The world is full of silent knowledge

The world is made by fire and ice, and the world might be full of greater theorists and scientists than Albert Einstein. There must be lots of better poets than William Shakespeare. And better inventors than Thomas Edison, but the problem is that those people would not show that thing for other people. So those very wise and intellectual people are like dark matter in the universe, everybody knows their existence but nobody sees their texts and other publications anywhere. 

Silent genius means silent knowledge. That means they are telling their knowledge in some closed room, where nobody sees or hears it. 

So their knowledge is like dark matter. That doesn't interact. The thing, that researchers, developers, and universities want is the interaction between the wise men and other people. So even the wisest man on earth must show their knowledge somehow. And what would some schools make with people, who will ever share their knowledge? Maybe silent people are wisest people, but when somebody will come to some school for getting knowledge, they want that their lecturers and teachers to share their wisdom with them. 

Science is a living thing, and that means the new theories are forming all the time. And when we are handling things like theories, the thing is that some theories are causing an effect, that people are saying that people who are introducing some new ideas or theories are somehow stupid, because they are publishing those things. So how many theories those people have introduced themselves? 

Who would say how good opinions those people have because they ever wrote them down? And because they are ever publishing a single text they cannot make mistakes, but they would not either impress other people. If we ever make anything, we cannot make mistakes. 

Let's take one example. People are painting things like houses, and then some of those people would not do anything. Mistakes make us look at humans, but when we are just sitting on a chair and look at other people's work we would look perfect. There would not be marks in the lists, where is listed the mistakes. But the work would not be quite successful either, but that thing will look like secondary. The painting project would not be accomplished, but the error-list would also be empty. 

When we are thinking about people, who are very important in workplaces, but who would not ever show their skills to other people, we must think that those men are really wise. Their wisdom is that they are always silent, and that is what the employers are respecting. They would not want public and high-profile actors. 

If somebody would act differently, that thing would make that person unable to get a job. If a person would criticize their bosses they are always wrong or a little bit lunatic. But when the boss gives critic to henchmen that thing is always given by the reason. And we always must handle things like our privacy. If we would write diaries on the Internet, there is always somebody, who publishes them. 

So what we have written, what we should shame? Are we confessing that we want to play some uniform or whip games with our boss? Or what is the thing that makes the diaries interesting? Why we must always beware of what we are saying? If we are so stupid people, that we are like air, I must ask, why would somebody want to publish our diaries, or comment things, what other people are saying in the front pages of the yellow press? 

So they are the best experts in the world, but their expertise is so-called "silent knowledge". When we are at working life and make something, we are always facing people, who know many things, and the bosses like them. But why those people would not ever show their expertise to everybody. Maybe I will always be wrong, but this kind of thing is interesting to see when we are seeing news about things like remote-working.
