In the beginning, we must realize that the term "UFO" means "Unidentified Flying Object". That means it doesn't necessarily mean that this kind of object is from some other solar systems. They might be some kind of military systems, which are created for reconnaissance or some other work.


 But as you see, we must keep our mind open, and that means that we cannot deny any answer or possibility before we can get the information about those things. So the problem with small-size drones is that they require the fuel or some external power source, that they can operate a long time in the atmosphere. 


How the briefcase-size object can travel for a long time? This thing is possible to make by using an external power source, which means that the laser ray would be targeted to that object, and then it would just steam the water or some other material for propellant. Sometimes I have thought that there is a possibility that those small-sized drones are equipped by using the MDD (Magnetic Dynamic Drive). 


In that kind of system, the magnets pull the ionized gas through the tube or ring-shaped structures. So that kind of system doesn't need the internal propellant, and that means the energy can transfer to that kind of system by using targeted maser or laser rays. The external power source can make the small-size drones ability to flight a long time with very high speed. And when they would come to the target area, this kind of system can transform into quadcopters. 


So that means this kind of small-size fast-flying drones, as the military is called them might be some kind of test device. The question is, who operates those things, what are small-size and extremely fast? This is the key question in UFO cases? The thing is that the small-size fast-flying drones would be in the key role in the next-generation battlefield or intelligence missions because they are hard to see. 


The operator of those drones can be AREA-51 or some other similar base, which is creating the mind-blowing technology. New kind of nano-technology based technical solutions like effective miniature cameras is making possible to make small-size and effective recon planes. So there is a possibility that the UFOs are systems, that are operated some secretive military organization. But without more effective and accurate information that kind of cases it's not possible to name the operators, who could be back of this kind of drone.
