And there is a possibility that in future this kind of vertical take-off and landing shuttles can bring samples from other planets like Mars and the icy moons like Europa and Titan to Earth.
The water of icy moons can share with hydrogen and oxygen by using electrolysis. And that craft can use those elements as fuel.
In the most incredible visions, the shuttle can operate at the area near the gas giant, and when it needs the fuel, it can go to icy moons like Europa or Enceladus for filling its tanks. The craft would simply drill the hole in the icy core.

The craft can be equipped with the nuclear reactor, but it can also benefit things like geothermal energy for making the electricity for that process and the windmills can transform the wind of the gas planet to electricity. That means that in the atmosphere would lay the small airship, what can use similar systems, with the laser-loaded drones, what can operate limitless time.
And that thing would save the nuclear fuel for returning to Earth. When the mission is over, and the samples are collected, the shuttle can return to Earth. The tanks of the same chemical engine can be filled by using gas from the atmosphere of the gas giant, and then the system can turn to use the nuclear thermal NERVA system, what allows the craft to pass the gravity field of the Saturn or Jupiter, and start to bring the samples to Earth.
