The electricity that transmits the data inside neurons is similar to electricity, which travels in the electric wires. So every person in the world is surrounded by an electric field, which can sense by using the radio receiver. But the problem is how to make the changes in the electric signals visible to other people. The thinking process is only the changes in the electric fields that are traveling in the nervous system.

And the EEG-machine can read those electric fields also from a greater distance if the receiver has needed accuracy. But the problem is how to make those signals visible to other people. The version is just to drive those recorded signals to the cerebral cortex, and the brains of other people will read that data, but the problem is how to confirm the data?
