How we can create the cathode- or electron engine? The answer to that thing can be found in the thing, called a neutron star. The neutron star is like electromagnetic Aeolipile(1). In this structure, the jets, what is leaving from the poles of the neutron star would keep it in a stable place. But if something disturbs the symmetry of the jets, that causes that this thing would start to travel in the universe.

So the black holes acting the same way, but the radiation that is leaving from the transition disk is a different type. But the black holes are also stable because of the symmetry of the radiation, which is leaving from the poles. 

Even that extremely powerful radiation can turn asymmetrical, if the radiation, what comes from a black hole or neutron star is hitting those jets. Or if the burst of antimatter would hit to the root of the jet, that can cause the asymmetry in the jets, what will push the black hole or neutron star to journey across the universe. 

So what kind of thing could be the engine, what uses the cathode- or X-rays for making the thrust. The principle of this kind of engine would be the metal ball that hovers in the middle of the ring-shaped magnet. The magnet will start to rotate that ball with extremely high speed, and the electron cannons will shoot electricity to that ball. 

That would turn that ball the artificial neutron star. There could be the roof or hat at this device, and that can make the needed asymmetry for the system, that it can move the craft with extremely high speed. If that thing would press to the ball to singularity, that will make it possible to move craft with the speed of light. 

But the technical problem with that kind of thing is that craft will need electricity for making the engine real. Here I would not write about financial things, but technical problems are huge. There is a possibility to make the spacecraft, which uses solar power to load the capacitors. The problem is that the capacitors would allow only the short term operations of that kind of system. 

There is one thing that can make this kind of energy source functional, and the thing is that energy can be stored in the antimatter form. In that case, the solar power spacecraft will make the antimatter by using the particle accelerators that are forming antimatter by pulling electrons or protons from the space in that system. The formed antimatter would be stored in a magnetic bottle where it can use as the energy source.
