Nuclear-powered space probes
The small-size drone, what operates in the solar system would interest also the western part. Nuclear power would make those systems effective.
There have been ideas to use the nuclear-propelled "Skyfall" missile as the base for the small-size shuttle, which would explore the solar system. That kind of system would be very capable in many mission in the civil and military areas.
The probe can refuel its propellant in the atmosphere of the gas planets. So it could be a revolutionary space research system.
