1) Could artificial intelligence make computer programs independently?

Artificial intelligence can make paintings and art independently, and the next question is "do the programmers lose their work for the algorithm?". This is an interesting question because nothing denies artificial intelligence make that kind of thing.

The thing is that the computer program is only data storage, and the code of the algorithm is similar language, which is used in regular media, except for one thing. Those programming languages are made for computers.

So if we are thinking this thing that way, the highly sophisticated artificial intelligence could make computer software independently. And that thing is the revolution if it would be work.

2) How algorithms make the program?

The algorithm, what can be used in this kind of thing would work the same way, with the algorithms, what is searching for data from the Internet. This means that this kind of artificial intelligence program is modified search algorithms, which are searching and collecting the program code from the Internet.

An idea is that the algorithm benefits the quality of the programming languages, that their syntax or grammar is very strict and precise. The programming languages are also universal, which means that they are acting always in the same way. And the special algorithm "robot programmer", what is making the computer program would benefit the open-source, which means it would search the instructions of the programming.

3) The instructions are necessary for making a working application, and the system might have structural models of databases, what it uses with each type of application. 

The philosophy of that kind of thing is that the customer needs the working application, what doesn't collect unauthorized data and is easy to use, and that's it. Customer doesn't always even want to know, what kind of data structure and programming language the application uses.

When the computer program would start to make the program, the person who orders that thing should only fill the ticket, where is the type of the program, and then the description, what it should involve. Also, the orders can describe, would that program is driven in the network or should it be local, and what kind of programming language it should be used.

The algorithm needs data for creating the code from the libraries, what can be the open homepages, if the system would be advanced enough, or it can benefit the databases, what are made for it. The thing is that the structure of the computer program is always similar, at the bottom is a database, and then the "input tower" would drive the data, what is given by using the interface, what is at the top of that structure to the database.

4) The process is similar to normal programming. First is collected the information, and then the information is processed to the solution. 

And the algorithm would be an automatized interface, which collects the data from the net and dump it to the database. That system would need also description, what each command of the programming language makes, and this makes possible to make even the complicated program structures. The idea is similar to the thing, what happens if we would search for things from the Internet.

The output of the list of the homepages would be transformed into the program code and the computer screen would be transformed into the table of codes. This is the thing, how the "robot programmer would make its work".

So what if this kind of program would get the order to make the computer game like some kind of flight simulator? The system would go to the internet, and search what kind of solutions has been made, and then it would search, what is protected by laws.

Then it would make some layouts, which is shown to the customer, what selects from the images the most pleasing thing, and then the system would look for the code, what is needed. Then it would make the code, what is driven in the system.
