The thing why some people are interested in things like progeria is that this kind of ability to use genetic engineering, which makes it possible to create a new soldier in the place of the dead one. That kind of thing makes it possible to hide the secret operations from the public eye.

But the progeria itself is one of the deadliest tools if the military operators want to make the special effect biological weapon.
