Russia continued development of Novichok
Novichok is the fundamental chemical weapon because the effective component is closed in the crystal, which makes it hard to detect. And there is evidence that this program continues even today. The crystal structure of Novichok makes it the perfect weapon because it can be mixed with normal gunpowder and other explosives.
So the Novichok crystals can put in the gunpowder of or bullet of the normal rifle or pistol cartridges. And if the person, who uses those ammunition has got the protective injection against chemical weapons.
That means that the user of that kind of weapons would not necessarily know that in the rifle bullet or gunpowder is the Novichok crystals. Also in the RDX-explosives of the aerial bomb can mix the Novichok. There are rumors that in the bodies of some secret agents or people, who are working with secretive things are hidden the capsule of the most deadly chemicals. If a person wants to flee, that thing causes death.
In most cases, the active component of Novichok is some of the nerve agents like Sarin, Soman, or the VX, which are the deadliest chemicals in the world. But there is a possibility to use also cytostatic or biological agents in that poison. If Russia has continued to develop chemical weapons like Novichok what else has been developed in that country?
The thing is that the Novichok program continues, is causing questions. How many states in the world are signing the contracts? But how many of those nations are following or even think to follow the contracts, what they are making? Chemical weapons are "the big ammo" or perfect tools for blackmailing and assassination. But also the Novichok-type chemical weapons are effective weapons on the battlefield.
The sensors cannot detect those crystals, and they can slip in normal bombs and rockets. The users of those weapons must not even know that the bomb, what that person drops involves chemical weapons. And that makes them easier to use.
