they have.

They can double the part of DNA, which controls the level of intelligence. And those scientists would also create the new qualities for the person like super strong immune defense or extremely resistance against cancer. They can make a faster evolution and the laboratories that are used in those processes are not very big. This kind of laboratory would be made in the normal flat, and this thing would be very fascinating. That kind of thing would also open the things, which are really frightening.

At this moment, we might ask what the hypothetical aliens might look from Earth? I have written about this thing earlier, and I think that those aliens if they exist, are searching the DNA and other genetic material from the Earth to make them genomes fresh and strong. This could be one reason to visit on some planets. I don't know are aliens existed, but this kind of research has given the ideas for extreme long space trips and even for interstellar traveling. The thing in the interstellar traveling is that it can take even millenniums to get near some star, and that's why the population of the spacecraft would face the thing, what is called as "degeneration".

That means that the genomes of that population would be enriched, and that means that finally, every person in this hypothetical spacecraft would be sisters and brothers together. In this case, the genetic material must renew by connecting the bites from other species in that molecule. But the generations must change in that spacecraft because the crew is getting older.

But by using advanced genetic engineering the damage of DNA could be stopped. We are calling this process as the eldering. The idea of this technology is that when the person borns, the scientists would take the DNA sample from that child. And then they would copy the DNA by using the PCR method, and then that DNA would be packed to the viruses, what will replace the DNA from the nucleus of the cells with the new and fresh genetic material. The thing how this thing would be done by using the nanotechnology is to connect the enzyme in the head of the DNA.

The enzyme would pull the DNA like the small size locomotive, and when it would slip in the nucleus it would terminate the DNA by cutting it in pieces, and then the fresh DNA would take the place of the damaged DNA. This process would be made simultaneously when the inmate would get older. When we are thinking about this moralistically and ethically difficult thing, we might take another very brutal thing under the observation.

In that hypothetical colonization would be two spacecraft, and the controlling crew of that spacecraft would be let in the hands of the "undead personnel", but there would be sections, where the part of the crew would degenerate.  In this model, two groups of inmates would travel in two spacecraft, and when those colonialists would come near their target, those populations would be connected and that would create super individuals. And this makes genetic engineering so fascinating and at the same time very dangerous tool in anybody's hand.

The thing, what I just described can be made in the laboratory, and nobody actually sees a thing, because the nanotechnology allows us to connect the DNA bites together, and cut that molecule in the pieces. So the fastened evolution can be created in the test tubes under the microscopes. The advanced biotechnology what is connected to the nanotechnology can open the roads, what we ever cannot imagine. And that thing would make organisms, what we cannot ever imagine.

Serial killers are the most dangerous criminals in the world, and because most of them are operating alone, the regular police work is ineffective against the violation, what seems to have no reason. There is no gang fellows or other persons, who can witness things. And that's why police need special methods like profiles and DNA for solving those cases. The thing is that the serial killer would not stop if the motive is not personal hate, what is targeting to the victims. If they kill for passion those people, who are the most sadistic and notorious criminals would continue their work again and again until the police would catch them, or they would be killed during their hobby.

I have noticed that there would be a movie about Zodiac Killer, one of the most infamous and notorious psychopaths in history. The name of the movie is "Zodiac awakens". That movie is not the first one, what is made by the psychopaths, but there is a connection to the real case, and this is new in the field of the psychopath movies. This is the thing, what makes me think about morality and things, what are limits for art and stories about people, who have made terrible things.

At the end of this text, I will introduce the idea of the very creepy novel about the time traveling, and it would consist of the connection to the DNA test and the case of Jack the Ripper. The side person syndrome is the thing, what have caused many writings in the about horror and detective novels, and the thing is that this kind of thing is a very frightening psychiatric condition. This syndrome is caused the theory, that person might have two different psyches and personalities, what are not connected together.

That thing has bought in the people mind things like "Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde", which means that the person might have two personalities, one is the doctor. And another is something else, and the thing has caused ideas and theories that some scientists are actually some other personalities when they are walking on the streets.

That means that there are thoughts that the side person syndrome can cause by somebody in purpose. If we are thinking about this fictional thing, that means somebody can "call the doctor to make things to that person or organization", and when the doctor is leaving the laboratory, would that electric shock cause that the "regular john" would take the place in the body of that doctor. And then the secrets, what that inmate would see are leaving in the laboratory.

There could be the side persons can give benefit to somebody, who want to cover the secrets, but as you know there is no proof that this kind of things is done in real life. But there is a movie, which is known as Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. The story is told about Dr. Jekyll, the brilliant scientist, who has an alter-ego, what is known as Mr. Hyde, what is the brutal creature, what is inspired by the Jack the Ripper, the famous serial killer from the 19th. century.

In this case have been told the story, that the killer, whose name has been discovered by using DNA test has been a victim of this syndrome, and the person would not remember, what has been happened in those particular nights when those murders have been done. I have got an idea of the one good horror story, which would handle the time traveling. The scheme in this book might go that the DNA tester would notice, that the DNA of the Jack the ripper belongs to the person, who has made murder today. And that would be a very scary thing in that novel.

In philosophy, there are no right answers, and this is the thing, what makes philosophy different than the exact sciences. That's why people sometimes say, that philosophy is no the right science. But the thing that if we are thinking about something other things, what are mentioned as science are actually part of philosophy, or has anyone hear that some person, who is investigating things like cosmos biology or extraterrestrial entities ever met the space alien? Or have some of those persons ever seen any pictures about the extraterrestrial life form.

And actually, those things would not have any connections with extraterrestrial intelligent civilizations. Those suspected extraterrestrial civilizations would not necessarily have the technology, which allows them to travel between the stars, and in fact, every time, when we are searching for some things, we must be a little bit skeptic about those things. There are many things, what might cause the alert of the extraterrestrial life forms, and one of those things could be that there is a mistake in the source files.

Many people would think that Martian bacteria is the evidence that the extraterrestrial life form exists, but the fact is that bacteria can also come from the Earth. And another thing is that I'm writing now about the bacteria fossils what is found from Mars, and of course, the fossils that are found from the meteorites, that are dropped to Antarctica, can be polluted by the terrestrial bacteria, what are from the ice of Antarctica.

Here I must say, that the real evidence about the origin of those bacteria can be sure when the DNA or genomes of those fossils, what are found from Mars can be compiled with the genomes, what are isolated from the Antarctic meteorites and living cyanobacteria, what are living on Earth, and that would make sure that the origin of these bacteria is the same. But the location of that place, where those bacteria have been formed remains a mystery. Genomes tell that bacteria in some sample are similar to bacteria, what are found from other samples.

That means that the real evidence of the Martian bacteria is the bacteria, what is found on the surface of the planet Mars. And if the life form of the bacteria, what seems similar to the cyanobacteria, what is very common life form on Earth. That means that the Martian bacteria can also come from Earth, and the thing is that if those bacteria have been advanced on Mars, must the entire planet be covered by those fossils. If there is only the local manifestation of those fossils on Mars, that means that they might come from Earth, and that means that somebody has sent something to the red planet, what has caused the local manifestation of the bacteria. And there is the third possibility.

Here I must say that this thing is pure production of imagination, and it is that somebody has flown secretly to those places by using spacecraft, what was not sterilized property. If the same fossils are found on Earth, Mars and some other place like Europa-moon, that means that those bacteria have the same origin. And that thing tells that maybe something, what has been sent from Earth has been polluted those particles of the Universe. Or maybe that thing is coming from another solar system, and it could be anything like a comet or some spacecraft. Actually, I don't know what that thing could be?
