What if we would make the repair for working life, and transform to work from home?

The purpose of remote work is to make working-life flexible?

There are a couple of arguments against that thing, and some of them are real, but some of them are only the cause of attitudes. The traditions in working life are so deep in our mind, that we are forgetting, that some regulations, what are made over a hundred years might base the old technology. 

So what are the things, which are against the remote-working? And how we can solve them? The remote-work is an ecological solution for pollution and carbon dioxide levels if that thing works properly, and that requires that people are handling their work, have proper training and also the work must be work, what can be done remotely. 

The idea is that remote work means "work" not computer games or social media

Every person in the working life cannot do those things, and some people are telling that social relationships are ending because of remote work. So how many social moments would you have during the working day, honestly? Remote work has been created for making working life flexible and more effective. 

There are some thoughts, that for workers would have the ability to work remotely in free time. This kind of idea is really interesting, because when people are visiting the office for working that means, that when those people are off-duty, they have free time. The main thing in the remote-work is that the work must be done. 

1) There are not enough gates for the VPN-connections in the firewall. 

In the Reader's Digest would read "call you micro support, that they open more holes to firewall". But another thing is that we should ask honestly, how many workers need the VPN- or some extra-secure connections? Should we always be so secured? 

Are we always use secured communication, when we are visiting at banks? Why we would not reserve VPN-connections to personnel, who need them, because that thing makes them also faster?

2) VPN-connections are too slow

The thing is that social media can be shut down, while people are using VPN-connections or workplaces computers. Those computers should be reserved for work, and that means that people could use own mobile telephones and other equipment for that kind of work. 

That means that in the house could be two networks, the network, what is reserved for secured work, and the "public" or "visitor" network, where people can connect their mobile systems. If the workplace handles classified information, that thing must be made by using secured systems. 

And for secure communications could be used encrypted modems or mobile telephones, what is used only for that kind of thing, and adjusted by qualified persons. But does every worker need that communication? The VPN-connections should be used only when it's necessary. 

The thing why VPN is slow is caused that, when the VPN is on, the system takes contact with the internet by using the targeted computer as the host. That means that the VPN, what is connected to the server would cause slowing of the internet if people are watching movies etc by using that connection. 

3) The remote work is hard to control

When we are thinking about education and network courses, who controls things like the maker of the work? In those cases, the person who returns the code is not always even visit the school, and that means that the work can be made by some company or big brother.

And also things like USB-sticks are invented, and that means that people can make their work everywhere when they want, and then save that thing to the work- or education the places computer. The thing is that, if we want to change the data, what tells about the maker of the work, we must just make one point in the document, and save it back, by using the workplace computer.

Or copy-paste the data from the document, and transfer it to the controlled document. And after that save the file. Also, that data, what tells the maker can be changed by hands. So that's the thing, what makes this kind of argument of control meaningless.
