And how neutron is forming the quantum connection?

How neutrons can form a similar network with the carbons in a two-dimensional structure? In the graphene, the carbon atom is touching two other carbon atoms by using two bridges.  As you see the neutron is forming by one up and two down quarks(1), and that thing allows in theory create a similar form with the carbon in graphene and fullerenes.

So the composition of the neutron is 1 Up quark and 2 Down quarks

So this is the reason, why the neutron graphene is a very interesting material. The thing is that the neutrons can form an extremely strong network, but the problem is how to put those particles on the layer? The neutron can shoot to the layer by benefiting the polarity of that particle by using neutron cannon. 

The first problem is that neutrons must stay hovering above the layer, and it must not connect itself to the nucleus of the atoms. And that means that the speed, what that system uses must be precise right and the other thing, what causes problems is that the system must put the neutrons precisely in the right place in the structure. But if that thing is done, neutrons can form a similar form with carbon atoms. 

Theoretically, neutron cannon is the ion cannon, which would pull the neutron from the forward, and then push it from the backward. But the problem is how to create the system, what is enough accurate that it can shoot neutrons to the precise in the place, where they should go.
