A couple of details about the space programs


If we want to describe the term "secret space program, we must realize that there are shuttles and other spacecraft like recon satellites that are kept secret. So if we are thinking that satellites like KH-11(1), KH-12(2), and other kinds of photo recon satellites and space shuttles like Boeing X37B(3) we can say that there are secret space programs. Those militarized versions of space systems are classified, but here I mentioned them as an example of the secret space systems. 


Secrecy in civil research


Computer programs, that are used in the space systems are business and governmental secrets. Those programs are controlling the control rockets and other guidance systems. And this means that they are in a vital role in the success of space missions. 


 Every space program is parts, what should not tell to the great public. Some of those parts or details are the data, which consists of things like program codes and the other mission control systems. The missions on the surface of the other planets require highly sophisticated, independent operative probes, which require the highly sophisticated ability to make the decision and select things, that might interest researchers. The same ability is needed in highly independent intelligence and combat systems, and this is the reason, why there are some parts like programming codes and sensor packs that are out of the public eye.
