Did you know before COVID 19, what is CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention)(1)? This authority is not so well-known than some other authorities like SAC (Strategic Air Command), but it's one of the most powerful organizations on this planet. The key role of this organization is to create vaccines and medicals against the most deadly organisms on this planet. Those processes need extremely highly trained personnel and extremely highly controlled purity. 

The CDC has created artificial Ebola-virus that is used for research purposes. So this thing shows, how high-level professionalism is in that organization(2). 

If we think authority, what can take care of the humanoids, what are dropped on this planet, CDC has the laboratories, where they could isolate those creatures and protect them against microbes. I don't know about aliens, but those laboratories are used to create vaccines against the most lethal organisms on earth. 

2) Artificial intelligence can make possible to follow the chemical processes of highly complicated organic molecules. 

The CDC has very highly secured laboratories, where it creates vaccines, and supercomputers, which are running artificial intelligence, which mission is to simulate the effect of proteins, and the protein synthesis in the cells. Organic molecules are extremely complicated, which means that the chemical and physiological environment of those proteins must be exactly right, that they have the right effect in the human body. 

If the temperature of the environment is too high, the oscillation or rotation of the molecule is too high, and that thing causes that the molecule can be broken, or it would go to the wrong place and in that case, it would destroy the ion pump and that thing might be devastating. If the temperature is too low, the complicated organic molecules are not reacting with other chemicals and that causes that the molecule has not the ability to affect the processes, where it is meant to effect. 

But when we are creating vaccines and medicals against viruses, we must realize that those things are effective only against certain virus-type. So if we would want to create the medicals against the viruses, we must create medicals against every virus separately, and the same thing is with vaccines. Every vaccine would take effect only against certain virus types because every each virus type has a different molecular structure of their core-antigens. And the core-antigen is the thing, that the immune system uses to recognize the virus. 

When the laboratories are creating medicines and vaccines against viruses and bacteria, the production temperature of those things must be exactly right. Normally the anti-viral medicals are the antibodies, that are created in cell-cultures of injecting viruses into the animals. Then the researchers wait that the body of that animal starts to produce antibodies, what are separated from the blood, and inject to patients.

Making the vaccine is simpler and cheaper, and in the paper, the most effective way to make that kind of thing is that researchers simply destroy the genomes of the virus by using UV-light. And that thing is very effective in theory but in practice, the problem is to make sure that all genetic material of viruses is destroyed is the thing, what makes the production of vaccine a little bit more difficult, than what it is in the paper. 

3) How to create a vaccine against two layer-viruses? Theoretically thins thing is a very simple process. The solution is to make two vaccines against both layers separately. 

The creation process of the vaccines happens in the highly secured laboratories, where the pollution of samples of the viruses and tissue is denied. Those laboratories are always (or they should be) BL-4 (Biosafety (or Biosecurity) level 4)-class environment(3), where the purity of the samples can be granted, and that environment is fully controlled. If the sample is polluted the creation process of the vaccine would be disturbed. 

So, in this case, the researchers must crush the outer layer of the virus, and then release the inner structure. Then they must create vaccines also against the inner structure separately. This kind of method could help researchers make an effective vaccine against viruses, which have two layers with different antigens. 

Crushing the outer layer of the virus can be made by using some kind of resonance, and that would release the inner structure for creating the vaccine against it. And that kind of vaccine combinations would be the thing, that would help mankind to win many diseases. But this technology is on a theoretical level. 

In practice, the researchers must make sure that the core antigens of the viruses do not change. If the molecule structure of the virus core antigen is changed, the vaccine loses it's effect, because it would not activate the immune system against that virus. In the case of Corona- and HIV-viruses the problem is that the virus has two layers and the inner structure of the virus has a different antigen structure. And this makes problems for creating the vaccine against HIV-virus.
