The "human robots" and "Smooth criminal"-program

In some rumors in the war against terrorism is used the agents, who are carried surgically installed GPS-locators. The thing goes like this: when the security troops would capture the terrorist, that person would implant the GPS-system, and if the organization will take that person to the training camps, the aircraft can make the attack against that target by using GPS-guided weapon. The idea is that the location of that person would search by taking the satellite images and if there are the armed persons, that target is legal for the airstrike.

When we are thinking about modern medical knowledge, those persons might even remember, that they have been in the hands of the special forces. Even there are no surgical rooms, the special medical team can operate by using the remote control tools, and one of the fascinating ideas is to use drones, what have the surgical equipment in their manipulator's hands.

Those robots can remotely control by surgery from the great distance, and those highly trained medical specialists can remotely control those drones, which are similar to the drones, what are used in the wall paintings, except they are equipped with manipulators. They can shoot the chemicals to those targets for making them unconscious, and then make the operation by using the Internet-connection or independently by using artificial intelligence. Or in the most conventional version, the special medical team can use the VTOL (Vertical Take-Off and Landing)  aircraft like V-22  Osprey, where the surgical room is made in the cargo bay.

The drones or large quadcopters can kidnap the targets and the VTOL-aircraft can stay floating in the air. And in some visions, the airship, what is developed in the HAVOC - (High Altitude Venus Operational Concept) program can equip with the surgical room. Both the VTOL-aircraft and the airships can be remote controlled and that means any so-called own operators would not risk in this kind of missions. That kind of drones can operate independently under the control of artificial intelligence, and they can locate only the armed targets, what are real and high-rank members of the organization. Then the system kidnaps the boss and makes surgical operation to that person.

There is one version of the programs, which might be interested in the training of the handicapped person to "human robot". The thing is that those "human robots" which means that the person is trained to operate under the control of the support person, but unable to make independent decisions are actually harmless if the controller has a responsibility about the commands, what is given to them, and the trainer would not train them to use weapons.

But as you see, there are dangerous people around the world, and one of those dangerous people are members of the terrorist- and other criminal organizations. Those persons might be executed, but the problem is, that the same persons can help to find the other people of the organization, where they belong. But if those people are offered the job as an informant, the thing is that they might just flee away, and then there is a dangerous criminal on the streets again.

So to those persons might be made the lobotomy, before they are released to the streets. The thing in the lobotomy is that it makes the person harmless and after that inmate is unable to make own decisions, what makes a person harmless. In that case, the thing is that this kind of person would send back to his organization, and then the authorities can use that person to destroy the organization.

That kind of programs is so-called "suicide squad" missions, where the person, who has made bad things, are turned against their own group. The missions where the ex-gang member turns against the ex-fellows are very effective. Those persons are known many people in the underworld, and they are trusted. But the problem is that the authorities must be sure, that they are willing to cooperate before they would send to the gangs and terrorist camps.

And in the cases of the persons, who are convicted because of multiple murders, those inmates might equip with surgically installed locators and prosthesis. Then the person would "escape" from the prison, and maybe the ex-fellows would get that person to the terrorist camp or the headquarters in the gang, where that inmate can collect the information, or simply take the assault rifle, and shoot the ex-gang friends. In the cases of terrorist cells, those agents would simply be used to target the bombs to the training camps, and then the aircraft will just drop the smart bomb in that target.
