There is always the first, who makes something. 

Human nature is the biggest risk for the entire human race. This is the biggest thing, what the theories and research of the long-term spaceflight have risen in the mind of people, who are working with space engineering, technology, and sociology. The same thing, what risks the long-term space flight causes international conflicts. And that thing is that the human race is a very violent species. 

The human being is one of the most interesting species in the world because we are humans, but the thing that makes us interesting is that we are so violent species. We are systematically making violence against our species, and this thing is very abnormal. 

In nature, no other species would not systematically kill other individuals, what are the same species, what they are. So the philosophers and many other people have sometimes thought, why we have so big need to harm other humans? 

Why we are so violent, and what thing made us violent against each other? There was something, what caused the violent behavior, and the first human, who made violent action against other humans. The question is what made that creature to make that thing? Here I mean that the creature, what humans must most fear is another human. 

The violent behavior against other humans has caused that mankind is always creating more and more powerful weapons for taking the respect of other humans, and that thing is interesting. Sometimes, when researchers are talking about the aliens, what might come to our planet, they are saying, that we hope that those aliens are not like us. So that means that humans realize that we are violent species. 

When we are talking about the long-term space journeys, we are facing the fact, that social problems are the main thing, that denies the creation of space colonies. That thing means that we cannot be in the same house with other humans a couple of months, and the other thing is that the space station would handle like some bar or saloon, and things like psychological profiles are in the background when we are selecting the crews. 

The main topic in those projects is what kind of crew we will send, and that thing means that we would probably not make those flights to Mars in close future. And even if we have collected the crew, what satisfies every leader on the Earth, we would face another very difficult question, and that is who leads the flight? 

And of course, things like ethnic background and nationality is one of the most important things. At this point, we are not talking difficult things like, who is the leader of the gang. Who would lead the crew, what will go to Mars is the question, what we maybe ever cannot solve. The thing is that the commander alone doesn't make the success of that kind of missions is always forgetting. 

But the thing is that the aggressive behavior of humans is the biggest risk for those missions. Sometimes is planned to make hypothermic sleep or deep anesthesia for denying those social problems. The problem with deep chemical anesthesia is that the brains of the person can be damaged by chemicals, what is used in that process. There is no experience with the chemical anesthesia, which will take months or even years. And that means that there are many risks in that kind of mission.
