Could the YF-23 better than the F-22?

The article below this text is forming an interesting question, could the YF-23 be better than the F-22, what wins the race, and became the USAFs first supersonic stealth fighter. The fact is that these things form another question, and that thing is "if YF-23 was better aircraft why USAF selected F-22?". The answer could be very frightening and that is that (Y)F-23 was too lethal to take into service? And always we might want to know, what kind of things the USAF keeps secret? There are always things that that kind of air force reserves for its use, and course legends remain. 

The unconfirmed legend tells that YF-23 or F-23, what could be the product number of this aircraft is in similar use in the USAF what F-117 was before it was retired. So the F-23 took the place of the F-117 after one of those aircraft shot down over Serbia.  The F-117 has faced only one combat loss, and that means that this aircraft was not bad at all. If during all bombardment missions, what that aircraft has made only one plane has been destroyed, that thing doesn't mean that it has been a bad investment. 

So the thing is that there are many secrets, what the USAF doesn't want to tell to outsiders. And the thing is that successor to F-117 could be something, that the world has not seen yet. The Stealth program began in the year 1978 by using the name HAVE BLUE, and the question is when F-117 reached its operational status? And was that plane the first stealth aircraft, what used bombardment missions? 

The F-22 made its maiden flight in the year 1997.  And the newer  F-35 Made its first flight in 2006 that plane entered service in 2015. The eldering of F-22 has been noticed in many countries. And some U.S enemies have told that they could shoot down both F-22 and F-35. That means their successor has waited for a while. The willingness to sell F-35 to other countries has caused rumors that something is going on in the coulisses of the highly secured aircraft corporations. 

The brand new 6th. generation multirole aircraft is ultra-secret. And there is not accurate information shared. But the fact is that the plane has multirole capacity in air-combat, ground attack with conventional and nuclear weapons, EW, recon, and many other missions. The thing that makes that new aircraft interesting is it is kept secrecy out of the public eye.
