The fact is that officially "Black Triangle UFO" ever exists. Writing about that thing is pure speculation. But it could be something like the craft, what is described next. It could use auxiliary powered- or self-standing fusion engines. 

There are two versions of the fusion reactor. The independently operating reactor, which makes the power without outside assistance. The second version needs the outside power assistant because it cannot create all the needed power itself. The Tokamak reactor (1) or the fusion reactor, what would get the auxiliary power from the fission reactors or gas turbines can be the answer to the question, what is the shining light in the middle of the mysterious "Black Triangle UFO". 

The heated magnets of the Tokamak can be the answer to that thing. A lightweight but powerful nuclear reactor can use extremely highly radioactive material which is cooled at the temperature near absolute zero, and the super cold condensate could help to adjust the fission in that reactor, which uses some synthetic radioactive isotope like Element 115. 

The super-cold gas would slow the nuclear reaction. The donut-shaped fusion reactor can oscillate when the high-voltage electricity is targeted to it and create the necessary lifting-off power. The reactor is in the parabolic inset the heat of it can create a hovering effect along with the oscillation, which is the result of the changing power of the reactor. That oscillation transforms into soundwaves in the air. And those sound waves or pressure impulses would hover the craft above the ground. 

The "Black Triangle UFO" has been created strange ideas in the minds of some people. When we are thinking that it would hover over the ground by using the Tokamak-type reactor there would be something, that makes this thing interesting. The story tells that the black triangle uses the ultimate stealth technology, where the body of the craft is cooled, which denies the infrared signature. 

And the system uses visual technology that means it is covered by using the screens where cameras show the image at the opposite side of the craft. If that thing is also covered with artificial diamonds what is used in the spacecraft, it would stand the hits of the aircraft cannons.
