Why Voyager spacecraft noticed that the density increasing outer side of the solar system? 


There are two possibilities, why this thing is happening. 


1) The shockwave is forming because the particles from other stars are impacting the solar wind might be the reason why space is turning denser outside our solar system just after Heliopause.


The shockwave of the cosmic particles is impacting the particles, which are left from the sun. And this shockwave causes that the density of particles is increasing in the outer solar system. The reason why the solar system has the Kuiper belt and Ort clouds might be that this shockwave of the area where the particles of the cosmic radiation impact each other. 

And the denser material of the shockwave is closing those icy asteroids in it. The weak solar wind cannot push those particles through the shockwave, which is forming in the area, where the force of the solar wind is the same as the particles that are coming from the other stars. And those objects cannot travel through it. So that thing is forming the asteroid areas in the distant area of our solar system. 


1B) The every star and galaxy are like in a bubble, what is guiding the particles from other stars away. And that bubble is making the observations of the particles from other stars and galaxies difficult. 


Every single star and galaxy are like in a bubble, where their particles and radiation are dominant. This bubble is one of the most interesting but at the same time very problematic thing because it denies the particles and radiation that are coming from other stars and galaxies to reach Earth. 

This means that the main part of the particles, what is coming from other stars are not visible if we use the observation tools that are locating on Earth. So the same problem is repeating on the galactic scale. We should go outside of the bubble of the galaxy. If we want to see the particles, what is coming from another galaxy. 


2) The gravity or electromagnetic forces of the particles in the empty or very stable universe is turning dominant


When we are thinking that we would be at the extremely stable conditions outside our solar system, there is a possibility that the small bites of dust or molecules and single atoms are turning to dominant. In the solar systems, the small bites of dust are not forming things like chains, because the solar wind is blowing the particles away from each other. 

But in the area outside the solar system, the interactions between the dust and atomic particles are turning dominant. And that causes the effect, where space is turning denser because the solar wind doesn't break the interaction of those particles.
