When we are thinking about the dementia villages, where the dementia patients can live a normal life in the heritage, where they can go shopping and movie theater, and every person who is working there is trained for working with those people. We are facing an absolutely incredible way of acting in the care of the people, who would stay at the home or inside the walls without this opportunity.

Those dementia villages look like normal cities, with shopping centers and other stuff, but those places are absolutely safe and persons, who are working in there are highly motivated for their duties but have you ever thought about using the same idea with prisoners or some persons, who have an illegal way of life. An idea is to make the "crime city" or controlled society for prisoners, who are convicted in the parole.

So there is drug dealers, gangsters police and other things, what normal criminal would face in real life. That area is used in many purposes, and one is, that if the person claims to be the drug user, must there be something like meeting the dealer and those persons should buy drugs. If that kind of actions would not happen, will there something wrong in those reports.

Those areas are also used for training of the undercover officials and another kind of persons, whose mission is to work undercover in the world of organized crime. This kind of villages is also used to train the foreign intelligence operators for the field operations. And the rumor tells that some intelligence services even bring the foreign citizens to that area for checking, that the cover stories and language of the field operatives would be properly trained.
