Creating false memories can be used to teach people many useful things, and the thing in this kind of idea is that the key elements of the learning process are how to remember things. Learned things are storing in our memory where we can use it when we need those things.  

And the idea is that memory combines the learned things that are saved in the memories. The false memories are made by using electric shocks, what is involving the data that wanted to store in memory through the cerebral cortex.
