Why Pakistani nuclear weapons are a bigger threat to India than Chinese stockpile?

The reason why Pakistani nuclear weapons are a bigger threat to India than Chinese nuclear weapons is simple. The conventional strike capacity of Pakistani is lower than the Chinese strike capacity, and that thing can mean that in the conflict Pakistani forces are easier forced to use nuclear weapons if they are in the underdog.
