The fact is that officially "Black Triangle UFO" ever exists. Writing about that thing is pure speculation. But it could be something like the craft, what is described next. It could use auxiliary powered- or self-standing fusion engines.

There are two versions of the fusion reactor. The independently operating reactor, which makes the power without outside assistance. That oscillation transforms into soundwaves in the air. And those sound waves or pressure impulses would hover the craft above the ground.

The "Black Triangle UFO" has been created strange ideas in the minds of some people. When we are thinking that it would hover over the ground by using the Tokamak-type reactor there would be something, that makes this thing interesting. The story tells that the black triangle uses the ultimate stealth technology, where the body of the craft is cooled, which denies the infrared signature.

And the system uses visual technology that means it is covered by using the screens where cameras show the image at the opposite side of the craft. If that thing is also covered with artificial diamonds what is used in the spacecraft, it would stand the hits of the aircraft cannons.
