Thoughts about the SETI-program
The scariest thing, what mankind can find in the Universe is the species, what acts like we are acting. The thing in this paradox is that the human race has been destroyed many civilizations during its own history because they were different than others. This thing that everything, what is different than others must be destroyed is called the homogenization of the society, and the purpose of that thing was to make the nation homogeneous.
And this process has justified slavery and other kinds of things, what purpose was officially civilized the society, but that process was put in action simply, because of those people, who were members of the destroyed societies were suitable workforce in the mining, where those conquerors dag the silver, gold, and pieces of jewelry for getting funds for their holy war.
The thing is that sometimes I have thought that, what if some other civilization thins the same way about others, what have injured their group members, as we have thought about the things, what have injured the humans. In this case, we might think the situation, that some air force fighter shoots down their spacecraft. Would they act in that case the same way, as we are acting in the case, where some small state would shoot down the aircraft of the bigger state?
The thing in the SETI program is that will offer the forum, where the scientists can discuss this kind of things, and the thing is that the SETI program is working with things like artificial intelligence and another kind of unexpected things, and the program has similar purpose in the world of computers as the RAND corporation is in the world of aviation and spaceflights. The idea of the SETI program is to search for extraterrestrial intelligence and also develop the network-based artificial intelligence and data processing methodology. Also, the idea is to connect the Internet to multiple devices, what operates from the Earth to the distant Kuiper belt and make them operate as the one very large singularity.
That means that the space probes are connected in the same system with radio telescopes and supercomputers, what are analyzing and systematically sort and connect the data, what that system would connect. The thing in this kind of systems is that when some probe would fly near the object, the object like a planet is targeting also with the radio- and optical telescopes, what will collect the data from that planet in the same time when the probe overtakes it.
And the object would be searched by the telescopes from the Earth as long as possible before overtaking because the trajectory of the probe can adjust that way it would get the best images of the most interesting areas of the surface of that object, and otherwise the probe can fly in the distance, where it can collect the best images and collect the other data by using as many sensors as possible and that data, what magnetometers and other sensors like radio detectors and possible radar collects and connect that thing to the visual images.
The space probes might have a multi-use antenna, what would use as well as in the communication and radar, what can locate also liquid water and other targets below the ice of the icy objects in the distant Kuiper belt and icy moons of the giant planet. That radar can see also the volcanic actions, what are hidden deep inside the ice. And volcanoes can make possible that there is liquid water in moons of Uranus and Neptune.
