 Quantum tunneling allows that particle can travel faster than the speed of light. 


When the particle hits the barrier, it would send the impact to another side of the barrier. This thing will make one of the most interesting things possible, the object can travel faster than the speed of light. Quantum tunneling means that light particles can travel faster than light. But if we make some photons or electrons travel faster than the speed of light, that doesn't mean that this effect is possible also by using heavier particles. 

In the image above this text is explained the idea of quantum tunneling. The idea is similar to the case where we would send a sound wave to the wall or hit it with a hammer. Part of the sound energy jumps back to us, but the large part will continue its journey to another side of the wall. The lower image is the same, but there are used 3-D images. That image shows how quantum tunneling affects hypothetical Tachyon-particles(1), but the same way the object would acting if it will increase its speed in the speed of the light. 

There is a possibility that the particle would turn the rotation to the opposite of the way of travel. The side of the craft will start to travel faster than the speed of light, but that thing must be done extremely near the speed of the light. And the rotation movement causes that the ball-shaped craft can at least virtually break the cosmic speed limit. The other way is to make the craft what acts like bola. 

When the craft is traveling near the speed of the light, it would start to rotate. The extremely powerful magnet in the middle of it will keep it in one piece, and the rotation speed at the speed over 90% of the speed of the light will move the heads of the craft to a speed, which is higher than the speed of the light. But that things are only a theoretical solution.

But is the light barrier exist? And is it similar to the sound barrier? So is the speed of the light the wall, what will put the particle to the superposition? 

What happens when the particle will hit the wall? The fact is that the particle will be doubling. So if we would reach the speed of the light, we would see that the object will be doubled. So in this model, the speed of the light is the wall. This wall acts as the wall in the quantum tunneling. 

In the second animation is the quantum tunneling portrayed as using the three-dimensional model, which is portraying how the particle will reach the speed of light. In this image, the particle seems to slow or turning backward. The effect is similar to the diagram, what portraying quantum tunneling, and that thing makes the quantum tunneling effect interesting.
