So there is a possibility that Dr. Kurt Blome or Dr. Erich Traub (1906-1985) consulted the MKNAOMI project. The truth is that both of those men were convicted in the "Doctor's trial". Erich Traub was well-known for research about Foot-and-mouth disease. He was recruited in the "Paperclip" program.

That project was one of the sub-projects of the MKUtra, and the idea was to use some kind of biological weapons for making people robots. One of the simplest ways is to make the genetic hybrid with the tuberculosis bacteria and the cells, which is creating the nerve toxin Tetrodotoxin.

That kind of bacteria could infect the person, and make the victim zombie, the person who cannot resist the commands, what somebody wants to give that person. So when the genome of the foot-and-mouth disease would transfer the bacteria, what would put in the mouth that thing would make the person able to expand the bacteria, what makes people zombies.
