 Psychologically we have one interesting ability, and that is pleasing our boss


The ability to please the authority is built in our nervous system. That ability is the thing, that guaranteed a place in a group. And that ability is uncovering the boss of the gang. Pleasing our authority is the thing, that makes us mock the dressing style of our authority. And another thing that ability to please authority makes is that if somebody tells a couple of jokes about the person, who some other person thinks as an authority, that will launch the will launch the need to protect that person. 

When people are getting angry when their idol is under fooling, they hope that somebody goes and tells that thing to their authority, and defending the authority is a way to show loyalty to the boss. So when somebody is fooling the gang boss somewhere, the low ranking members would start to acting violently, but only if there are so-called eyewitnesses. Those people are proving that the person, who will start the fight has been a loyal member of the gang community. When the low-ranking members of the gang will start to fight, that person affair their position. 

The position of the gang member is important, and if somebody passes some other person, who is between the talker and the receiver of the message, that leader would give the remark, that the person has passed the rank. This kind of thing like remarks, what the gang members are giving is important data in the cases, where the leaders of the gangs are uncovered.

In the diagram is the model, how the herd of Reindeers is traveling. There are subgroups but also some of the individuals are at the side of the main group. The mission of those animals is to see that nobody passes the leased of the group. 

As you see the line is not solid.  There are holes between the subgroups, and that thing is telling that there are sub-leaders in this group. The rule in this group is that the leader of the entire line is traveling in the first team. There are a couple of scouts before the leader, and the system goes that the leader will command only the sub-leaders. The same thing is visible also in humans and other social animals. 

When the row of individuals is starting to travel, suddenly the row will start to scatter in smaller groups. I tried to find the photograph of that thing, but mostly those things were products, so you must be satisfied with the diagram. 

There is always a rule in the groups of social animals that nobody in the group has no right to overtake the leader. If somebody overtakes the leader that thing is the worst thing, what other people are seeing. When some gang member goes to school, the other people might ask, "Has "Joe" that kind of training.
