The reason, why the data system exists is that is made to serve something. And this means the system is not meant for just being. When the company or some other society transforms to use the new data system, it means that the new system allows making things easier, more effective and faster, which means that there would be more time for the things, what the society makes. This means that there must be a reason for changing methods, and this kind of things are very easy to explain for the working society.
When some HR-management agency delivers mobile devices to the employees, it must have some reason for that. And the reason must be that the mobile system would give freedom. It allows using many places for working interviews, and when we are thinking about those interviews, they can happen in some environment, that the persons who are in the interview forget that they are in the situation, where the consultant makes a decision, how suitable the person is for some working place.
And on the other hand, the employee candidate makes the decisions is the workplace suitable for this particular candidate. If the level of needed skills is very high, and work seems to be full of challenges, that could mean, that the candidate would say "no", because of afraid that the work is too difficult for that person. This is the problem in working life.
There is a need for highly trained professionals, but how to get those professionals, if they would not have a career? There is always consultants, who say that there should not be many employers in the CV. Of course, that means bad, if there are many companies and a short period working relationships. But there must be some reason for that. If the person has problems with drugs or alcohol, that is the good reason for that.
But if there seems that that person has no problems, there have been happening something, what causes that the employers would not hire that person. And if there are many companies, what claims that person was not suitable for them, there is one thing, what is suspected. That person might harm some big boss of some big size central actor, and that causes those kicks off. And the thing is that those other companies are actually independent companies.
If some boss of another company says, that other actor must kick off the employee, that means suspected cartel. The cartel is the situation, that companies are making contracts about prizes over the border of the company, and that is an illegal act. Authorities would give very high-level mulct in the cases that the cartel is uncovered. The thing that some highly trained professional is banned from the working life would cause that the authorities start to suspect the cartel.
