Matryoshka civilizations 

Do you know matryoshkas, Russian dolls, where is always smaller and smaller doll inside them? There are tales about those dolls, that inside some of them is the matryoshka, what is so small that they cannot even see without a microscope. There are many tales about the matryoshka worlds, the planets that are surrounded by the large megastructures, and there could be three layers of society in that kind of world. The megastructure, what orbits the planet. 

The society of natural surface and the society, what lives in the hollow planet. So that kind of asset makes me sometimes think that could there be people, who have handling technology, what is prohibited or hidden from other people. The idea of this kind of thing is taken from one of the less well-known hypotheses, what are concerning the UFOs. That idea is that the UFOs are machines, that are coming from the future. 

And then somebody always says, that this kind of hypothesis requires time travel. So that causes the denying this kind of theories, what are sometimes causing laugh. But then we should ask another question, and that is who was the first person, who introduced this kind of idea? So are those machines coming from the "future" or "the land of future"? 

At first, this thing would seem like some kind of fantasy, but then we might remember that there are also very primitive tribes on Earth. Those tribes are living in stone-age. So is its possibility, that there is some kind of opposite case about those tribes. The extremely advanced tribes, which live also in some kind of isolated place. But where that place could be? Could the name of this mysterious and hypothetical place be "Atlantis"? 

We are thinking always that the "Atlantis" is some kind of underwater or underground city. But this thing may locate somewhere we cannot even think about. Maybe this mysterious laboratory is in the ordinary building in some city, where there are millions of people. Those cities could be New York or London. But they can as well as being in cities like Berlin or Paris or even in Moscow or Beijing, and they are not the only cities in the world. And that thing is only the hypothesis. 

In the last case, the land of the future can mean the secretive base, where is something, what looks extraordinary. And why something is looking at extraordinary. The answer is simple because it is wanted to be isolated from other devices and tools. When we are thinking about the UFOs we are forgetting that the thing, that on the same planet, where is the space command centers and international data networks still living people, who don't even have seen an electric light. 

 that means that there is introduced an idea, that there is some "foundation" or another thing, which has some kind of extraordinary technology. And then we are facing things like AREA-51, and somehow I believe, that in this are is not made even the best military systems, what mankind can create.
