Is there something that somebody has hidden about vampires and werewolves

The hybrid bacteria that release zombie poison in the body of the targeted person can turn the victim to a zombie. 

Dr. Kurt Blome (1894-1969), a virologist who committed inhumane tests under the supervision of the Waffen-SS, we are seeing that this person was interested in tuberculosis and foot-and-mouth disease. We might think that those diseases might have something to do with one of the most mysterious programs in the history "Project MKNAOMI".  

When we are thinking that MKNAOMI continued over 20 years, that kind of action is not made without very good results. And the thing is that this kind of project was moralistic suspicious. So there is a possibility that Dr. Kurt Blome or Dr. Erich Traub (1906-1985) consulted the MKNAOMI project. The truth is that both of those men were convicted in the "Doctor's trial". Erich Traub was well-known for research about Foot-and-mouth disease. He was recruited in the "Paperclip" program. 

That project was one of the sub-projects of the MKUtra, and the idea was to use some kind of biological weapons for making people robots. One of the simplest ways is to make the genetic hybrid with the tuberculosis bacteria and the cells, which is creating the nerve toxin Tetrodotoxin. 

That kind of bacteria could infect the person, and make the victim zombie, the person who cannot resist the commands, what somebody wants to give that person. So when the genome of the foot-and-mouth disease would transfer the bacteria, what would put in the mouth that thing would make the person able to expand the bacteria, what makes people zombies.

The virus can transform the species into another one. 

But when we are thinking about cases like werewolves, we might think that the beast would be some kind of mythic story. There is a possibility that somebody has been made tests, where the artificial viruses would inject to dogs, and that thing could make the species transforming to another one. But could those viruses cause that the person would transform immediately? 

The answer is that this thing depends on the mass of viruses, what is released in the blood. So that kind of experiment is theoretically possible, and genetic transformation can turn the species to another. But did somebody made them? The answer is that the virus can transfer to targeted animals or humans by using a robot, which gives injection to the person.
