What if we could just grow the core of nano-machine? That thing would make creating those things easier. And if we are thinking about the triangular-shaped diatoms, we could just empty them and install the driving system in those cores.

They could also operate in the blood veins in the body of living organisms and take samples of the cells, what they can find in there.

That kind of storm of nano-machines can crush the enemy army in seconds.

If they are loaded with high voltage of electricity, that makes them the ability to create a magnetic storm, which can damage electronics and deny communication. But those miniature UAVs might have more missions than we ever want to know.
