About mind control and MKULtra-project
Officially MKUtra or the CIA mind-control project has been canceled. And the documents of that project have been published in 1975. The question is that the program began in the 1950s and somebody says why this program continued over 20 years if there were no results. Sometimes there have been rumors, that the methods of MKUltra have been used outside from governmental control for benefiting private contractors.
The thing is that if the persons, who want to program a person would create the "monarch trigger", which means the programmed actions and after that suicide, the use of those actions would be hidden from investigators. There would be only one chief of the company, who has made bad contracts.
Lost billions and would not stand that thing. This is the idea of mind control. There are no corpses, no violence, and nothing, which can prove that things like subliminal commands have been given to the person.
Using simultaneously repeating commands, what are given by using infrasound the authorities can tell people, things like Putin is the god. And those loudspeakers can be put in the kindergarten. So that kind of method is really dangerous if the user is working for the government.
But when we are thinking that the MKUltra is somehow disbanded, we might not read the story about the Seawolf Class(?) nuclear submarine, which is equipped maybe with the infrasound sonars. Installing the ability to send speech to LF (Low Frequency) sonar is not difficult. The sonar must just splay the recorded speech to target. Maybe those systems are always similar.
That kind of system can be targeted to every ship and there are also rumors that some Udaloy-class antisubmarine destroyers can give subliminal orders by using its LF (Low Frequency) sonar system. And some special radio communication tools. There is a link list, what is connected to this text, and remember that the USA is the western nation, not an authoritarian state, what can hide everything, what it wants. So what happens, when the state, what has no orders operates with this kind of equipment.
But they might have also the electromagnetic systems, which can resonate with all submarines and surface craft. When we are thinking that psychological warfare is simply giving orders to enemies by using methods, what they cannot resist. And that the U.S submarine is not the only submarine in the world.
By the way, subliminal commands might be perfect tools for all types of psychological operations.
The explosion of Beirut has been brought in my mind one thing, what is sad but true. The drones, what is equipped with infra-sound LRAD (Long Range Acoustic Device)-system can give orders to go to some explosive or fuel storage, and put the cigarette on fire.
LRAD or targeted sound systems are perfect tools for this kind of an operation because they can be targeted selectively to single individuals. That LRAD system can also be connected to the radiotelephone or record machine. That thing would not leave any trace. There would be only one worker, who smokes a cigarette in the wrong place. And the result is the explosion.
