Research of the parapsychic events
Dr. Wilhelm Reich (1) and his effect on the "Stargate project" (2) is an interesting combination. How much Reich consulted federal government is unknown, and maybe he just gave an idea to one of the most interesting research programs, called "Starlight project". The idea in that project was that "orgone" is the operating system of the human brains, and that thing can even be coded by using some programming language.
Research of "orgone" or the electromagnetic vortex in neural systems is not a very well known thing. The idea is that the "orgone" (3) what could be another name for the EEG can be released from the body, and that thing could be used in the intelligence work. Those researches were made under the control of CIA, DIA, and KGB, and officially those results were negative. So this is the text of the research not results. In this text is handled the research of the paranormal activities like OBE (Out of Body Experience), where the person feels to step out from the body and observes things, what the people are doing around their body when they have clinically died. That kind of thing made some researchers think that they could meter that vortex, and maybe use that thing for their purposes. Here the word "orgone" means the operating system of the human neurons, or the electromagnetic vortex, what is called the EEG.
The idea was that the neural vortex of the people would observe with the radio telescopes and the object was to make research that could that vortex, what was called "orgone" travel even to stars by using wormholes, and those researchers used also highly radioactive materials, where the people should target their thoughts. The idea was that those people could use their "energy of thoughts" to affect the radiation, what radioactive material would send. The results of those tests were negative, and the effect of that thing left without confirmation.
The object of "Project Stargate" (2) was confirmed or deny the person's ability to affect the opposite side of people's actions by using telepathy or the ability to send their soul to make intelligence operations. The results of that operation were not very good, and the program was terminated, but there are still rumors, that the intelligence officials left something to tell, and that thing is the little anomaly between the actions, what the tested persons made, and the thing, what should happen.
That means that the results of the test didn't match with the calculated probabilities, but the difference with calculation and the real world were not explained. The things like "out of body experiences" or OBEs are leaving without scientific proof, and this is the writing about tests hypothesis and research, not a scientific article about the existence of "orgone".
When we are thinking about the hypothesis, where "orgone" is some kind of electromagnetic vortex, what makes neuron's ability to make their mission, we can introduce a very interesting idea, what if we would send our "orgone" to make things for us. So this means that if we could separate that vortex from our neural system, that thing allows that the "orgone" would travel around the world, and then make research.
This kind of idea was so interesting, that DIA (Defense Intelligence Agency) created a program, what codename was "Project Stargate" The idea was to send "orgone" to research the archives of the KGB headquarters, and that thing was failed. When we are thinking about the use of this kind of information, we must realize that the success of that kind of mission must not depend on the person, who is making the report of that kind of mission.
Some of those projects and subprojects were set more ambitious goals, and those attempts also officially failed. Their objective was to make contact with aliens by using radio telescopes, which were connected to a person's brains, who took part in this kind of test.
But what was behind the idea of those projects? The idea was that if the "orgone" was some kind of ability to see the light, what comes through the wormholes, and some persons would have the ability to see that light, what would be some kind of electromagnetic "camera obscure". Or maybe the "orgone" could travel through the wormholes, and then make the research at the other solar system? Those were the hypothesis when those projects began. But as you see there is not scientifically prove about this kind of thing.
