Is the colonization of the solar system necessary?

In the last one, the telescope would be pointed at the same point with the parabolic antenna, and the power generators or capacitors will give the same frequent but different polar radio impulses by using those systems. One thing is clear. The space colonies are a powerful tool for civil and military operators. There are private space contractors, who are talking seriously about the colonization of Mars and Venus by using private technology and solutions. That kind of thing makes people think that are the space colonies necessary, and why they are necessary or why the space colonies are not necessary for the human race or some state? 

 Space laboratories can have three types of construction.

1) Fully automatized systems, what are operating by sophisticated artificial intelligence.

2) Or those space stations can be manned systems, where crews are operating the systems.

3) The space stations can also be the hybrid systems, where the laboratories are isolated from the crew cabins. That means the laboratories, that are handling extremely dangerous material can be operated by the crew, which uses remote-tools.

Or they can work in spacesuits, and if there is a problem, they will just open the airlock. And after that those operators would just walk through the Moon plateau, and the alpha radiation will sterilize the suit immediately. 

Of course, things like Moon stations make a very good place for laboratories, that are fully protected from the sight of a great audience. So in those laboratories can be made biological and genetic tests for military and civilian purposes, and even the organism will be released, that thing needs no reactions because those laboratories can be fully automatized and remote operating. But do we need large-scale space colonies? 

The question is quite interesting because the colonization can be made by using two ways. The first thing is making manned space and planetary stations. And the other is sending the automatized systems to other planets and asteroids, what would send the raw materials like manganese and other kinds of things to Earth. 

The reason why people are resisting the large-scale space stations is that those stations can turn to the "islands of the elite", and it is a theoretical possibility that those space stations would be used as the bombardment stations, where those colonists will control the people on the Earth. And the fear is that those stations are used as militarizing the space. 

But the question does we need the space stations and colonizing our solar system would have one answer. Everything depends on the thing, how we can control the overpopulation and the use of raw materials and other natural resources on Earth. That thing would answer the question, do we need to start to make large-scale cities on the other planets and moons? The reason for building large-scale colonies in our solar system would be transporting a large number of people to the space colonies, for denying the effect of overpopulation. 

And the thing is that if we would continue to pollute our home planet that thing requires that we must bring the water from the water moons like Europa and the Ceres asteroid. Also, we would need to bring raw materials from the space, if things like some metals are ending on our planet. In the visions of tomorrow's world, people would live in the giant megapolises, the cities that are covering entire states. In that case, the raw materials like iron do not return to the recycle, because that material is tied in the structures. So that means that the raw materials must be brought from the space colonies.
