The term "alien radio signal" means the radio signal whose origin is unknown. So that means that the origin of the mysterious radio signal, what is captured in Australia could be some satellite, which location is classified. But there is one little hypothesis about those mysterious radio bursts that are coming from space and seem to come from other solar systems.

So the radio telescopes see the spectrum lines of things like helium and other heavier elements. The pulsar is the neutron star, which rotates very rapidly.

And because it's the result of the supernova explosion there is always a molecular cloud around them. There should come also X-rays or even Gamma-rays in that area where neutron stars are colliding. The radio waves are not the only thing that are uncovering those collisions. So that's why the colliding neutron stars are not a suitable explanation for all FRB:s (Fast Radio Bursts). FRB is the radio burst, which is a very high power, and it lasts a very short time. Those radio signals are lasting less than a couple of milliseconds. And not a single FRB doesn't come by using the GSM frequency.

The thing that makes FRB:s so mysterious is that they are just coming. There is no sign of the increase in the power of radio transmission before those signals, what are the results of the high energetic reactions. The suspected reason for FRB:s is the collision of magnetars or neutron stars, but the fact is that the power of the radio energy from the area, where FRB is noticed should increase because each neutron star is pulling its molecular cloud around it.

And collision between neutron stars should cause the power of the radio transmission from that area should increase because two neutron stars are getting more gas for their reactions. So before impact, both neutron stars should come more active, and because they both are sending radio waves the power of radio signals should increase more gently than FRB:s are acting.

In the movie "Species" the researchers connected synthetic DNA bite to human genomes, and they made the species or mutant female, that it is easier to control. In real life, these types of experiments would no be made by connecting strange genomes with the genomes of the most intelligent and dangerous species on this planet.
