The friction could be the reason, why some gas planets are shining more energy than they get from their sun. The friction in the non-oxygen gas  As we see there are many explanations about the internal light from the planets. And one of them is that the friction of the atmosphere of the gas planets causes the shine, what comes from the planet itself. 

In that case, the different layers of the atmosphere are rotating the planet with different speed, and that thing causes powerful friction, what turns the atmosphere extremely hot. The temperature that the frictions cause might be the reason for some planets is shining more radiation what they are taken from their center stars. 

Here we must remember that inside some gas planets happens the nuclear fusion when the ring the metallic hydrogen is orbiting the nucleus of those planets. And the electromagnetic radiation along with friction turns the iron-nickel ball in the nucleus of the planet so hot, that it will cause the short time fusion inside those gas giants. That reaction would not stay long, and the period of the fusion busts can be very long. 

The mass of the gas planets is so small that the nuclear reaction inside them requires external radiation for making the conditions, that the fusion can begin. So should we call those planets, where nuclear fusion happens rarely or what requires the external radiation to begin that reaction as "brown dwarfs" or should we say that they are gas planets, what require the external radiation for creating a fusion reaction?
